First, data gloves were made. The STM32 microcontroller was selected for the data glove to collect hand motion pose data from the MPU6050 sensor, and the data was transferred to the Unity3D engine via a wireless Bluetooth module. The experiments show that the data glove can provide data to the system stably and the system does not lag. The HMM-based dynamic gesture recognition method is proposed. The hidden Markov model is studied in depth, and the gesture interaction recognition model is established by adding noise and normalization to the data generated by the data glove. The proposed algorithm has a correct recognition rate of more than 90% for all the eight defined gestures. Finally, This paper is based on virtual reality even though the research and integration of human-computer interaction systems has made some progress and breakthroughs in the new field of virtual reality. © 2023 SPIE.

Currently, cutting-edge technologies such as computer technology and network technology are rapidly developing, and they have been widely applied in various industries and fields. At the same time, a large amount of data information is constantly being generated. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen, optimize and analyze various disorderly and fragmented information to ensure that these disorderly information can be effectively removed, thereby improving the reliability and accuracy of information data. Compared to traditional BP neural networks, this paper proposes a new image processing method based on CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks). The article combines the concepts and technical points of computer image processing technology and big data analysis and recognition technology, analyzes their advantages and principles, and discusses the specific application strategies of this technology. In such a large environment, utilizing computer image processing and recognition technology can better utilize its flexibility and processing capabilities, and enhance its application in various industries. Finally, this paper verifies the progressiveness of the tennis error action recognition model based on CNN algorithm through experiments (with the increase of the number of tennis error techniques, the recall rate of the tennis action recognition model based on CNN algorithm continues to increase to 89%, higher than other algorithms). © 2024 IEEE.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a condition that impacts interaction, communication and behavior usually showing signs, around the age of two. This paper presents a novel mobile application developed using Flutter to help children with ASD improve cognitive and communication skills through personalized, AI-powered learning modules, interactive quizzes, and visual aids. The proposed app aims to empower individuals with autism, facilitate learning and social interactions and equip parents with tools for monitoring progress. = The application includes communication features, tailored educational modules and progress monitoring capabilities. It leverages Flutter for platform functionality ensuring accessibility on both Android and iOS devices. The user friendly interface, symbols, for communication and secure parent dashboard enhance usability. Initial assessments indicate increased user engagement improved communication skills and greater independence. With a technology that offers interactive forms of communication, personalized learning modules, and dynamic assessments to match a student's progress with their performance. This app is available for Android and iOS devices through Flutter, a technology that enables it to work in both platforms. The app is easily accessible by users due to its user-friendly layout, visual communication symbols, and secure parent dashboard. Preliminary evaluations indicate increased user participation, enhanced communication, and higher self-reliance. Compared to others apps, this one adopts a more broad approach, emphasizing communication, education, and life skills. © 2024 IEEE.

Development of sensor technology has significantly increased recently. To combat the high rates of fatalities and expenditures connected with injuries caused by traffic, sensor technology and computer vision have achieved considerable advancements. To improve road safety, an intelligent system has been created with the aim of spotting anomalies in the road and providing driving support. Utilizing a combination of accelerometer sensors, vibration motion sensors, gyroscopic sensors, and GPS technology, this system is smoothly integrated into cars. A comprehensive and evidence-based systematic review focused on computer vision applications for Automated Road Defect and Anomaly Detection is still lacking, despite the fact that prior studies and applications of computer vision have concentrated on particular aspects of road hazards. The system can identify several types of road irregularities based on the current location of the vehicle by using machine learning techniques to examine sensor data. Additionally, it gathers and compares data from other vehicles at the same GPS locations to confirm the presence of road problems like speed bumps or potholes. The GPS application provides access to a cloud-based repository where all the acquired data is safely kept. The technology notifies drivers ahead of time, advising them to slow down as they approach GPS spots that have previously been identified as having road abnormalities. The results of this poll could provide the scientific community with insightful information that would help improve traffic conditions and safety in general. experience. © 2023 IEEE.

Following the ideas put forth by industry 4.0, flexible manufacturing systems that make use of robots, sensors and artificial intelligence are gaining more and more relevance. While vision systems are fundamental for the implementation of autonomous robotic systems, they are often lacking in accuracy when the conditions are not ideal. A robotic contact measurement system could be a possible solution to measure with more accuracy portions on the surface of a work-piece where the vision systems may struggle to acquire accurately. Using a robot for contact measurement introduces uncertainties due to the dynamics of the robot and the geometry of the probe. In this work a data-driven adaptive filter is developed exploiting a trained inferential model in order to enable robots equipped with a force sensor to perform contact measurements. The model is trained using data acquired from a 3D printed part with small features representing small surface defects to be measured, as small as 0.2 mm. The result shows that the profile of the defect can be effectively reproduced through the use of model reducing the mean absolute error from 0.382 mm to 0.034 mm. © 2024 IEEE.

