In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional display methods and improve the richness, realism, and user experience of display information, virtual reality technology has important application value. this study utilizes an immersive virtual reality display environment and a 3D real-time rendering platform to combine the DVS3D virtual reality platform with Ming style furniture display design, and designs and develops an immersive Ming style furniture virtual display system to make Ming style furniture more intuitive and realistic for users to display. Based on a comprehensive analysis of immersive virtual reality technology, this paper takes Ming style furniture display design as an example to conduct research on the application of the DVS3D virtual reality platform in Ming style furniture virtual display design. Combined with the analysis of virtual display design methods, the feasibility and design process of the application of the DVS3D virtual reality platform in Ming style furniture display design are elaborated;through design conception, scheme development, and evaluation, a virtual display design scheme for Ming style furniture was completed. Development of Ming style furniture virtual display system based on immersive virtual reality environment. A virtual display system for Ming style furniture was developed using the DVS3D real-time rendering platform, combining the performance of large-scale circular screen display environment, position tracking system, stereoscopic glasses, and other devices. the user’s evaluation of the virtual display experience for Ming style furniture was completed. © 2024 ACM.

An optical soliton, also known as a soliton pulse, is a special kind of wavepacket that travels through a nonlinear medium with a constant speed, undistorted profile, and conserved energy and momentum. the nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NLSE) precisely balances the nonlinear and dispersion factors to produce this steady propagation. In this work, extensive numerical analysis is carried out to the NLSE with quadratic-cubic nonlinearity to describe the characteristics of optical soliton propagation. Specifically, we considered a perturbation term, quantum potential or the Bohm potential, to investigate the influence of perturbations on the propagation of optical solitons. the stability of the solitary pulse propagation by varying the strength of quantum potential, quadratic and cubic nonlinearities are well studied. To do so, we built a mathematical model of NLSE with quadratic-cubic nonlinearity and quantum potential and obtained the numerical solutions through the finite element method. We observed the stability and amplitude of the optical soliton pulse over a specific time interval for different values of the parameters. We investigated the suitable choice of parameters for stable pulse propagation. We found that optical soliton pulse propagation was stable when self-focusing nonlinearity equaled self-defocusing nonlinearity at a medium strength of quantum potential perturbation. In particular, for the Bohm potential, b= 0.4, and quadratic and cubic nonlinearity coefficients of c 1= 0.3, and c 2=-0.3, stable soliton transmission was demonstrated which has less distortion and minimum amplitude variation. this model is important for studying the dynamics of solitons, perturbations in the transmission system, and optimizing the transmission system for stable soliton transmission. © 2023 IEEE.

Collaborative filtering (CF) from implicit datasets has attracted much attention in recent years. the current mainstream pairwise methods optimize the Area Under the Curve (AUC) and are empirically proven to be helpful to exploit implicit feedback, but lead to not addressing the rank-biased scenarios where positive items are supposed to be placed on the top-k positions. Although there exist listwise methods, they have low efficiency and are not particularly adequate for general implicit feedback situations. To that end, in this paper, we propose a new framework, namely Collaborative List-and-Pairwise Filtering (CLAPF), which aims to introduce pairwise thinking into listwise methods. Specifically, we first smooth a well-known rank-biased measure called Mean Average Precision (MAP) as a low-bound version to make it can be optimized. After that, we combined the objective functions of optimizing the MAP with pairwise comparisons. the CLAPF framework is a new hybrid model that provides the idea of utilizing a listwise measure in a pairwise way on implicit feedback. © 2023 IEEE.

Today, even small tourism firms are ready to use the latest IT, which undertakes to provide the desired relevant content, increasing the volume of the target audience, for example, about transport, the possibility of accommodation booking options, as well as automatically make management decisions related to increasing interest in tourism regular visited users. Internet technologies have become the foundation of the global system of communication and exchange of current relevant content, including in the field of online tourism. Content in modern conditions is a great and valuable resource for the evolution of society, increasing the competitiveness of tourism firms and introducing innovations. thanks to this communication between consumer customers and sellers, tourism information can be implemented virtually, where the product providers for tourists are transport carriers, hotels, tour agencies, etc. Even before the period of the global pandemic of COVID-19 and the war in Ukraine, modern civilization found itself at the crossroads of an era: post-industrial society was replaced by information and outdated technologies, knowledge and theory are beginning to exhaust themselves, including in the field of tourism. the increase in the pace of life of the average person, the informatization of society and a significant reduction in prices and Internet technologies contributed to the growth of demand among a part of the world's population to increase online travel (cheap, fast, informative, economical in both resources and time, comfortable, etc.). On the other hand, with the onset of the pandemic, the limit on exceeding the number of willing potential customers online has increased significantly. the aim of the research is to create a new project of a typical information system that will help with the management and support of online tourism for small towns in Ukraine. © 2023 IEEE.

