Visible light communication (VLC) emerging as an essential technology in the 6G era has expanded its application from indoor to outdoor scenarios. Underwater optical wireless communication (UOWC) technology is presented aiming to provide high-speed and safe communication service for complex underwater scenarios. the blue-green band exists as a transmission window in seawater with less transmission loss than other visible light counterparts. In this paper, a self-designed full-duplex UOWC transceiver is demonstrated. A green laser and an avalanche photodiode (APD) are used as core devices of the transmitter and receiver, respectively. We use a field programmable gate array (FPGA) as the main processing unit where an on-off-key (OOK) modem and reed-solomon (RS) coder are adopted which can correct up to 8-bit errors at a correction efficiency of 94%. A bias-tee module is used as the emitting driver of the modulated signals for the green laser diode (LD) and a receiving circuit is self-designed realizing photoelectric conversion and signal processing, in which the transceiver could simultaneously emit and receive light. We conducted an experiment using a water flume to simulate underwater communication channels and realize full-duplex communication. the transmission rate of the transceiver is 5 Mbps. the photoelectric properties of the LD are characterized in this paper. Eye patterns and flowing signals are analyzed for the communication performance of the transceiver. this work provides a feasible method for advanced UOWC technology. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. the coronavirus disease 2019 is a new contagious illness affecting the lungs and upper respiratory tract. It has various complications that can affect the quality of life. One of the most common factors that can be used to diagnose this illness is chest computed radiography. According to studies, deep learning can identify COVID-19 using chest radiography results. We created a CNN network to find COVID-19 in patients with Pneumonia and normal controls after a full chest X-ray. For the testing and training of the VGG16 model, we focused on its deep features. the study's results revealed that the VGG16 model had the highest accuracy score, at 70.0021%. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

It was shown that block-circulant preconditioners, applied to a conjugate gradient method, used to solve structured sparse linear systems, arising from 2D or 3D elliptic problems, have very good numerical properties and a potential for good parallel efficiency. In this contribution, hybrid parallelization based on MPI and OpenMP standards is experimentally investigated. Specifically, the aim of this work is to analyze parallel performance of the implemented algorithms on a supercomputer consisting of Intel Xeon processors and Intel Xeon Phi coprocessors. While obtained results confirm the positive outlook of the proposed approach, important open issues are also identified. © 2023 Polish Information Processing Society.

Humanity has profited enormously from the interchange of information and the expanding use of social media but it has also raised a number of challenges, such as the persistence of hate speech. this growing problem on social media platforms, latterly studies used a different type of point engineering system and machine literacy algorithms to automatically descry hate comments on numerous data. As we know, several studies have been done so far and compared several point engineering strategies with machine literacy algorithms to discover which strategy is the most productive. this investigation aims to examine the performance of multiple engineering approaches with five machine literacy algorithms. the data sets contain the class orders hate speech, not hate speech and offensive comments independently. these social media posts are split into these two groups. To recognize the particular traits of hate speech text messages, the appropriate n-gram feature sets are extracted. the n-gram TF-IDF weights provide the foundation for these feature models. the main aspiration of this research work is to analyze, and resolve the above problem and compare algorithms and features used in machine learning to automatically detect hate speech and specified them like labeling into various classes like hate speech, offensive, and neither, etc. After using different classifiers, "Random Forest" has come up with better accuracy, precision, and recall compared to SVM (Support Vector Machine), Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, Ada Boost, and Gradient boost algorithms. this system achieved an accuracy of 90.26% using a Random Forest. the experimental result showed that the "Random Forest" provided the best all-around accuracy from the model that has been made and it is more accurate than compare to other work done in recent times on this. So, the result obtain from the model, based on the resulting intensity of the comments can be extracted. © 2023, IFIP international Federation for Informa

Using individual systems to solve an existing problem will allow you to quickly solve the problem for a while. Gap studies conducted on the basis of methods of predictive analysis of the labor market have proposed an improved approach to labor market coordination based on existing approaches as a result of the analysis. the methods of regulating relations in the labor market and the modeling process are investigated. As a result, a coordinated model of labor market regulation was developed. Evolutionary models of solving the problem of coordinating employment in the labor market based on digital technologies and individual models and algorithms are presented. A stochastic mathematical model of self-organization is proposed in the labor market. the degree of stagnation of the stochastic mathematical model of labor market relations is investigated. © 2022 IEEE.

Automation in flotation cells has become an increasingly popular topic in the mineral processing industry due to its ability to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. this paper discusses the design and implementation of an automated flotation cell system for a mineral processing plant. the system utilizes advanced control algorithms and sensors to optimize the flotation process, resulting in improved product quality and reduced energy consumption. this manuscript outlines the first stage in the creation and development of an automated flotation cell for use in educational and research settings, using model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and systems modeling language (SysML) via the CESAM modeling and architecting framework. Our case study employs this method to construct and demonstrate an operational perspective layout of the flotation cell's initial design phase. Moreover, the potential for the automation of flotation cells is highlighted as a promising avenue for improving sustainability and revolutionizing the mineral processing industry. © 2023 IEEE.
