Perfect power flow methods can be employed to choose which inverters will supply and determine their optimal real and reactive power settings based on financial goals. Utilizing advanced semidefinite relaxation make possible to work out with lessen calculation loads. Reflecting on the complex power inculcation originated by strong robustness and the high resilience of ESS-PV inverter, the steady state voltage security area (SSVSA) for inverter is created. The voltage expedition indicator for inverter is suggested to measure the voltage security limit between the security range and operation state. The suggested scheme balances beneficially to large distribution networks. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years, with the development of industrial technology gradually mature, modern industry has carried on the thorough research to the measurement field, put forward higher requirements for accurate measurement and performance optimization in other directions. Therefore, the focus of this paper is to test the networking system based on laser diameter measurement to achieve accurate measurement of cable radius. The measured experimental data can show that the system can show high precision, high efficiency and real-time control for accurate diameter measurement. Through the development of the corresponding measurement data host computer display interface, verify its feasibility, thereby reducing the product development cycle, with strong practicability. © 2023 SPIE.

Referring Expression Comprehension (REC) is a task in the realm of vision and language, aiming to identify objects in images based on provided descriptions. Classic REC methods, however, face challenges in handling expressions involving multiple targets or empty scenarios. In this paper, we study the limitations of existing REC methods, particularly in the context of Generalized Referring Expression Segmentation (GRES). In response, we propose Generalized DINO, a model that extends Transformer-based detectors by incorporating Region-Image Cross Attention (RIA) and Region-Language Cross Attention (RLA) mechanisms. This approach enables the detector to support arbitrary numbers of target object detection, overcoming the constraints of traditional REC methods. Comprehensive experiments on widely-used datasets such as RefCOCO/+/g and the GRES benchmark gRefCOCO showcase the superior performance of Generalized DINO in GRES tasks. The model outperforms even the robust RELA model, demonstrating a significant stride in handling expressions with multiple targets or empty scenarios. Our findings underscore the efficacy of Generalized DINO in enhancing the robustness and flexibility of REC models, contributing to multimodal information processing. The model's ability to handle complex language expressions involving multiple objects positions it as a valuable asset in applications like human-computer interaction and visual question answering. © 2024 ACM.

Crop output can be greatly enhanced by using greenhouses, and efficient environmental management techniques are necessary to achieve this goal. The greenhouse environment, being a multifactor, highly linked, nonlinear complex system, is vulnerable to multiple interferences that might affect the overall stability of the control system. controlling greenhouse settings in an accurate, efficient, and intelligent way is still a major challenge. This article examines the three developing stages of greenhouse control to assess the common intelligent control methods used nationally and internationally in greenhouses. It focuses on how three important intelligent control techniques—fuzzy control, decoupling control, and neural network control are now being applied. Moreover, it recommends that multi-variable system control and control model optimization be given top priority in future research on greenhouse intelligent control to offer guidance and assistance for more sophisticated and intelligent greenhouse management in the future. © 2024 SPIE.

In order to ensure the security of data access, correlative control and operational auditing are critical. After years of development, access control models with different properties have been applied under different conditions. However, the centralized access control model has defects such as single-point failure threats and poor scalability. As an emerging distributed data management technology, blockchain can make up for these shortcomings with its advantages of openness, transparency and traceability of operations, and can achieve audit goals. Given the characteristics of blockchain and smart contracts, we design and implement an attribute-based access control model based on the consortium blockchain and smart contracts. Moreover, considering potential policy conflicts, we add two different policy conflict handling methods based on smart contracts to enhance the security of the model. Finally, we tested the main interfaces of the model under different loads. We find that adding a policy conflict handling module will cause extra performance loss. Implemented Image captioning is becoming a need. Deep neural network models enable integrated applications to generate and caption images. Image captioning describes an image. It requires identifying an image's main objects, properties, and relationships. It produces correct sentences. The creation of image caption generators, which examine the content of an image and offer pertinent descriptions, makes use of deep learning and computer vision techniques. One element of this method involves classifying objects in the image using English keywords derived from training datasets. The caption generator was created by combining LSTM and CNN. In this paper, we propose a deep-learning model that uses computer vision and machine translation to characterize images and generate captions. The model successfully recognizes and labels visual items and their relationships. Transfer Learning will be used to demonstrate the suggested experiment, coupled with the Flickr8k dataset and the Python3 programming language. This study will also look into the functions and construction of neural networks. The proposed model achieves a BELU Score of 69.8. © 2023 IEEE.

Intracranial hemorrhage is described as bleeding within the skull. It is a serious and heavy craniosynostosis, recognized for its high mortality and lethality rate, and generally requires urgent follow-up diagnosis and determination of the location and subtype of the intracranial hemorrhage lesion in order to improve the probability of successfully rescuing the patient. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end vision Transformer-based model to address the drawbacks of existing RNN and LSTM-based intracranial hemorrhage detection algorithms, such as poor parallelism and long training time, which greatly reduces the training time of the model while considering the time-series characteristics of cranial CT images. Meanwhile, under the DICOM format, the range values of Hu in the images acquired from CT scans will be varied for different kinds of tissues and various pathologies. On this basis, considering the window functions that radiologists often resort to in clinical diagnosis, this paper studies and compares the brain CT images under different windows and selects the pre-processed data after the best window setting as the input of CNN detection model to improve the accuracy of intracranial hemorrhage identification. © 2022 IEEE.

In man-machine cooperative environment, in order to ensure the safety of the cooperative robot and people, it is required that the cooperative robot can detect the collision quickly and accurately. Since the use of external sensors not only increases the complexity of cooperative robots, but also increases the cost, this paper proposes a collision detection method for cooperative robots without external sensors based on long and short term memory network (LSTM). Firstly, the dynamic trajectory is calculated by using the observation matrix of the dynamic model, and then the operating data of the cooperative robot is collected through the trajectory, and the dynamic parameters of the cooperative robot are obtained by using the least square method. Finally, the LSTM network model is designed to compensate the errors generated in the identification process of the dynamic parameters, and the results before and after the compensation are compared by experiments. The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of the dynamic model can be effectively improved by the compensated results of the network model, and the collision detection accuracy of the cooperative robot can be effectively improved by comparing the actual torque with the theoretical torque calculated by the compensated dynamic model. © 2023 SPIE.

Printed circuit board defects will directly affect the performance of electronic equipment. The industry has been troubled by how to effectively detect the defects of printed circuit boards. To solve this problem, an improved algorithm based on DiffusionDet is proposed to detect PCB defects directly without relying on the query of experience objects or learnable objects. The specific processing process is as follows: firstly, Object Detection Convolution (ODConv) is used to replace part of the static convolution kernel of the feature extraction network to broaden the dimension of convolutional operation learning, so as to obtain feature maps that are more conducive to defect detection. Secondly, the GIoU loss function is used to replace the original IoU loss function to improve the model's ability to optimize the position of preselected frames. The experimental results show that the improved DiffusionDet average accuracy (mAP) is increased from 98.12% to 98.83%, showing better performance in the detection of printed circuit plate defects. © 2024 SPIE.
