Multi object tracking is the identification of each object in a video. The challenge is how to match predicted and detected objects within the same frame. The matching features include appearance features, location features, etc. The predicted object relies on prior frames for these specific characteristics. However, little research has been conducted on the temporal relationship between the characteristics of the previous frame and the current frame. In this paper, a time-domain graph convolutional network was introduced for tracking multiple objects. The model consists of two primary components, in the initial stage, a convolutional neural network (CNN) is utilized to extract the appearance feature of pedestrians,which is a common procedure involved in processing images in the field of deep learning, then we apply graph convolutional network (GCN) to capture the appearance feature of previous frames in order to predict the appearance feature of the current frame. According to the interplay among previous frames, we can extract the pose characteristics of the present frame. Empirical assessment demonstrates that our enhancements result in a 1.3 increase in MOTA on the MOT16 dataset, achieving optimal performance levels across all aspects of competition with exceptional frame rate capabilities.
