Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has high resolution for soft tissues and significant advantages in the examination of the bone and joint systems and central nervous system. However, due to cost and usage limitations, MRI cannot be applied in various scenarios. Computer tomography (CT), as a fast medical examination technique that does not require special preparation, has a wider range of applications, but its accuracy in organ imaging is lower than MRI. At present, image conversion methods suffer from low resolution and low signal-to-noise ratio in synthesizing MR images. In addition, these methods have limited capabilities and cannot accurately synthesize MR images with diverse anatomical and functional differences. Therefore, this article proposes a multimodal medical image conversion method based on Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) to convert CT images into MR images. This method uses two parallel generative adversarial networks to generate two MR images to compensate for the missing generation of a single generative adversarial network. The experimental results demonstrate that this method is effective and can generate MR images close to the reference MR image. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. With the rapid development of urban transportation, taxi trajectory data has become an important resource. However, processing large-scale taxi trajectory data requires addressing issues such as error analysis and processing, and traditional data processing techniques are no longer sufficient to meet these requirements. Therefore, in order to efficiently process these massive amounts of data, this paper proposes a preprocessing model for massive taxi trajectory data based on Spark distributed computing. This model designs a dataset based on the elastic distributed dataset rdD, which is used to record the structural information of taxi trajectory data. At the same time, the model provides SQL statements for manipulating and managing taxi trajectory data and returns the processed results in the form of a dataframe. By utilizing Spark's parallel computing power and distributed storage characteristics, this model can effectively solve the preprocessing problem of massive taxi trajectory data. The experimental results show that the model has high reliability and processing efficiency in processing massive taxi trajectory data. In order to realize the multi-level grid management and efficient processing of massive land resource data, a land resource multi-level grid management platform LR-MGSP based on the cloud server Amazon AWS architecture and iSAR images is designed. In terms of caching and incremental statistics, the strategies and methods to improve the processing performance of the platform are discussed, the distributed storage strategy of spatial data, the task allocation model of virtual computing nodes, the dynamic map publishing strategy based on tiles, and the efficient processing combined with parallel database and Model. © 2022 IEEE.

In this study, we proposed a new framework to mine and analyze information from GPS trajectory data to find similar users from a spatial-temporal and semantic perspective. The framework combines spatial-temporal and semantic similarity techniques to achieve a system with low computational overhead and good similarity accuracy by using the characteristics of individual movements to identify similar users. It consists of three steps: first, spatial-temporal features are obtained by modeling and clustering stay points, and using them to calculate spatial-temporal similarities;next, using categories of points of interest within stay regions as semantic information, the semantic similarity can then be computed by frequent sequential pattern mining;finally, the spatial-temporal and semantic similarities can be combined to calculate the user similarity. We compared the results with those of related studies. The K-nearest neighbors experiments showed that the combination of spatial-temporal and semantic similarity methods exhibited excellent performance, being able to identify similar users more accurately. Consequently, our proposed method could be a useful identification framework in situations where large volumes of human spatial-temporal trajectory data exist, possibly due to the development of GPS devices and storage technology. © 2022 IEEE.

Federated learning (FL) is a widely adopted distributed machine learning paradigm, individual clients train local models by using their private datasets and then send model updates to a central server. While its decentralized training process can protect data privacy, it is vulnerable to attacks such as model poisoning attack and backdoor attack. The effect of malicious clients can be mitigated by applying robust FL methods. However, most existing solutions ignored the client dependability. This paper explores a method for quantitatively assessing the client dependability in FL framework. Firstly, based on semi-Markov process (SMP), we build a multi-dimensional evaluation model for understanding how the client's behaviors under attack and its recovery behaviors affect the client dependability. Then, we deduce the formulas of calculating the availability, security risk and reliability in order to analyze the quantitative relationship between different factors and the client dependability from these three perspectives. Furthermore, we perform numerical analysis to investigate how different system parameters impact the client dependability. © 2025 SPIE.

This paper aims at the supply chain inventory management system with information sharing delay, and the design problem of distributed model predictive controller under communication fault is studied. Firstly, the inventory model of information sharing delay is constructed as a state space model under communication failure. Based on model predictive control and state feedback control method, a distributed model prediction controller is designed in this paper. Secondly, this paper uses the controller to optimize the change of the quantity of ordered goods, reduce the management risk of inventory, and achieve the goal of adjusting the inventory level to a safe position. Finally, a simulation living example is given to verify the availability of the proposed control strategy. © 2023 SPIE.

This research study presents a comprehensive platform for managing the food supply chain that consists of several modules intended to optimise different steps in the ordering, shipping, and selling of medications. The objective of the suggested approach is to improve quality, accountability, and efficiency across the whole food supply chain. The Distributor Module offers a centralised platform for submitting buy contracts and handling orders, hence streamlining the procurement process of foods and raw materials. The goal of this module is to guarantee prompt delivery of necessary prescriptions and minimise delays. The DLT-1 and DLT-2 Modules use distributed ledger technology (DLT) to provide quality control and transparency through crucial contracts. Food product tracking using DLT enables stakeholders to confirm authenticity and reduces the possibility of shoddy or counterfeit medications reaching the market. With the help of the Retailer Module, retailers may buy medications from wholesalers with ease and manage their inventory effectively. This module helps businesses in streamlining operations and successfully satisfying consumer demand by offering solutions for order fulfillment and inventory management. Improving raw material procurement transparency is the main goal of the Supplier Module since it is crucial to the production of foods. Through the optimisation of procurement transparency and the facilitation of raw material sales, this module serves to assure the dependability and reliability of food supplies. © 2024 IEEE.

While studying the scenarios of sensitive data cross-domain sharing, we found there was no security assessment of smart contracts within existing data sharing schemes, which might lead to data leakage or unauthorized data access. To address this issue, we proposed a comprehensive security assessment of the smart contracts involved in existing data sharing solutions. In which, we extended the current smart contract tools to include detection capabilities for 7 additional types of vulnerabilities and implemented automatic repair functions for smart contracts. We also designed 3 types of smart contracts for the Hyperledger Fabric platform to facilitate sensitive data cross-domain sharing, specifically for data upload, data access, and data management functions to make sure that complex vulnerabilities could be automatically repaired. In our designation, the smart contracts for data upload and data access utilize the CP-ABE method and the data management smart contract includes various functions for secure management and tracing of data on the blockchain, which collectively ensure the security and comprehensive functionality of sensitive data cross-domain sharing scheme. © 2024 IEEE.
