With the development of modern optics, the application of infrared optical system is increasing day by day, and more and more optical devices require the working band in the near infrared region, which makes the development of high-performance infrared transmittance film become an important part of optical research. In this paper, an antireflective film with transmittance higher than 99% at 400-800nm was designed on K9 glass by using the software of film system design. According to the theoretical basis of optical film, the reflectivity of antireflection film is obtained by analyzing the admittance function of antireflection film. Using TiO 2 as the coating material with high refractive index and SiO 2 as the coating material with low refractive index, the near-infrared antireflection film with T≥99% was designed, and the total thickness of the film layer was 1660.07nm. The design results meet the requirements of technical indicators.

the countries of the world are using various communication services in all areas of society on based satellite networks. The international Telecommunication Union has allocated two kind of satellite position in space segment to Mongolia that are 113.6E longitude for Fixed Satellite Service-(FSS) and 74E longitude for Broadband Satellite Service-(BSS).Mongolia is planning to launch its national satellite in 2030. Therefore, there are studying many kind of science research including estimate satellite geometry parameters, rain attenuation, cloud attenuation and satellite network architecture based on national satellite that will be launched to space *** paper is described by detail that is the mathematical modelling of satellite geometry parameters particularly antenna look angles of the ground control *** this paper, aim of research work is determined the geometrical parameters of the national satellite 113.E and 74E to be launched in Mongolia by using a mathematical model to make a comparative analysis and to show some result.

This paper details the integration of augmented reality (AR) in a new factory, focusing on enhancing maintenance efficiency and optimization. The innovative approach involves combining AR technology, an Android application, and Siemens PLCs (Programmable Logic controller), for efficient automation. The robustness of the PLC enables seamless integration within manufacturing environments, accommodating diverse programming paradigms. The software aspect features Human Machine Interface (HMI) configuration using Siemens' WinCC software, offering dynamic visualizations, alarm handling, and data logging. WinCC's scalability suits applications of varying sizes. The HMI architecture is designed for easy parameter display. The Android application, developed with Java and Python, leverages their respective strengths in Android app development and image processing. Data exchange is facilitated by OPC-UA, supporting multiple programming languages for seamless communication. The AR Teleassistance is highlighted as a revolutionary solution, fostering real-Time communication among global experts, technicians, and operators. Beyond gaming origins, AR teleassistance enhances efficiency in various sectors, minimizing downtime and facilitating global knowledge transfer. The integration of Teleassistance promotes effective collaboration between human expertise and automated systems, crucial for optimal performance in modern industrial settings. Continuous development is suggested through the addition of more 3D mechanical drawings and real-Time stock information for parts in the application, aiming for future optimization and performance enhancement. © 2024 IEEE.

Aiming at the problems of large chattering and slow response time existing in the preexisting sliding mode observer permanent magnet synchronous motor control, this paper proposes a new sliding mode observer control way. The model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor was established, and design a new function to take the place of the preexisting transforming function. And use Lyapunov stability criterion to analyse the system stability. At the same time, Use Matlab/Simulink simulation software to carry out simulation experiments, build simulation experiment models, and obtain the control result waveforms of the integrated sliding mode observer control system and the newly designed sliding mode observer control system. Compared to pre-existing sliding mode observers, it can be known that, constrasted with the pre-existing sliding film observer, better performance and stronger stability are possessed by the new sliding mode observer proposed in this artical. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

With the rapid growth of technology, the era of network information has led to an increasing demand for communication among people, and the means of communication have also undergone earth shaking changes. To meet the various forms of international and domestic conference exchange needs, major enterprises around the world have introduced various advanced multimedia intelligent conference equipment and created various forms of conference halls. However, with the continuous growth of mainstream multimedia conferences, equipment maintenance issues, human-computer interaction issues, and resource utilization issues have gradually become prominent, becoming key factors that constrain conference efficiency and experience. In order to effectively address these challenges, this article proposes an optimization algorithm for a centralized control system of conference equipment based on artificial intelligence (AI). This algorithm utilizes advanced technologies such as deep learning (DL) and the Internet of Things (loT) to achieve automatic recognition, configuration, status monitoring, and intelligent scheduling of conference equipment. By collecting and analyzing device and user data in real-time, algorithms can automatically optimize device settings, improve human-computer interaction efficiency, and allocate device resources reasonably to ensure the smooth progress of meetings. The experimental results show that the algorithm can significantly improve the management efficiency and user experience of conference equipment.