Human posture estimation is an important content in computer vision, which is the research basis of action recognition, human-computer interaction and other directions, and the traditional manual feature approach has certain problems in terms of accuracy, robustness and computation. In recent years, deep learning-based pose estimation methods have achieved high performance in human pose estimation. According to the number of people, this paper classifies deep learning-based 2D human pose estimation methods into single-person pose estimation methods and multi-person pose estimation methods, and summarizes and analyzes each method. A brief overview of the current mainstream datasets and evaluation metrics is provided. Finally, the development of 2D human pose estimation methods is summarized and possible future trends are listed. © 2024 SPIE.

Sensitive data is one of the most valuable assets for any firm, so its protection must be prioritized. It is necessary to keep an eye on how operations are being carried out on a system. Key loggers, also known as key logging or keyboard capture, are one of the finest solutions for these types of issues. Recording keystrokes on a keyboard is known as keyboard capture since the individual using the keyboard isn't aware that their actions are being watched. this application monitors the user's keystrokes;to get the data, we constructed log files. In this key logger project, the keystrokes that a user makes on the keyboard are recorded and encrypted. the encrypted content is saved in a file. the admin can check the encrypted file and decrypt it to understand it. It helps the admin or user to monitor the activities and gives an idea that there is something suspicious. the admin can know that there is someone trying to access that information. Hence this application acts as Key stroke encryption software enabling the admin to identify the hacker text trying to use the system. this is very essential for highly secured systems. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Functional decline is a severe syndrome that affects older persons, and its early risk identification can postpone or prevent its consequences. Speech recognition is employed in this study to assist with the self-evaluation of the geriatric tests used for functional decline risk assessment. We use Convolutional Neural Network CNN model as a recognizer for word recognition. We apply feature selection and sub-feature selection techniques on extracted features to select the most convenient feature for the CNN and reduce the input feature matrix. Our findings demonstrate that the combination of MFCC, RASTA-PLPc, and PLPs gave better WRR=96.50% than each one alone and excluded other features. It also showed that the order of the features affects the model's performance. Similarly, the sub-feature selection is feasible and increases the WRR to 98.95 %. © 2023 IEEE.

With the advancement of science and technology in recent years, the Internet of things has become another technology hotspot after the Internet. It is widely used in various fields under its intelligent processing and reliability of transmission. However, rapid development also brings certain opportunities and challenges. the most prominent is the massive increase in equipment data, which brings huge challenges to the field of data analysis and prediction. therefore, how to efficiently process and predict the time series data generated by the Internet of things has become a research hotspot and difficulty. Cell-Free (CF) is one of the techniques that play a crucial role in the evolution of current 5th Generation (5G) technology to satisfy the needs of emerging communication applications. In this paper, we analyze the uplink CF system utilizing multiple aerial relay stations (ARSs), where ARSs are defined as unmanned aerial vehicles functioning as relay stations. ARSs are designed with multiple antennas that concurrently serve a specific number of terrestrial users in a given area. In terms of signal processing, the system uses the time division duplex (TDD) protocol for communication and the minimum mean squared error (MMSE) method for channel estimation. We determine the uplink user throughput expression by applying the matched filtering (MF) technique and optimize pilot/data transmission power to enhance system quality using the successive convex approximation (SCA) method and the linear problem (LP), respectively. Additionally, we propose an ARS selection strategy based on the large-scale fading factor to reduce system load, computational complexity, and energy consumption for ARSs. the results indicate that addressing the power optimization problem improves user throughput. Furthermore, the findings also reveal that when a certain number of ARSs are selected, the ARS selection method outperforms the CF (no selection) technique in terms of the user throughput. Accordingly, we discover the best number of ARSs for the proposed system. © 2023 IEEE.
