In the context of intelligent information system models, in order to further promote the development of natural language processing and explore its application scenarios in different fields, this study studied the English text understanding and pattern recognition model based on ChatGPT middleware from the modeling and analysis level. the model proposed in this study integrates the information of text and audio input as the modeling of multi-modal semantic understanding to improve the accuracy and universality of machine language understanding in complex environments. In order to transform human natural language into structured data and hierarchy that can be understood by machines, this study first explored the significance of natural language processing and the processing challenges in real applications. Subsequently, this study gave an in-depth explanation of the design and methods of the model, focusing on the key role of improving ChatGPT middleware in simplifying the modal fusion process and thus ensuring the accuracy and applicability of the output results. In the experimental verification part, this study used a variety of self-collected data sets to evaluate the model. the experimental results show that the proposed model has an accuracy of 97.5% for text semantic understanding, an accuracy of 98.2% for pattern recognition tasks, and an overall accuracy of 99.2%. Compared with traditional algorithms, proposed model has better comprehensive performance. © 2024 IEEE.

In the equipment system, software functions are encapsulated into middleware, which provides the basic functions for the equipment system and provides applications in an open and programmable API (Application Programming Interface) interface. the correctness and reliability of the middleware interface directly affect the reliability of the equipment system. Taking the middleware in the equipment system architecture as the research object, this paper studies the status quo that the testing of the middleware interface needs to write a lot of test code manually and there is a lack of applicable and targeted automated testing tools. A model-driven interface automation testing method is proposed. Firstly, the characteristics of equipment system software and interface are analyzed, and the interface modeling of middleware software API is carried out. then, based on the interface model and test coverage requirements, the research on single interface and combined interface test data and test case generation technology is carried out. Based on test cases, the research on automatic test code generation is carried out to support the interface automated test capability. then, on this basis, design an interface automation test tool which can realize graphical test interface layout and cross-language test code generation. © 2023 IEEE.

this article deals with a system design that enables real-time transmission of ASCII text files using software-defined radio (SDR) and a highly directional circular waveguide antenna. the software-defined radio testbed uses the universal software radio peripheral (USRP) and GNU Radio Companion. the key challenge in transmitting ASCII text files is to achieve a high data rate while maintaining precise packet reception. this article deals with applying efficient packet transmission techniques to achieve the reliable transmission of ASCII text files using SDR. the robustness of the proposed approach is experimentally demonstrated utilizing an SDR experimental testbed equipped with circular waveguide antennas with a gain of 9 dBi. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper presents the design of a standalone hybrid renewable energy system (HRES) for a hospital in Lafayette, Indiana, USA, to enhance energy reliability and reduce costs. the proposed system integrates photovoltaic (PV) panels, wind turbines, batteries, and a backup diesel generator. Using Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewables (HOMER) software, the system is optimized for cost-effectiveness and sustainability, while Electrical Transient Analyzer Program (ETAP) software is employed to ensure a safe operation under varying conditions. Results verify that the developed HRES meets the hospital's energy needs, significantly reduces operational costs, and minimizes carbon emissions, offering a sustainable model for healthcare facilities. © 2024 IEEE.

software-defined networking (SDN) offers enhanced control over network infrastructure through a central controller, but it remains vulnerable to security threats like DDoS attacks. this paper proposes an automatic attack detection system for SDN, comprising pre-processing, feature selection using Adaptive Walrus Optimization Algorithm (AWaOA), and classification using the enhanced long short-term memory (ELSTM) model. Pre-processing eliminates redundant and missing data, while feature selection optimizes the important features for classification. the ELSTM model then classifies traffic as malicious or legitimate. Performance evaluation includes metrics like accuracy, precision, and recall to assess the effectiveness of the proposed approach in detecting and mitigating DDoS attacks in SDN environments. © 2024 IEEE.

this research aims to propose a middleware architecture for efficient and secure communication between different microservices in a distributed system. In today's world, the user's expectation of software has dramatically increased due to technical advancements in hardware and software technologies. To stand with these advancements, new types of architectures and designs are created for implementation at each level of the software development lifecycle. Nowadays, large-scale industry-standard software is generally based on distributed cloud architecture where multiple autonomous systems are connected centrally, and the code base of the entire application is divided into these systems. the division of the code base is usually done based on microservice architecture and the transfer of instructions and data between them is controlled through a centrally managed domain policy through middleware. We are proposing an advanced producer-consumer model of middleware architecture which will deal with the communication and management of data among these microservices. © 2023 IEEE.

In contrast to centralized control systems, distributed control systems possess superior flexibility, reliability, scalability and maintenance convenience, when managing intricate tasks and keeping system stable. To actualize the intricate functionalities of machines and streamline the development and maintenance procedures, a methodology for constructing one kind of distributed control system based on PROFINET communication is devised here. this methodology is specifically designed for the development of field devices with Siemens SINUMERIK ONE systems, which are hardware configured and programmed via the automated programming software TIA Portal. this article focuses on the characteristics and establishment methods of the two communication modes for different real-time requirements in PROFINET IO communication, and introduces the building of device network in detail. By applying this methodology, practical verification was conducted on the bevel gear testing machine. the feasibility of the methodology was substantiated by the successful realization of the anticipated function and the system's stable operation.
