Video super resolution technology refers to the reconstruction of low resolution video into high resolution frames. In recent years, the application of deep learning to super-resolution technology has attracted extensive attention. However, the reconstruction effect of the existing model still has some problems such as double shadow, structural loss, and the solutions of problems are relatively rare. In this paper, we propose a new idea to use gradient extraction branches to guide the reconstruction of high resolution frames in backbone networks. The loss function is improved by combining gradient loss with pixel loss to improve convergence ability. Multi-scale convolution is introduced into the alignment module to enlarge the receptive field and improve the performance of the model to extract large motion features. Experimental results show that the model has good performance on REDS4 and Vid4 data sets. © 2022 IEEE.

A significant disadvantage of classical operational amplifiers with two complementary differential stages in parallel (on the inputs) is that here the slew rate has small values (50-80 V/μs). This is due to the non-linear mode of operation of the input differential stage. In this paper, a new circuit technique for slew rate enhancement in CBJT operational amplifiers of this subclass is discussed. Due to the use of special circuitry of the input differential stage, the process of recharging of the integrating correction capacitance in non-inverting and inverting operational amplifier inclusions is forced. This ultimately improves the performance of the operational amplifier in the large-signal mode. The purpose and originality of this paper is to investigate a new circuit solution of operational amplifier, in which by introducing differentiating transient correction circuits, slew rate is improved by two orders of magnitude. This does not require nanometer-scale technological processes, and the operational amplifier transistors can operate with emitter currents on the order of 100 μA. It is possible to build micro-power operational amplifier on the basis of the proposed circuit design technique, including CBJT and CCMOS transistors. Computer simulations show that for micron CBJT silicon technological processes, the SR of the proposed operational amplifier in non-inverting inclusion (at 100% feedback) increases from 80 to 10000 V/μs, i.e., more than two orders of magnitude. © 2024 IEEE.

As cloud infrastructure assumes an increasingly pivotal role in contemporary computing environments, ensuring its security becomes a matter of paramount importance. As a prevalent vulnerability detection technology, traditional fuzz testing encounters the challenge of scalability in the context of the intricate and evolving nature of cloud computing systems. Our approach employs deep neural networks (DNNs) to analyze the behavior of diverse software components within cloud systems. It incorporates multi-dimensional data, including system logs, network traffic, and resource utilization in virtualized environments. The neural network is capable of identifying potential vulnerability points through an automated process. To generate effective test cases, we introduce a reinforcement learning framework based on a policy gradient algorithm. This framework enables an intelligent agent to interact with the system in order to obtain feedback and subsequently update the policy in order to progressively generate more aggressive test cases. The framework is designed with an adaptive reward mechanism that not only encourages triggering crashes but also focuses on edge use cases that reveal system bottlenecks, thereby improving vulnerability coverage. Furthermore, in consideration of the dynamic nature of the cloud environment, we have developed a distributed test architecture that enables the parallel deployment of tasks in virtual machines or containers, simulates multi-tenancy and dynamic load change scenarios, and introduces a vulnerability detection mechanism at the virtualization layer. The proposed model is capable of adaptively generating highly targeted test cases and optimizing the test strategy through continuous learning, thereby markedly enhancing the detection capability of complex vulnerabilities in cloud infrastructure. © 2024 IEEE.

Recently, the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is of increasing interest to researchers and is considered to have a wide range of applications, because of its low pollution and high energy density. Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prediction is a major problem in driving the widespread use of PEMFC. This paper presents a transformer-based algorithm for RUL. The first step in this algorithm is to extract the periodicity and non-periodicity of the time series using time2vec. Then, the algorithm adds a convolutional network to the transformer to extract the temporal correlation and spatial correlation of the input time series. Moreover, we combine the handcrafted features with automatically learned features to boost the performance of the RUL prediction. The algorithm uses operational data from actual PEMFC vehicles for comparison experiments, and the prediction performance of our proposed algorithm outperforms prediction results of other algorithms. © 2022 IEEE.

