Aiming at the problem of low automation in pig farms, this paper proposes a new pig posture estimation method based on breeding scenarios for intelligent monitoring of pig ***, the video image data of indoor and outdoor scenes in pig breeding scenarios were collected and labeled, and a self-constructed pig posture estimation dataset was built;Secondly,Resnet50, VGG16 and MobileNetV2 were used as the back-bone network, and the three methods based on coordinate regression, heat map and simple coordinate classi-fication were analyzed experimentally, and the Simple Coordinate Classification (SimCC) algorithm with the optimal effect was selected as the extraction method of key points of pigs;Finally, we integrated High Resolution Network(HRNet)and HRFormer, which incorporates Transformer modules, as backbone net-works. They were combined with the SimCC to formulate an effective pig pose estimation framework. The experimental results show that the mAP of HRFormer-SimCC reaches 83.2%, which is an average im-provement of 7.2% over the use of traditional CNN model and 0.4% over the HRNet-SimCC, and the float-ing-point computation and parameter counts of HRFormer-SimCC are only 45.05% and 36.48% of it. This is more suitable to be deployed in breeding environments and provides a theoretical basis for intelligent moni-toring of pig farms. © 2024 SPIE.

The fault diagnosis system of tunnel boring machine under PDCA fault cycle is studied based on multi-source information. The system includes three modules, namely intelligent selection plan generation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of the plan and fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making model. Realize the selection of tunnel boring machine and the optimization of main parameters. The research results of this project will provide technical support for tunnel boring machine fault diagnosis. Finally, the fault diagnosis method was verified by taking an actual project as an example. Research shows that integrated diagnosis methods can effectively improve the effectiveness and accuracy of tunnel boring machine fault diagnosis, thereby effectively improving the efficiency of engineering construction. © 2023 IEEE.

In current era people are suffering from many problems including common and rare diseases. The common diseases like hypertension and diabetes can be curable and controllable using proper medical guidance and diet but there is some rare disease which people do not aware about. Some of the rare diseases are Wilson's disease, Hemochromatosis and Ricket's disease. The causes of these disease are food deficiency or excessive consumption of minerals. Proper Food intake must be necessary to control these rare diseases. Specific nutrition must be required to control these diseases. In this research paper we have proposed an application which can be used by thepatient suffering from these rare diseases. It is developed using Android Studio platform. In the application user can enter the rare disease type and based on selected type a user is guided forfood to be intake by them. User can get the information regarding the hospitals which provides treatments for these raredisease. © 2023 IEEE.

Grocery shopping stands as a quintessential task in everyday life, yet it often involves complex decision-making processes influenced by factors such as individual preferences, budget constraints, and time limitations. In response to the intricacies of this routine chore, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly Reinforcement Learning (RL), has emerged as a promising avenue for optimization. RL empowers autonomous agents to navigate the grocery shopping landscape by learning optimal strategies through iterative interactions with the environment. By employing RL algorithms, these agents can adapt and refine their decision-making processes over time, aiming to maximize cumulative rewards such as cost savings, time efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Such personalized and dynamic approaches hold significant potential for revolutionizing traditional grocery shopping experiences, offering tailored recommendations, mitigating decision fatigue, and ultimately streamlining the overall shopping journey for consumers. In this context, the application of RL techniques serves as a powerful tool to optimize the process of grocery shopping. By formulating the problem within a framework of states, actions, transition probabilities, and rewards, RL algorithms enable an autonomous agent to learn an optimal strategy for navigating through a network of shops to fulfill a given shopping list efficiently. In this work, through the implementation of value iteration, Q-learning, and representation policy iteration methods, the agent can learn and refine its decision-making policy, ultimately simplifying and enhancing the grocery shopping experience for consumers. © 2024 IEEE.

Machine learning is currently a prominent issue due to the direct training of machines with minimal human input. In the present period, the scenario of manual machine feeding has changed, it now learns automatically. Machine learning approaches are utilized for a variety of tasks, such as feature extraction, pattern recognition, object recognition, and classification. In computer vision, machine learning is used to extract important information from visual data. computer vision contributes to a variety of disciplines, including surveillance, robotics, suspect detection, optical character recognition, and numerous other technologies. computer vision helps in extracting metadata from humans, such as emotions, sentiments, personality, and so on. This paper presents a thorough yet current survey of human profiling based on computer vision. However, we present a taxonomy of data profiling and computer vision as well as how to profile humans from image data. As an experience, we will discuss our program about human faces recognising emotions from a person's image using deep learning. In any event, the outcomes we have achieved are critical and important. © 2022 IEEE.

In Today scenario , Android is one of the most frequently used mobile operatings systems, thus it is a priority for advanced threat actors and hackers. Malicious code is often found in Android applications to which security solutions have a problem of identifying the threats. Today's Android malware is sophisticated enough that it can avoid most ***, machine learning is more efficient in stopping a large number of diverse contemporary threats to Android devices. These machine learning methods essentially first rely on the detection of sequential patterns of malicious behaviors, and secondly, distinguish between existing and new types of threats that have previously exhibited typical and atypical behavior. Our proposed approach builds on Ensemble learning where the methods include Support Vector Machines, Decision Trees, Logistic regression and XGBoost to bolster the detection abilities of the model. This methodology serves to enhance the specific model performance on identifying known malware. © 2024 IEEE.

Aiming at the altitude control problem of tandem twin rotor UAV, a PID controller based altitude control method is proposed in this paper. First of all, the dynamic and kinematic analysis of the UAV is conducted, and then a model is built in MATLAB/Simulink, and the parameters of the PID controller are optimized to achieve precise control of the UAV's altitude. The simulation results show that the proposed control method has high control accuracy and robustness, and can maintain stability even when facing external disturbances. This study provides a feasible PID control solution for altitude control of tandem twin-rotor UAV, which has certain practical application value. © 2023 IEEE.

Mobile crowdsensing (MCS) is a new crowdsourcing model. With the continuous development of MCS, more and more task requesters and workers participate in the MCS, and how to design a reasonable task allocation scheme hasbecome a hot topic of research. In this paper, we investigate the spatiotemporal task allocation problem considering task time constraints and workers' execution capabilities, and proposean efficient task allocation algorithm based on the discrete particle swarm optimization to maximise social welfare. In order to further optimise the task allocation scheme, a greedy algorithm is introduced to reduce the distance workers have to travel to perform the task and hence the cost of performing the task. Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective in improving social welfare. © 2022 IEEE.
