This paper models and studies the dynamic characteristics of slewing system of 80T truck crane. Analyzing the composition and working principle of the hydraulic system, and building the model of slewing system based on AMESim, then testing the model. And the simulation analysis results indicate the factors which affect the dynamic characteristics of the system and propose the measures to improve them. The results show that adopting the bypass circuit makes the shock pressure reduced 18 percent when the system operates;besides, changing the system's control strategy and installing one-way throttle enhance the stability of braking obviously.

This paper studies the design and control problems of a class multiple DOF vibration isolation systems. For the controller design, the dynamics model of 6-RSS parallel mechanism can be represented in state-space form. Based on the model of the mechanism, two different kinds of feedback control strategies are applied and compared for the active vibration control of the 6-RSS parallel mechanism. One is active vibration damping, which can enhance the structural damping of the control system and thus damp out the vibration faster, which is dissipative control and Integrated Force Feedback control. The other group is the model-based feedback control, which can keep a control variable to a desired value in spite of the presence of disturbances, which is the linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG-based) controllers. The performance of the different kinds of controllers is compared by simulation result.

The wall sequence images acquired by lateral multi-lens video logging method had some peculiarities that the overlap region of adjacent images can be estimated. This paper proposed an image mosaic algorithm which first estimated the overlap areas of adjacent images, and then matched for the areas with SIFT feature matching algorithm. To achieve seamless image stitching, the gradated in-and-out linear fusion algorithm had been adopted to match overlap images. The experiments showed that this method can rapidly and accurately extract the corresponding adjacent image matching points, acquire the panoramic mosaic image of the lateral multi-lens video logging, and lay a foundation for the logging results analysis in the next stage.
