This research introduces an innovative Sign Language to Speech Conversion Model using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to address communication barriers for the people who are deaf and unable to hear properly. The model employs deep learning for the automatic extraction of spatial patterns from sign language images. A diverse sign language dataset is carefully curated, undergoing Pre-processing for improved quality. The CNN architecture, designed for adaptability, captures local and global features, enabling accurate *** the training phase, the model learns to map sign language gestures to spoken language representations. Performance evaluation methods which include accuracy, recall, precision and F1 score, demonstrate the effectiveness of the model. Results underscore the significance for the deaf community. The discussion explores broader implications in education, healthcare, and social interactions, acknowledging limitations and proposing future research *** conclusion, the Sign Language to Speech Conversion Model contributes to sign language recognition, offering an advanced solution for communication barriers and promoting inclusivity in diverse social settings. © 2024 IEEE.

Diabetic Foot Ulcer (DFU) is the main complexity of Diabetes, and might lead to cutoff of foot. One of the advancements of DFU treatment depends on the alertness of doctors and patients. This treatment approach has drawbacks such as the high cost of the diagnosis as well as the length of treatment. The analyzers had proposed many methods based on the technology which depends on both hardware as well as software (That includes sensors, portable devices, and deep learning algorithms). To have an efficient technique for diabetic foot ulcer detection, there is a need to enrich the process by deep learning and machine learning models to get high performance in the result. This study has used an image dataset of around 1500 images. The model is trained with advanced convolutional neural networks (CNN) of 11 layers with utmost 70 epochs with a best possible accuracy. The comparative analysis is done and result can be easily accessible by using a web application. © 2023 IEEE.

Healthcare data management affects software performance. Current healthcare systems do not use the newest technology to connect with stakeholders. Pharmacists' existing system flexibility could be more efficient. This research proposes an Android and web application system that allows doctors to prescribe to patients using a stylus pen. It will enable patients, receptionists, pharmacists, and admins to interact with the system via their web access. Arduino and E-Health sensors integrate the Internet of Things and cloud computing in the suggested solution. Registered IoT devices help healthcare stakeholders, making the system efficient, user-friendly, and error-free. We present a superior healthcare data management solution and an intuitive system interface. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents a review on Acoustic echo cancellation algorithms that are used to update the coefficients of filter which is used as an adaptive echo canceller. The acoustic echo generated in the echo route, when a microphone gets a speaker signal and sends it to the transmitter. An adaptive filter can minimize the effect of nonlinearity and echo caused due to the nonlinearity of the speaker and other components. The least mean square (LMS) based algorithms, along with those based on metaheuristic and stochastic optimization techniques, are the most widely used adaptive filtering algorithms. Because of their ease of implementation and computation, the gradient based algorithms suffer rare search of global minima solution. To overcome this issue, meta-heuristic and stochastic optimization algorithms are capable of avoiding local minima. To solve the AEC problem, various meta-heuristic approaches were used. The existing algorithms for the echo cancellation of acoustic signals are presented in this paper. © 2023 IEEE.

Quantum communication is based on a number of novel ideas. It is propelled forward by intriguing physics and associated disciplines such as superposition, entanglement, quantum tunneling, etc. This necessitates acquiring new skills ranging from physics, programming, computer science, communication engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering. The first applications have already reached market segments, and laboratories in universities are working on and developing advanced quantum networks, but the majority of the updates are yet to come. The quantum network is a new scientific field that is expected to become one of the core networking technologies in the future. In high-performance ADC designs, time-borrowing techniques are commonly utilized to reduce timing errors. A new dynamic flip-flop conversion mechanism has been developed in this work. The important contribution of this work is to dynamically convert flip-flops to transparent latches for time savings while avoiding setup time violations. In a continuous structure with a critical path and a critical feedback path, dynamic clock stretching structures cannot prevent timing violations. The DTEA technique is proposed in this work to overcome the above concerns. The proposed DTEA technique is compared to existing techniques in terms of performance enhancement and overhead area, and it is observed that there is an overall performance improvement. Based on the obtained results, it is observed that the proposed methodology improves pre-layout and post-layout simulation performance by an average of 20.2 percent and 14.8 percent, respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

In this research paper, MFIS (Metal Ferroelectric Insulator Semiconductor) and MFMIS (Metal Ferroelectric Metal Insulator Semiconductor) structures are used to investigate a charge plasma based negative capacitance junctionless transistor. The devices are protected from the random dopant fluctuation by the charge plasma produced charge carriers, resulting in a steady threshold voltage. For both topologies, a thorough TCAD investigation of the influence of channel length scaling over short-channel effects (SCEs) is presented. In contrast to MFIS, where the fringing field impact is restricted to the channel region only, the inside metal layer makes the MFMIS structure exhibits significant increment in threshold voltage (VT), reductions in sub threshold swing (SS), and reduced DIBL. The effect of channel length scaling over SCEs are given and compared for both configurations using TCAD simulations. © 2024 IEEE.

The present and future generations of cellular and mobile communications have increased the demand for wireless communication systems with portable size, low power, low cost along multi-functional design specifications. As a result, there is a need for the design of mobile handsets or User Equipment (UE) for emerging sub-6GHz applications with Radio Frequency Front-End (RFFE) to support increased data, more coverage, low power, less area, etc. This paper deals with the design of the RF Power Amplifier (PA) of RFFE. This design covers different RF PA classes from linear PA types i.e., Class A, Class AB, Class B, and Class C to switching PA types i.e., Class D, Class E, and Class F. These amplifiers having non-functional performance metrics with Transistor Technology, Supply Voltage, Gain, Output Power, Noise Figure, Power Added Efficiency (PAE), etc., are analyzed to support future generation systems. The designs are targeted for CMOS 45 nm technology using Cadence Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Virtuoso tool with Analog Design Environment (ADE) simulator for functionality and desired frequency of applications. © 2024 IEEE.
