Progressive cavity pump(PCP) petroleum production is a new mechanical mining style which is rapidly developed in the last 10 years. In this paper, a new PCP system of surface direct-driven is designed. Comparing with the traditional screw pump system, operational reliability enhance for reducing the mechanical decelerator, and manipulation become flexible. Because back spin is a key problem of screw pump system, reversal braking function is increased to overcome hazard bring from it. In order to research sucker rod storage energy and system dynamic braking, a mathematics model is built and system simulation is performed. Some conclusions and suggestions were given in the paper, which is some reference value to the design and control of surface direct-driven screw pump system.

Dynamics analysis model has been built, the corresponding computer program for which has been compiled on the basis of Matlab for a multi-link high-speed press. The press being developed is taken as an example to calculate in practice, calculation results of which show that the required torque is lower at the nominal pressure stroke. With constant increasing of crank speed, torque needed for overcoming inertial force will exceed the torque required to overcome the nominal force. In addition, some parts are exposed to a significant increase of inertial forces. Results of the research mentioned above are acceptable for development of the multi-link high-speed press.

The result is that the memory access time has been a bottleneck which limits the system performance. Memory controller (MC) is designed and built to attacking this problem. The memory controller is the part of the system that, well, controls the memory. The memory controller is normally integrated into the system chipset. This paper shows how to build an Advanced Microcontroller Bus Architecture (AMBA) compliant MC as an Advanced High-performance Bus (AHB) slave. The MC is designed for system memory control with the main memory consisting of SRAM and ROM. In the process of edge detection based on mathematical morphology, different shapes and different scales structure elements have different roles in filtering noise and keeping edge details. The paper proposes an adaptive edge detection algorithm based on multi-shape and multi-scale structure elements, uses different directions and sizes structure elements to extract image edge, determines weight coefficients by calculating VAR adaptively according to the inverse proportion principle for image difference and weight coefficient, fuses the edges which are detected by multi-shape and multi-scale structure elements. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm inhibits noise effectively, improves the detection accuracy, possesses encouraging robustness when applied to different images, in comparison with several classical edge detection algorithm.

Based on the white noise filtration method, the time domain model of stochastic road irregularities was established including the model of multipoint time-delay correlative excitation from the same track and the model of space-coherance excitation from the bilateral tracks of a vehicle on the road. Further the development was made from the time domain model of one dimensional road irregularities to two-dimensional road surface and the simulation realization completed in MATLAB environment. The case studies demonstrated that the digital road surface characteristics simulated by white noise filtration was consistent with that of a standard grade road surface, thus formed virtual road surface which provided digital road environment efficiently and conveniently for virtual prototyping (VP) and virtual proving ground (VPG) of vehicles.
