Based on computer 5G technology, this paper proposes a SDN architecture application scheme for tactical access network topology. Firstly, aiming at the network delay problem existing in the new IVN architecture, this paper establishes a low-latency optimization mechanism. Then this paper uses the device hierarchy to optimize the network topology to achieve the maximum separation of device routing control and data forwarding. Thirdly, the link utilization weight is introduced to optimize the equivalent multipath selection algorithm. The experimental results show that the optimized traffic load is more balanced, the delay, jitter and packet loss rate of packets are significantly reduced, and the network scalability, security and transmission quality are significantly improved. © 2023 IEEE.

In this work, firstly a simulation model has been developed to increases the energy security to load side, and for the characterization and harmonic analysis of the load voltage during the condition of the faults. For this, primary line, backup line and MOSFET have been considered in this model. The MOSFET is used in the model to transfer the control from primary to backup line automatically under the condition of the fault and then automatically switching it back once the fault is cleared. A hybrid method has also been developed, considering the RMS of the Fundamental component of voltage, at each instant i.e. 200 samples/cycle, for the detection of magnitude of faults and for the estimation of the fault durations. It is shown that the proposed hybrid approach is proficient in the detection of fault and estimates the fault duration without producing any error. In addition to this the estimation of duration, time of occurrence and magnitude of harmonics are relatively compared with the event of voltage interruption using the proposed hybrid method and MATLAB's FFT tool. © 2024 IEEE.

Temperature increases are a common source of problems in transformers. Temperature increases as load current increases. There are two ways to monitor the rise in load current. Use a potential transformer and a temperature sensor, respectively. Voltage drops and winding temperature rises as load current increases. By measuring these two variables with a voltage sensor and a temperature sensor, the transformer problem can be resolved. The quantity detected by the sensor will be relayed over IoT to the control room in order to inform it of the transformer's state. It operates totally on autopilot. The Node MCU8266 board (which consist of microcontroller and built-in Wi-Fi board) included with the sensor will activate the circuit breaker to protect the transformer when the fault level is high. © 2023 IEEE.

This research presents the design and development of a non-destructive feature-based multi-commodity moisture content sensor system aimed at addressing food waste. The system leverages computer vision and machine learning to accurately predict moisture content in fresh Guava, Guyabano, and Lagundi leaves. Key components include a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, a camera module, a 40 kg load cell, and an Arduino Uno, integrated into a custom-designed stainless-steel chamber. The system captures visual features and weights of leaf samples, which are then processed to predict moisture content using a Random Forest Regression model. The model achieved an R2 score of 0.9412, with Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 1.2059% and Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 0.8583%. This innovative approach offers significant advantages in cost-efficiency, accuracy, and nondestructive testing compared to traditional methods. The study concludes that the developed system is practical and effective for real-world applications, particularly in enhancing food drying processes. Future recommendations include expanding the dataset, integrating real-time data acquisition, and IoT connectivity to further improve the system's utility and performance. This research contributes to sustainable food industry practices by providing a cost-effective and precise method for moisture content detection. © 2024 IEEE.

The rapid growth of Digital Media and communication technologies over the past two decades has led to various emerging platforms that have become an integral part of an individual's life. People share and connect through social media and other digital platforms, leading to a growth of closed communities categorized by similarities in their interests and beliefs. Recommendation systems and Personalization Algorithms have become extremely sophisticated in their ability to make inferences and provide users with content based on data collected by their engagement on these platforms. This has led to the dominance of effects like filter bubbles and echo chambers which narrows content consumption and leads to intellectual isolation, misinformation, and uninformed decision-making. To address these effects, we propose an approach that leverages deep learning and statistical techniques to provide legitimate means of measuring a user's content consumption against a "balanced content consumption"standard which would develop a sense of awareness as well as control over content consumption for a user. © 2024 IEEE.

The changes that occur on a person's face to communicate their internal emotional states, intentions, or social cues are known as facial expressions. The human face is a crucial tool for communicating with other sand determining their emotional states from their facial expressions. Because it is essential in human interaction, real-time facial expression analysis has become a research topic. Face reading is used in various areas, such as social interaction, emotional intelligence, computer vision, biometric security, and social intelligence. This work focuses on an overview of the various facial expression recognition methods and their advantages and disadvantages. The body's natural response to internal and external stimuli is emotional. Whether it's a common emotion, stress, anger, etc., it can cause serious harm to health. Both psychological and physiological manifestations of these responses emotions and facial expressions appear. The model is used to analyse real-time snapshots of the user's face and detect the existence of stressful information as well as convolutional neural network capable of recognizing emotions, and facial emotions, a proof of concept for the emotion detector was developed. The classification model was developed via transfer learning and fine-tuning. For deep learning process, two classifier designs were taken into account. Following a numberoftests, it was shown that a classifier built using a Separable Conv2D convolutional layer and LeakyReLU as activation method CNN performed the best in categorising emotions. The results are encouraging, and the proposed emotion detection system is minimallyintrusive as it only needs a webcam to monitor the user's facial expressions. © 2025 IEEE.

As one of the most serious damages of concrete structure, crack will lead to shorter service life and lower safety factors of concrete structure. The existing concrete crack segmentation model has the shortcomings of large number of parameters and slow inference speed, which makes it difficult to apply the model to the actual detection scene. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a lightweight concrete crack segmentation method based on DeeplabV3+, which effectively reduces the number of model parameters and improves crack segmentation accuracy by replacing the backbone and adding the SSH (Single Stage Headless) context module and ECA (Efficient Channel Attention). The experimental results show that the crack segmentation Precision and IoU of the proposed model are superior to other models when comparing the unit parameter number, the crack segmentation Precision and IoU of the proposed model reach 80.80% and 71.45% respectively as well, when only accounting for 14.3% of the parameters of DeeplabV3+ with ResNet101 as the backbone. © 2023 SPIE.

Phase direction and over current elements are relied upon to provide fast and Reliable protection throughout the power system. Although directional relays have been successfully applied to many years, but the System disruptions present the most challenges. The directional relay model is implemented in the Modelica language in this study. The modules will be merged into the final relay model after being individually tested, and that model will then be put through several fault simulations. Thereafter, the results obtained from this model will be compared with other obtained from a previously prepared model using MATLAB. Finally, a sample power network was implemented in order to evaluate the relays performance in a system. © 2023 IEEE.

Deep unsupervised domain adaptation (UDA) methods are widely used in the computer vision. However, such methods are usually negatively affected by inaccurate pseudo-label, which impairs model performance. This paper proposes a new UDA framework for optimizing pseudo-label by using the mean teacher model (LOOT). LOOT first constructs a teacher model using the source domain data to provide robust pseudo-label for subsequent training. A threshold strategy is also proposed to drive the model to learn to a more accurate output. Second, an optimal transport method using the JSD regular is proposed to align the global distribution of the source and target domains. In addition, the model is equipped with clustering objectives to enable discriminative domain invariant feature learning. The combined experiments show that LOOT achieves state-of-the-art result in the benchmark datasets. © 2023 SPIE.
