In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the automotive OTA (Over-the-Air) upgrade, and make it more adaptable to the characteristics of the car. In the paper, we propose to use an optimized BSDIFF algorithm to remotely swipe the car. Specifically, the divsufsort algorithm is used in the suffix sequence, and the Zstd algorithm is used in the compression and decompression process to further improve the upgrade speed. Fault-tolerance mechanism and buried point analysis mechanism are also designed to ensure the robustness of the upgrade process. We conducted OTA upgrade simulation experiment on Linux platform. Experiment results show that the proposed combinatorial optimization algorithm can improve the efficiency of ECU remote writing under the bandwidth limitation of vehicle network. © 2023 IEEE.

Cocoa is an essential ingredient in chocolate and chocolate-flavoured treats. Chocolate is one of the world's most desired foods because of its worldwide popularity. It is necessary to test the quality of cocoa to produce high-quality chocolate. Early prediction and classification of the cocoa computer vision system are required. In computer vision systems, deep learning methods are used for accuracy prediction based on the morphological characteristics of cocoa and its types. The transformer has revolutionized Natural Language Processing and its exceptional performance has extended its application to computer vision. However, as more complex tasks arise, the demand for models to process longer sequences has increased. To address this, efficient transformers with reduced time and memory complexities have been developed. Linear transformer is an outstanding one of them with linear time complexity with input length. Causal product is the core computation of causal linear attention in linear transformer, which are commonly used to perform autoregressive tasks. However, in order to preserve the linearity, the causal products of queries are computed sequentially in Linear Transformer. We propose an innovative CUDA kernel function which allows for parallel computation of the query attention instead of sequential. Furthermore, we optimized the GPU computations of linear attention in Linear Transformer by double pipeline that decreases the time of data transmission. Our experiments demonstrate that our method achieves a 9x speedup compared to the original causal product function when implemented on a CPU. © 2023 SPIE.

The quality detection of furniture boards is one of the most important parts of the furniture board quality control process. The boards may contain round holes, grooves, and defects for various reasons. In industry, it is necessary to detect them in real time. This paper proposes a multi-objective detection method based on the Yolov4-tiny and Multi-Gate Mixture-of-Experts(MMOE) structure that can simultaneously detect round holes, grooves and defects in high resolution board images in real time. Considering the high resolution of the board image and the small size of the dataset, data pre-processing and data augmentation are performed to reduce the size of the image and increase the size of the dataset. In consideration of the difference in the characteristics of the hole, groove and defect. the task of detecting defects and the task of detecting holes and grooves are decoupled, and different task headers and gate networks are designed. Finally, it is tested on a real production line and the combined mAP reaches 75.49% and the detection takes only 20ms. © 2022 IEEE.

OBJECTIVE: This study aims to investigate the intervention effectiveness and feasibility of the computer programs of rapid eye movement (REM) and relaxation on acute stress in adults. METHODS: A randomized controlled trial was conducted in which 90 healthy adult male subjects were randomly assigned to use the control, REM or relaxation computer program after acute stress induction. The biological indicator of Salivary Cortisol, Positive and Negative Affect Schedule and Stress Self-Assessment Scales were collected from the subjects before and after stress elicitation and intervention to assess their stress state. Many techniques have been incorporated into game recommendation systems, and they showed excellent accuracy in the recommendation. However, most of them are not user-centered, and users could only provide the game names to get their recommended list without any interaction. Therefore, we firstly conducted user research to evaluate what kind of factors will affect the games recommendation system. By analyzing the result of user research data, we concluded the influential factors our users genuinely care about. Then we designed a prototype/UI and deployed an application called RecommenderPlus, a user-centered steam games recommendation system based on the requirements of our users. Also, we introduced its design process and the challenges we met. After that, we analyzed and evaluated our model's performance and discussed its advantages andlimits. © 2022 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of low automation in pig farms, this paper proposes a new pig posture estimation method based on breeding scenarios for intelligent monitoring of pig ***, the video image data of indoor and outdoor scenes in pig breeding scenarios were collected and labeled, and a self-constructed pig posture estimation dataset was built;Secondly,Resnet50, VGG16 and MobileNetV2 were used as the back-bone network, and the three methods based on coordinate regression, heat map and simple coordinate classi-fication were analyzed experimentally, and the Simple Coordinate Classification (SimCC) algorithm with the optimal effect was selected as the extraction method of key points of pigs;Finally, we integrated High Resolution Network(HRNet)and HRFormer, which incorporates Transformer modules, as backbone net-works. They were combined with the SimCC to formulate an effective pig pose estimation framework. The experimental results show that the mAP of HRFormer-SimCC reaches 83.2%, which is an average im-provement of 7.2% over the use of traditional CNN model and 0.4% over the HRNet-SimCC, and the float-ing-point computation and parameter counts of HRFormer-SimCC are only 45.05% and 36.48% of it. This is more suitable to be deployed in breeding environments and provides a theoretical basis for intelligent moni-toring of pig farms. © 2024 SPIE.

This paper focuses on the fuzzy adaptive control of incommensurate uncertain nontriangular structure fractional order systems (FOSs). First, virtual control variable is separated by differential Mean Value Theorem, and fuzzy logic systems are employed to approximate the uncertain system dynamics. Then, adaptive update laws are designed to estimate the approximation errors and dynamic surface control (DSC) technique with error compensation mechanism is utilized to conquer the calculation complexity explosion phenomenon in the backstepping process. After that relative-Threshold-based event-Triggered strategy is adopted to release more communication resources and Zeno behavior is proved to be avoided. Finally, the stability of the closed-loop systems is confirmed by indirect Lyapunov method and the validity of the developed controller is verified by the simulation examples. © 2023 IEEE.

Grocery shopping stands as a quintessential task in everyday life, yet it often involves complex decision-making processes influenced by factors such as individual preferences, budget constraints, and time limitations. In response to the intricacies of this routine chore, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly Reinforcement Learning (RL), has emerged as a promising avenue for optimization. RL empowers autonomous agents to navigate the grocery shopping landscape by learning optimal strategies through iterative interactions with the environment. By employing RL algorithms, these agents can adapt and refine their decision-making processes over time, aiming to maximize cumulative rewards such as cost savings, time efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Such personalized and dynamic approaches hold significant potential for revolutionizing traditional grocery shopping experiences, offering tailored recommendations, mitigating decision fatigue, and ultimately streamlining the overall shopping journey for consumers. In this context, the application of RL techniques serves as a powerful tool to optimize the process of grocery shopping. By formulating the problem within a framework of states, actions, transition probabilities, and rewards, RL algorithms enable an autonomous agent to learn an optimal strategy for navigating through a network of shops to fulfill a given shopping list efficiently. In this work, through the implementation of value iteration, Q-learning, and representation policy iteration methods, the agent can learn and refine its decision-making policy, ultimately simplifying and enhancing the grocery shopping experience for consumers. © 2024 IEEE.

The fault diagnosis system of tunnel boring machine under PDCA fault cycle is studied based on multi-source information. The system includes three modules, namely intelligent selection plan generation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of the plan and fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making model. Realize the selection of tunnel boring machine and the optimization of main parameters. The research results of this project will provide technical support for tunnel boring machine fault diagnosis. Finally, the fault diagnosis method was verified by taking an actual project as an example. Research shows that integrated diagnosis methods can effectively improve the effectiveness and accuracy of tunnel boring machine fault diagnosis, thereby effectively improving the efficiency of engineering construction. © 2023 IEEE.
