This paper introduces a vision-based dynamic positioning (DP) control system and develops a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) platform to validate the performance of the controller applied to a work-class remotely operated vehicle (ROV). The proposed platform consists of three main parts: hardware, image processing part and controller. The hardware included a calibrated camera that was connected to a dedicated computer via USB 2.0. In the image processing part after pre-processing a circular Hough transform was used to detect and determine the position of the target in the image plane. Furthermore, this paper proposed a feedforward proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller. To evaluate the performance of the proposed controller, two scenarios were implemented. In the first scenario, the target was considered stationary and a disturbance was applied to the ROV in the simulation environment. In the second scenario, the target object has moved along a rectangular path, and the objective was to stabilize the ROV at the desired points. In both scenarios, the reference signal was acquired by a calibrated camera from the target and sent to the controller. The results showed the desirable performance of the proposed controller.

This article delves into the application of computer3D vision technology in multimedia graphic design systems, aiming to explore how to improve design quality by enhancing the depth and interactivity of visual communication. By integrating advanced 3D graphics processing algorithms, this study successfully developed a highly modular design system that can achieve complex 3D model rendering, support real-time lighting effects, and provide a user-friendly interactive interface. The system adopts GPU (General Processing Unit) acceleration technology, optimizes rendering pipelines, and ensures efficient graphics rendering performance. The research results indicate that in the testing of system response, it can be found that the response time is shorter than that of the improved system, with an average response time of 0.48 seconds, while the average response time of traditional systems is 1.2 seconds. It can be seen that the system in this article operates smoothly in the UI (User Interface), and can maintain a good user experience even when dealing with complex design tasks. The results of this study not only broaden the application scope of computer3D vision in the field of multimedia design, but also lay the foundation for subsequent research and development of related technologies.

Reasonable landscape design of urban public space is the key to urbanization transformation. In order to create a green, intelligent and humanistic urban image and enhance the overall beauty of the urban environment, the study provides an extraction method of landscape elements for landscape design with the help of computervision detection technology and image segmentation model. The experimental results show that the method designed by the study has a better balance of precision and recall, with a precision of 0.9 and a recall of 0.97. The loss function curve of the method converges to a minimum value of 0.50, which is faster, and the average intersection and merger ratio reaches the level of 0.5 at the early iteration, which is better than other models. When applied to landscape design examples, the method performs well in terms of subjective evaluation indexes and panoramic quality compared to traditional design. The study of assisted landscape design method based on Deep Lab v3+ and computervision provides new ideas for the digital transformation of landscape design, and provides theoretical support and technical guidance for the diversified and high-quality design needs of landscape design.
