Go-layer layout (CLD) is an emerging implementation paradigm for communique networks in aerospace and space systems. CLD combines the functionalities of two or greater wonderful layers inside the protocol stack, thereby making an allowance for a greater efficient and powerful communique. In CLD networks, transmission parameters, routing algorithms, and visitors allocation selections are coordinated and optimized in a holistic way, in place of one at a time in exceptional layers. this enables, for example, the supply of novel strategies, along with cooperative transmission, coding, and remarks manipulate, for effective network optimization. CLD also can result in stepped forward performance in phrases of lower latency, fewer retransmissions, higher energy efficiency, and higher resource usage. On this paper we offer a top level view of the imminent demanding situations in CLD networks in aerospace and space systems. We speak a couple of CLD techniques, consisting of the ones based totally on community coding and queue management, and describe their advantages. Landmark detection is a crucial task that focuses on identifying specific landmarks representing distinct object features within an image. However, existing methods primarily adopt Convolutional Neural Networks as the backbone for feature extraction, which struggle to capture global contextual information. Due to the structural dependencies of landmarks, these methods fail to effectively utilize these relationships, leading to lower detection accuracy. To overcome these limitations, we propose a novel framework, CTBN, which combines CNNs, Transformer, and Convolutional Block Attention Modules to enhance feature representation for landmark detection. In our framework, CNNs extract fine-grained local features, Transformer captures global context, and CBAM adaptively refines features by focusing on important regions and channels. We validate our performance on multiple datasets, including CelebA, AFLW and Deepfashion. the experiments demonstrate that our method achieves superior performance, significantly improves the accuracy of landmark detection. © 2024 SPIE.

the emerging 6G mobile network technology presents an opportunity to noticeably increase spectrum utilization in comparison to previous generations. this paper introduces a singular sharing algorithm to correctly utilize the spectrum in 6G mobile networks. this set of rules leverages device mastering techniques to dynamically calculate a charge primarily based at the average channel usage and bandwidth usage through distinct users. Moreover, it gives a dispensed mechanism to define the resource allocation method used in different communique situations. the proposed set of rules is powerful, reliable, and cozy, and it is able to efficaciously apply spectrum sharing amongst unique users to maximize spectral performance. Simulation results display that the proposed set of rules achieves giant improvements in spectral efficiency as compared to both a traditional unmarried-mobile method, and a present sharing algorithm proposed in the literature. Whereas MRI produces anatomic information about the brain, functional MRI (fMRI) tells us about neural activity within the brain, including how various regions communicate with each other. the full chorus of conversations within the brain is summarized elegantly in the adjacency matrix. Although information-rich, adjacency matrices typically provide little in the way of intuition. Whereas trained radiologists viewing anatomic MRI can readily distinguish between different kinds of brain cancer, a similar determination using adjacency matrices would exceed any expert's grasp. Artificial intelligence (AI) in radiology usually analyzes anatomic imaging, providing assistance to radiologists. For non-intuitive data types such as adjacency matrices, AI moves beyond the role of helpful assistant, emerging as indispensable. We sought here to show that AI can learn to discern between two important brain tumor types, high-grade glioma (HGG) and low-grade glioma (LGG), based on adjacency matrices. We trained a convolutional neural networks (CNN) with the method of deep neuroevolution (DNE), because of the latter's recent promising results;DNE has produced remarkably accurate CNNs even when relying on small and noisy training sets, or performing nuanced tasks. After training on just 30 adjacency matrices, our CNN could tell HGG apart from LGG with perfect testing set accuracy. Saliency maps revealed that the network learned highly sophisticated and complex features to achieve its success. Hence, we have shown that it is possible for AI to recognize brain tumor type from functional connectivity. In future work, we will apply DNE to other noisy and somewhat cryptic forms of medical data, including further explorations with fMRI. © 2023 IEEE.

the reliability of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) will affect the safety and stability of the power electronic systems directly. therefore, the research on the failure precursor parameter prediction of IGBT has attracted wide attention. this paper uses the Informer model to predict the failure precursor parameter of IGBT, and the predicted value of this parameter can be used to estimate the remaining useful life of IGBT. the turn-off peak voltage of collector-emitter is selected as the failure precursor parameter by analyzing the failure mechanism of IGBT. three evaluation indicators are used to estimate the prediction precision of the Informer model, the LSTM model and the Transformer model. the results show that the prediction accuracy of the Informer model is slightly higher than the other two models, but its model training speed is much faster than other models. the Informer model can meet the IGBT failure precursor parameter prediction application well due to the large amount of data generates by long-term operation. © 2022 IEEE.

