In the advanced alignment measurement and control system of extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUV) equipment, it is necessary to process the optical signal carrying the position information and extract the high-precision marked position *** order to better collect the modulated optical signal, a high-speed multi-channel parallel sampling circuit system is designed, which can collect the light intensity signal in real time, high speed and effectively. Through the corresponding synchronous control system, it can realize the accurate measurement and high precision synchronous control of the advanced measurement and control system. In this circuit system, FPGA chip is used as the main control chip, and the 16-channel scanning modulated optical signal is independently and parallel processed. The sampling frequency is up to *** the basis of VPX bus architecture, the high-speed data transmission interface RapidIO is used for data transmission. The experimental results show that this circuit system can accurately collect the corresponding optical signal in real time and transmit the signal to the upper computer through the signal processing board, and then analyze the optical signal in real time. © 2024 IEEE.

Fault localization is more difficult during islanding black start in distribution grids containing distributed power sources due to the lack of local measurement devices and communication systems. This may lead to inability to accurately determine the fault location, thus affecting the restoration process. In this regard, this paper proposes a load partitioning self-recovery algorithm for islanded black-starting of distribution grids with distributed power sources. First, the distribution network black-start process is modeled as a Markov decision process, and the corresponding states, actions of intelligences and rewards are designed. On this basis, an algorithm for solving the self-healing problem of distribution network based on improved deep Q-network is proposed. The power system topology is connected to a graph convolutional network to capture the complex mechanism of power system black-start. The potential features generated in the grid topology are utilized to learn a control strategy for grid self-healing using deep reinforcement learning. This study explores the utilization of Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods for analyzing documents in the legal field. More specifically, the study concentrates on summarizing legal documents and comparing their content. By employing advanced NLP techniques, such as transformer-based models like BERT, GPT-2, the study aims to extract significant information from legal texts and evaluate the similarity between various documents. Through utilizing pre-training on specialized corpora and fine-tuning for legal contexts, the study seeks to enhance the performance of NLP models for analyzing legal documents. The results of this research effort show potential for increasing efficiency and accuracy while processing legal papers, thereby aiding in better decision-making and understanding of legal matters. © 2024 IEEE.

RELION (regularized likelihood optimization) software faces problems such as long running time, low degree of parallelization, and low utilization of computing resources on domestic platforms. This paper conducts optimization research based on the CPU+DCU domestic heterogeneous parallel system. By analyzing the computing characteristics of the RELION program, we adopt DCU parallel optimization and memory access optimization strategies to improve the program's computing speed. We use process binding strategy to enhance the program's performance. Experimental results show that, based on different input scales of data sets, the optimized RELION program achieves 1.563.47 times acceleration in running the three-dimensional classification module compared with the initial version and 2.114.97 times acceleration in running the three-dimensional refinement module compared with the initial version. The optimization method adopted in this paper can significantly improve the computing efficiency and performance of RELION software. © 2024 IEEE.

Interleaved parallel boost converters, due to the topology that can reduce input current ripple, are widely used in electric propulsion aircraft powered by fuel cells. However, during the flight of an aircraft, there are often drastic changes in working conditions such as temperature, causing severe fluctuations in the output voltage of fuel cells and parameter drift in converter components, leading to fluctuations in converter efficiency. In response to this issue, this paper presents a robust optimization design for interleaved parallel boost converters. Firstly, an energy loss simulation model for a 1 kW interleaved parallel boost converter is established. Secondly, combining with the Taguchi method, the design parameter combination with optimal robustness is determined. Finally, an experimental prototype is built to validate the optimization results. The verification results indicate that the optimized design parameters reduce the average efficiency fluctuation at various power points caused by external working conditions by 51.92%. Moreover, under full load conditions, the converter efficiency is improved by 1.01%. © 2024 IEEE.

distributed training is widely used in training large-scale deep learning models, and data parallelism is one of the dominant approaches. Data-parallel training has additional communication overhead, which might be the bottleneck of training system. Top-k sparsification is a successful technique to reduce the communication volume to break the bottleneck. However, top-k sparsification cannot be executed until backpropagation is completed, which disables the overlap of backpropagation computations and gradient communications, leading to limiting the system scaling efficiency. In this paper, we propose a new distributed optimization approach named LKGS-SGD, which combines synchronous SGD (S-SGD) with a novel layer-wise top-k sparsification algorithm (LKGS). The LKGS-SGD enables the overlap of computations and communications, and adapts to gradient exchange at layer-wise. Evaluations are conducted by real-world applications. Experimental results show that LKGS-SGD achieves similar convergence to dense S-SGD, while outperforming the original S-SGD and S-SGD with top-k sparsification. © 2023 IEEE.

The fast distributed garden planning system in colleges and universities is one of the mainstream applications of contemporary computers. The latest traditional methods usually use the GPU full virtualization technology as an entry point to improve the problem of a single user and a single computer, so that a physical computer can shared by multiple users without interfering with each other. With this basis, this research study designs the novel multi-terminal collaborative distributed garden planning system integrating CG technology. Key innovations are: (1) The parallel SSOR-AI preconditioning combined with the CG algorithm is proposed to improve the traditional CG model. (2) The designed multi-terminal collaboration model considers the heterogeneous structure that will be more robust for the complex data. (3) The virtual image model is designed to finish the whole work flow. In the experiment part, the data is collected from Baidu search engine with the size of more than 1000000, the various tests are conducted to validate the performance. © 2023 IEEE.

The main features of information interaction in the information and educational environment are considered. The transformation of the traditional structure of interaction between the participants of the teaching and learning process and digital learning resources is presented. It is proposed to include an additional component of the chabot in this scheme. To illustrate the proposed model the DFD methodology is used. The chatbot presented in this study was beta tested in a web development technologies course. The results of testing the functionality within the framework of the proposed model are shown. Assessment results for the experimental and control groups are presented. © 2023 IEEE.

As global society increasingly transitions towards a comprehensive dependence on computational systems and digitization, the formulation of secure environments and connections emerges as one of the foremost challenges of this decade. The proliferation of threats confronting both individuals and organizations is escalating at an exponential rate, attributable to the burgeoning intricacy of contemporary networks and the ascendance of the Internet of Things. Insufficient collaboration engenders a scenario wherein identical attacks are executed against disparate organizations in rapid succession. The dissemination of cyber threat intelligence is frequently proposed as a remedy to this predicament;however, it introduces distinct constraints pertaining to Data Safeguarding, traceability, and Integrity. To address this issue, a novel distributed architecture is put forth to augment the protective measures within the IoT landscape. This solution is predicated on federated learning algorithms aimed at constructing a distributed, self-governing system able to Identify intrusion and breaches through a synergistic SDNCloud Structure. This structural paradigm leverages the potential of SDN and cloud computing for IoT endpoints to enable effective and adaptable data analysis while concurrently maintaining user confidentiality. The adoption of federated learning simplifies a non-centralized model learning workflow, reducing data exposure and infringements by keeping private information confined to the IoT endpoints. Consequently, this methodology not only bolsters security but also promotes interdevice cooperation to confront the challenges in an exponentially interconnected. © 2024 IEEE.
