the article is devoted to the development of methods and architecture of optical color computing, techniques of transforming color information for textual representation and numerical calculation, including transmission by optical channels, and thus expanding the functionality of a promising approach to creating artificial intelligence components in decision support systems. this approach is based on the representation of fuzzy information as an information quantum of visible light of a certain color and the construction of an architecture of logical operations based on the additive and subtractive transformation of light radiation using color filters. the paper presents the principles of forming fuzzy input and output color information, algorithms for hybrid calculations with the transformation of optical data into numerical calculus, methods for converting text messages into color information and, further, into numerical encoding. Components of the optical architecture are presented that allow the implementation of transformation algorithms with high computation speed and wide possibilities for constructing parallel structures. © 2024 Copyright for this paper by its authors. In recent years, with the rapid development of large-scale Pre-trained models, automatic digest generation technology has been significantly improved in the field of natural language processing. In this paper, we discuss the automatic generation of Chinese news text summaries based on the mT5 Pre-trained model. mT5, as a kind of multilingual text-to-text conversion model, can effectively deal with multilingual tasks. Aiming at the characteristics of Chinese news text, a training dataset is constructed, and the mT5 model is fine-tuned to obtain a model that meets specific needs. the performance of the model in generating summaries is quantitatively analyzed using the ROUGE automatic evaluation index. the experimental results show that the mT5-based approach performs well in terms of accuracy, fluency and information coverage of news text generated summaries. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). Non-verbal behavior offers significant benefits for embodied agents in human interactions. Despite extensive research on the creation of non-verbal behaviors, the field lacks a standardized benchmarking practice. Researchers rarely compare their findings with previous studies, and when they do, the comparisons are often not aligned with other methodologies. the GENEA Workshop 2024 aims to unite the community to discuss major challenges and solutions, and to determine the most effective ways to advance the field.

In the context of intelligent information system models, in order to further promote the development of natural language processing and explore its application scenarios in different fields, this study studied the English text understanding and pattern recognition model based on ChatGPT middleware from the modeling and analysis level. the model proposed in this study integrates the information of text and audio input as the modeling of multi-modal semantic understanding to improve the accuracy and universality of machine language understanding in complex environments. In order to transform human natural language into structured data and hierarchy that can be understood by machines, this study first explored the significance of natural language processing and the processing challenges in real applications. Subsequently, this study gave an in-depth explanation of the design and methods of the model, focusing on the key role of improving ChatGPT middleware in simplifying the modal fusion process and thus ensuring the accuracy and applicability of the output results. In the experimental verification part, this study used a variety of self-collected data sets to evaluate the model. the experimental results show that the proposed model has an accuracy of 97.5% for text semantic understanding, an accuracy of 98.2% for pattern recognition tasks, and an overall accuracy of 99.2%. Compared with traditional algorithms, proposed model has better comprehensive performance. © 2024 IEEE.

this review paper investigates the application of Big Data analytics, focusing on soil quality assessment, with an emphasis on the innovative benefits offered by modern data-driven techniques for improved soil management. With world food demands rising, the importance for real-time and exact soil quality monitoring has increased. Although still useful, traditional approaches to modeling are limited in their ability to capture the spatial and temporal variability of soil properties. Big Data analytics sits as the answer to the above by facilitating extensive and large volume data processing resulting in better, on-demand and scalable soil quality assessment. In the paper, we describe machine learning algorithms, remote sensing and geospatial analysis as key techniques to mine soil data at scales and resolutions unprecedented so far. We also critically evaluate the challenge of data integration (heterogeneity, scalability and multi-disciplinarity). these analytics are scalable for assessment and decision-making in precision agriculture, sustainable land management and environmental conservation. thus, this paper synthesizes current research and practical implications in support of the need for Big Data analytics within soils and soil sciences to cover also future challenges. Future research directions are also highlighted, including the importance of improved data acquisition and algorithmic advances as well greater synergy between Big Data and conventional soil science practices.. © 2025 IEEE.

this research work focuses on conceptualizing and modeling smart grid infrastructure. the project's main objective is to develop a smart grid infrastructure to improve energy management in industrial processes. Regenerate has deployed a system that uses renewable energy sources like solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays and wind turbines combined with batteries for energy storage. this research work describes a method that first creates synthetic data and then uses a polynomial function to precisely model the statistical fluctuations inherent in the output of renewable energy sources. the process is carried out using MATLAB. A simulation model created using Simulink is also applied to build a smart grid that includes dynamic load control, demand side management DSM, and various control system configurations. the simulation demonstrates that it is possible to produce electricity with minimal or no depreciation related to an increased dependency on renewable energy sources. It can also function at a higher ratio of energy output produced by traditional sources than previously credited within New Zealand while having substantially fewer overall expenses associated with carbon emissions. © 2025 IEEE.

In a Massive Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) communication system, how many antennas should be installed at the Base Station (BS) to achieve the desired spectral efficiencies for cellular networks? this question has received great attention during the last decade and various literatures have provided exact ad rigorous mathematical formulations to compute different types of efficiencies. In this work we focus on how many BS antennas should be implemented to achieve the required spectral efficiencies as well as bit error rates for a user in the 5G and Beyond 5G mobile networks. the objective of this paper is to achieve high reliability of the 5G systems. To address our research problem, we consider a practical linear receiver such as Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE) that processes exact and inexact channel estimates and the Rayleigh fading environment is assumed. An error performance analysis is carried out based on mathematical formulations for both MPSK and MQAM modulation techniques. Matlab R2018 is used to simulate all derived formulations and simulation results in terms of the number of BS antennas required to achieve the desired BER for the MMSE uplink receiver and modulation scheme are illustrated. © 2024 IEEE.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) i.e., drones have become increasingly popular in recent years for various applications, including surveying, photography, delivery, and even military operations. However, their widespread use raises concerns about safety and security, as drones can invade privacy, and even be used for malicious purposes. To ensure safe and secure drone operations, it is crucial to establish robust drone networks that can effectively monitor, control, and manage drone traffic. An important aspect of ensuring safe and secure drone operations is to establish clear regulations and guidelines for drone use. To accomplish safety and security there is a need of establishing no-fly zones, setting altitude limits, and requiring operators to obtain licenses and certifications. Additionally, drone operators must be trained to operate drones safely, and drones must be equipped with safety features such as collision avoidance systems and emergency landing capabilities. Overall, the safe and secure operation of drones depends on the effective integration of drone networks, regulations, and technologies. By developing and implementing robust drone networks and regulations, it can promote the responsible and beneficial use of drones while minimizing their risks and negative impacts. © 2023 IEEE.