Abnormality detection is a very popular research direction in the medical field;however, most of the existing methods have high requirements on the data type of the dataset and require tedious feature engineering. To address the above problems, this paper proposes a distributed optimized category-based feature boosting algorithm for constructing efficient anomaly detection models. the algorithm uses CatBoost for the numericalization of category-type features and model training and introduces the improved Red Fox optimization algorithm for parameter optimization to enhance the accuracy of the model. Finally, the Spark distributed computing framework is utilized for distributed training of the model to reduce machine configuration requirements and improve efficiency. Experiments are conducted using multiple medical datasets, and the experimental results show that the optimized CatBoost model performs well on multiple metrics, and the distributed training reduces the training time by approximately 70% compared to the stand-alone training time, which proves the effectiveness of the method. © 2024 the Authors.

Intelligent network connected vehicle is an important development direction of cutting-edge science and technology, which has a significant impact on intelligent transportation, modern logistics and other aspects. the environment awareness system is the foundation and guarantee of the safety and intelligence of the intelligent network connected vehicle. the application of intelligent and automatic driving technology to automobiles has become an inevitable trend in the future development of automobile industry. the complexity of the product structure and application technology of intelligent and connected vehicle(ICV) has brought great changes to the industrial ecological chain, which also determines the potential high risk of its supply chain(SC). Taking the automobile industry as the research object, this paper identifies the SC risks in the development of new products in the automobile industry. After screening, and combining with the characteristics of the automobile industry SC, the SC risks in the development of new products are classified into six categories: supply risk, manufacturing process risk, demand risk, cooperative relationship risk, logistics and distribution risk and external environmental risk. this paper aims to provide theoretical methods and strategic support for the risk management of automobile green SC, and promote the sustainable development of automobile green SC in China. © 2023 SPIE. At present, the amount of data collected by electricity information acquisition system increases dramatically. For current data growth and business needs, based on the research results of Sqoop and dataX, which are cross-platform heterogeneous data migration tools based on big data platform, this paper proposes to adopt Spark technology to study the cross-platform heterogeneous data migration technology of big data acquisition platform (cloud platform) and Oracle database. Two example tests were conducted to verify the support and performance of the Spark migration tool for migration between data in different formats and the ability to read, parse, and support data in particular formats.

the motion mode of near-space targets is complex due to their high threat level. the target imaging faces low SNR and susceptibility to background noise. the existing detection and classification algorithms struggle to meet the demands of performance and speed on such targets. To address these issues, a YOLOv5-based target detection algorithm utilizes CARAFE upsampling and the small detection head to extract internal features and edge information of dim target. the algorithm adeptly captures dim target features, enhancing real-time performance and detection accuracy while overcoming subtle feature granularity and extraction difficulties. Aiming at the problem that there is no existing trajectory classification algorithm in the near-space field, we propose an infrared dim target trajectory classification algorithm. the improved attention module is used to enhance the extraction of motion features, and the target category is accurately identified by the prediction module, improving the capacity to extract dependencies between trajectory fragments. We execute comparative experiments on common infrared dim target dataset, near-space infrared dim target dataset and real dataset to confirm the viability of our methods. the outcomes indicate that our proposed method can be applied to the above three types of dim targets and significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods. © the Institution of engineering & technology 2023.

Medical image segmentation is the process of accurately separating the patient area from the background area in medical images. High quality medical image segmentation helps to diagnose and treat patients more accurately. Otsu threshold segmentation algorithm has been used in optical image segmentation and continuously improved, but it has a high time complexity, and with the increase of threshold numbers, the time complexity shows an exponential growth trend, which has not been well solved. In response to this issue, this article combines artificial bee colonies with wolf pack algorithms for Otsu threshold segmentation. the directional wolf pack algorithm (WPA) is used to find the optimal threshold set in the solution space, while the artificial bee colony algorithm is used to pass on the excellent genes of wolf detection to improve convergence speed and maintain population diversity, further improving the segmentation efficiency and accuracy of optical images. the experiment verified that the fusion of artificial bee colony and wolf pack algorithm was applied to Otsu multi threshold segmentation, and the segmentation speed and accuracy were effectively improved. © 2025 SPIE.