Robotic platforms have transformed pipe inspection from routine checks into an automatic data-driven process. Such robotic systems often integrate computer vision technology to collect and analyze inspection data in an automated and efficient way and offer additional capabilities such as 3D reconstruction of pipes and precise measurement of deformations (e.g., dents, buckling). This work presents an initial case study of a robotic inspection system equipped with LiDAR and camera sensors capable of performing automatic pipeline inspections. This proof-of-concept study is dedicated to the 3D reconstruction of the pipeline using LiDAR data collected during inspections. Reconstruction accuracy is evaluated by computing the RMSE for pipe surface reconstruction and the deviation from the reference diameter of a single pipe in a controlled laboratory setting. Reconstruction results reach an accuracy higher than 2cm based on computed RMSE and a precision higher than 0.5cm in pipe diameter estimation. The current implementation is limited to the inspection of matte and non-reflective pipes. Still, it offers a straightforward and scalable solution for various industrial sectors. Future work will incorporate camera data to integrate color mapping into the 3D reconstruction model and detect potential defects and deformations in a pipe. © 2025 by SCITEPRESS - Science and Technology Publications, Lda.

This paper deeply understands the functional modules of the VERICUT software system and the NX software modeling technology based on the computer virtual reality technology of CNC machine tool engineering. Then this paper uses three-dimensional software to build the measured size model of machine tool engineering, and builds the virtual simulation environment of the machine tool in the numerical control virtual simulation processing software VERICUT. Then this paper obtains the parameters of the virtual material model of the joint based on the multi-objective optimization method, and builds an accurate virtual material model of the joint. In this way, an accurate dynamic model of the CNC machine tool is established. The system realizes the information exchange between the machine tool simulation controller and the model, and supports the virtual debugging function of the model. The simulation results show that the method is feasible and can effectively improve the virtual-real interaction ability, data visualization degree and state monitoring efficiency of machine tools.

The transfer of the data from one Sensing Intelligent Device (SID) to the other sensing intelligent devices (SIDs). The transmission of data happens from one area to a different area in a Sensing Intelligent Network (SIN). The data packets receiver is usually the destination control Center. Various applications of SIN are disaster monitoring, war plane detection and sending the environmental hazards information along with various other applications. Due to the constraints which are involved in SIN like low battery, low transmission range it is important to avoid duplication of data as well as collect the data from the SIDs in an intelligent fashion. Each SIN has huge number of SIDs and hence they transmit data which is similar in nature and hence this causes the SIDs to choke and become irrelevant SIDs over a period. The number of such chocking instances can be reduced in the SIN with the help of data aggregation, intelligent selection of centralized SID for a specific SIN area with the help of machine learning techniques. Self-walking platform is used to support subway tunnel maintenance and construction. However, the kinematics model and motion control of the subway tunnel self-propelled platform are different from that of the plane, it is a non-holonomic constrained system with serious sliding, strong coupling and highly nonlinear, and the pipeline environment is complex, so it is difficult to accurately model. In order to solve these differences, the kinematic characteristics of wheels in cylindrical workspace are discussed first. The geometric constraints of self-walking platform in circular tunnels are also analyzed. Secondly, considering the complexities of self-walking platform motion model, a control algorithm based on fuzzy logic is proposed. Finally, through MATLAB and ADAMS joint simulation, the scenarios for virtual platform moving in circular tunnels are simulated, which shows the effectiveness of the algorithm. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Predictive analytics and automation with the Internet of Things (IoT) is a growing trend in supply chain management.