The dynamic models of parallel robots are more complicated due to the highly coupled kinematic chains compared with those of their counterparts-serial robot. The approximate dynamic models can be considered if the analytical solutions high cost in time due to the sophisticated calculations. To address this issue, this paper presents an alternative approach-the dynamic model based on the neural network. A three degrees-of-freedom parallel manipulator is introduced, followed by a detailed mathematical inverse dynamic model, which is replicated by three feedforward neural networks with various performance goals. A cascade forward neural network is also constructed to be compared with the feedforward neural network. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of these proposed neural networks. © 2024 IEEE.

Grating coupler, one of the essential devices in silicon-based optical integrated chip, is still suffering with low coupling efficiency and small operation bandwidth. In this paper, we design and experimentally demonstrate a silicon nitride (Si3N4) grating coupler with high coupling efficiency and large bandwidth. Instead of using bottom distributed Bragg reflector, metal mirror or other complex designs, a bottom silicon grating reflector based on a 220 nm industrially standard silicon-on-insulator wafer is employed to improve coupling efficiency and simplify the fabrication processes. The interlayer coupler enables the light transmission between Si3N4 and Si waveguides. By optimizing structure parameters and apodizing the Si3N4 grating coupler, a high coupling efficiency of -2.37 dB and large 1-dB bandwidth of 53 nm are obtained. © 2023 SPIE.

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarm can be widely used in cooperative detection and strike across wide geographic areas. To support the collaboration of multiple UAVs, a connected network topology is essential. Thus, critical nodes, whose removal will disconnect the network into two or more separate components, will play an important role in UAV swarm networks. This paper investigate the distributed critical node detection algorithm for UAV swarm networks. Firstly, we analyze the logical relationship between critical node, robustness, and k-hop subgraph. Guided by the analysis, we propose a distributed critical node detection algorithm by using the geometrical relationship of neighbors and the k-hop local topology. Abundant simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithms can strike a good balance between accuracy and overhead and greatly outperform the global detection algorithms especially in large-scale networks. Besides, the simulation study provides some useful design guidance for robust topology control of UAV swarm networks. © 2024 IEEE.

In view of the large deviation of landscape pattern information extraction results caused by many types of landscape patterns and strong interference factors, a landscape pattern information extraction method based on Airborne Hyperspectral Images is proposed. Relevant images are collected through the imaging and interpretation process of ground object spectra, and the remote sensing images are decomposed and processed. The decomposed images are fused by Laplace method. On this basis, according to the second-order neighborhood difference algorithm of Markov random field model, the energy function in the background is extracted, the non target landscape pattern information is suppressed, and the target area of landscape pattern is calibrated. The spectral vector is added in front of the projection operator, and the background and landscape pattern information of the calibration area are separated by means of low probability detection algorithm to realize the extraction of landscape pattern information. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high integrity, short running time and high accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

The reliability of medical images is paramount for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. However, medical images are susceptible to manipulation, raising concerns about their authenticity and integrity. This paper proposes a novel encryption system to verify the reliability of medical images using Fractional Discrete Cosine Transform and chaotic functions. The proposed system encrypts medical images using FrdCT to transform the image into the frequency domain. Subsequently, a chaotic function is employed to scramble the transformed coefficients, enhancing the security of the encryption process. The chaotic function like logistic maps introduces more randomness into the encrypted image, making it resistant to various attacks. The proposed system offers several advantages, including high encryption strength, robustness against noise, and the ability to perform decryption and reliability verification without the original image. © 2024 IEEE.

Code plagiarism poses a significant challenge in programming communities, necessitating effective detection mechanisms. This paper introduces a novel system that employs Abstract Syntax Trees (ASTs) for code representation and comparison. The system utilizes ASTs to capture the structural essence of code, facilitating a comprehensive analysis of code similarity, it offers flexibility for application across multiple programming languages. In addition to leveraging the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm for Python code comparison, the system incorporates node counting for other languages such as Java and C/C++. By integrating AST-based representation and a combination of comparison techniques, the system offers a robust solution for identifying plagiarized code instances accurately across various programming environments. Through a detailed exploration of the system's methodology, this paper underscores its potential to address the pervasive issue of code plagiarism in programming communities. © 2024 IEEE.
