In this paper a wearable exercise robot with power assist function for wrist rehabilitation is proposed. A force model for the wrist mechanism is presented, and its control system for active exercise and power assist function is designed based on the force model. In experiments the performances of active exercise and power assist function are verified. From the experimental results we show a possibility of the wearable exoskeleton robot in wrist rehabilitation and wrist motion.

Humidity monitoring is more and more emphasized on agriculture. Optical fiber humidity sensor has been paid great attention based on its excellent properties. In this paper, a novel method for the optic fiber F-P sensors based on the optimum double wavelength stabilization technique is put forward to use in humidity monitoring. The controlling system of work point which used for sensor stabilization is designed. DE algorithm stabilization model of sensing system is established. The working wavelength of DWDM and length of F-P cavity are calculated by the DE optimization design method. A sensing system with higher orthogonal precision is designed. The experimental setup of light route test is established. The results show that the light route performance of sensing system is well. This stabilization method is totally passive and offers a high resolution. It can satisfy the stabilization need of optical fiber F-P humidity sensor working point. DE algorithm can be used for the structural optimization design of optical fiber F-P humidity sensor.

A successful multi-agent system requires the intelligent agents to perform within a dynamically complex environment where proper and quick response in a cooperative manner is a primary key to successfully complete a task. This paper proposes a non-deterministic decision making method using electric fields and high-level decision making. Different layers are designed, defined, and implemented for the software architecture with focus on system adaptability, sustainability, and optimization. Consequently, a software architecture is proposed in this paper to complement the AI algorithms. The proposed architecture aims to provide a well-structured and managed system for control, behavior, and decision making of multi-agent systems. The proposed decision making approach in this paper is based on layered artificial intelligence implemented using vector-based fuzzy electric fields and a decision tree. Furthermore, an approach to model the world which, in this paper, is called Agent Relative Polar Localization is introduced. This world model is based on fuzzy measurements and polar coordinates. In order to optimize the overall performance of the system learning methods have been introduced to the system. The proposed system in this paper has been implemented on soccer robots to evaluate the performance of the system. The results show that the proposed system implemented on the soccer robots is reliable and robust.

In order to reveal the underlying theoretical reasons for that the traffic accidents are caused by driver fatigue, this paper specifically represents the formation and mechanism of driving fatigue. From the point of Human Factors engineering, the driver's physical system of bearing the driving load is constructed based on fatigue theories. In addition, the driving behavior is divided into three stages. Then the fatigue generated by each stage is strictly divided into mental fatigue and physical fatigue. According to the extent of driving fatigue, the status of driver's fatigue is divided into four types, thus, a cumulative mode in driver fatigue is constructed.