This abstract examines the role of mistake manipulation in asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) networks. Errors management is an error correction that ensures dependable fact transfers in computer networks, and that is especially essential in ATM networks that require the transfer of large quantities of records at high speeds. To better understand the role of error control in ATM networks, this abstract will pay attention to two primary areas: blunder correction protocols and error control mechanisms. Mistake correction protocols assist in sure the accuracy of facts by detecting and correcting errors. Blunder control mechanisms are used to reduce or cast off error propagation, and this is done via the usage of float management, retransmission, and buffer management strategies. Via a theoretical and empirical examination of error control in ATM networks, this abstract will offer a better understanding of the role that blunder manipulation plays in ensuring dependable and efficient fact transfers. © 2024 IEEE.

The identification of items on the surface of the earth is widely known to be possible using hyperspectral images. To do classification and identify the various items on the image, the majority of classifiers just take into account spectral information. In this study, a neural network convolutional is used to classify the hyperspectral picture based on spectral and spatial properties (CNN). There are only a few areas in the hyperspectral picture. The multilayer perceptron aids in the categorization of visual characteristics into many classes while CNN builds the upper categorical level of strategic spectral and spatial aspects in each of the patch. The patch size of 13 × 13 is found to be sufficient to attain the best accuracy. Compared to other classifiers, CNN requires greater computing time for training and testing. In comparison to other classifiers, simulation findings indicate that CNN stores the hyperspectral picture with the best classification accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

RGB-T tracking aims to capture both position and scale of a specific target, with the guidance of both visible and thermal images. With the popularity of multi-modal sensors, this topic has reached more and more attention, which has great potential on autonomous driving, smart monitoring, etc. Recent methods mainly introduce feature fusion modules to aggregate multi-modality information via feature selection or feature fusion. In this paper, we design an adaptive multi-modal decision fusion strategy for Visible and Thermal (RGB-T) tracking. First, we set correlation filter tracker as our baseline. Then, we calculate the tracking confidence of both modalities via Peak-to-Side Ratio, generating the fusion weights. Finally, the response maps are linearly summed via the fusion weights. Experiments on GTOT validate the proposed fusion strategy can provide superior performance against the competitors, achieving 25.3% MSR and 43.9% MPR. © 2023 SPIE.

Supervising and examining the physical activities of different individuals by using wireless sensors is beneficial in favor of recognizing postural positioning and moving actions in the everyday ambiance. Accelerometers have been exercised in intelligent environments to identify human activities for many years. Using these accelerometer sensors and human activity recognition systems, people going through many sicknesses and illnesses can be proficiently scrutinized, and thus remedial medication can be dispensed in a well-timed approach. In this research paper, a naïve, and intricate technique founded on certain time domain features on the way to classify the physical activities is suggested. Feature extraction is a momentous step in HAR, and in this study, six statistical features were obtained from the preprocessed data. To further optimize the feature set, the Binary Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) was integrated. Further, a Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) was utilized for activity recognition to distinguish between the six activity classes. MLP has the advantage of finding non-linear patterns in data, the algorithm possesses powerful features of reducing overfitting in the data and good generality. It also offers resistance to noises usually experienced in the sensor data. Experimental results evaluated that the proposed framework achieved 87.14% recognition accuracy. This validates that the suggested framework can be used to observe physical activities and discriminate between healthy and unhealthy patients. ©2024 IEEE.

In mobile Internet of things (IoT) networks, SDN with routing protocols delivers a novel and promising approach to these settings' dynamic and diversified issues. SDN principles and mobile IoT routing protocols may be able to provide a scalable, adaptive, and efficient solution for managing these networks' many devices, applications, and mobility patterns. SDN's centralized control and programmability make routing decisions dynamic, allowing smooth adaption to mobile IoT applications. This adaptability improves network efficiency, latency, and resource use. SDN routing decisions are intelligent and realtime because control and data planes are separated. SDN abstraction facilitates Mobile IoT network infrastructure setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting. This abstraction and SDN's programmability allow network administrators to adapt routing policies and protocols for varied IoT applications, creating a more responsive and customizable network environment. Standardization, security, and scalability remain issues despite these advances. Researchers and practitioners must work together to overcome these challenges and maximize SDN-based routing protocols in emerging Mobile IoT networks. Mobile IoT networks that integrate SDN with routing protocols can meet the needs of a connected and dynamic environment. SDN-based solutions will revolutionize Mobile IoT networking with their efficiency, agility, and intelligence as technology and standards grow. © 2024 IEEE.
