this research investigates the implementation of artificial intelligence in the design optimization of electrical automation systems, withthe objective of enhancing system configuration efficiency and minimizing energy usage. By integrating the differential evolution algorithm withthe specific requirements of electrical automation, an intelligent optimization framework is developed to adaptively modify system configurations. this framework thoroughly assesses critical elements such as equipment selection, energy management, and response time throughout the design phase and employs artificial intelligence techniques to fine-tune algorithm parameters for optimal configuration. In the simulation phase, multi-scenario testing is employed to validate the real-world efficacy of the optimization framework. the simulation outcomes indicate that under high-load scenarios, the optimized framework achieves a 15% reduction in energy consumption and a 20% decrease in response time. Compared to traditional design approaches, the optimized system demonstrates superior performance in energy efficiency and response time, withthe capability for dynamic adjustments based on real-time requirements, thereby showcasing the strengths of artificial intelligence in the design of complex systems. Mobile applications come in a variety of genres, including gaming, entertainment, and e-commerce, and users frequently rely on ratings and reviews to determine the applications' dependability and quality. In order to match customer preferences, recommendation algorithms and sentiment analysis are essential. Personalized app suggestions improve discovery and satisfaction. Sentiment analysis, in particular, is essential for personalizing experiences since it evaluates the underlying sentiments of user comments and draws insights from user-generated information. Sentiment analysis and recommendation algorithms are combined in a novel way in app recommendation systems. Sentiment analysis is used in the study to classify user ratings of six e-commerce apps from the Google Play Store, ranging from “Very Negative” to “Very Positive.” In an effort to better customize the user experience, these feelings were analyzed using supervised machine learning techniques. the creation of a hybrid recommendation model, which addresses Cold-Start and New User issues, is the central focus of this research. It combines collaborative filtering (CF) and content-based filtering (CBF), and is further improved using a knowledge-based filtering approach. the goal of this strategy is to offer more precise and customized app suggestions. Metrics including RMSE, Precision, Recall, and F1-score were used to evaluate the models' performance, showing off their exceptional accuracy and predictive power in raising user engagement and satisfaction.

Smart question answering (QA) systems have been the focus of research for many years. this is known to be a challenging task due to the randomness of user input. As deep learning technology is evolving fast, closed-domain QA systems based on frequently asked questions (FAQs) have already become a mature field. In the project, the team designed a mixture model based on deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) for closed-domain QA tasks. We construct a novel dataset containing admission FAQs for a Chinese university 1 . then we propose an ensemble system using the average voting method based on TF-IDF and fine-tuned versions of SBERT variation models (V-SBERT). Because boththe query and questions in the knowledge base are formulated in natural language, it is important to use NLP approaches to represent the messages. then, the matches between the user query and standard questions are scored. the accuracy and performance of several different encoding models are tested on the collected dataset, including Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT), Sentence-BERT (SBERT), Robustly Optimized BERT pre-training Approach (RoBERTa), Decoding-enhanced BERT with disentangled attention (DeBERTa), and OpenAI’s text-embedding-ada-002. the evaluation shows our V-SBERT system based on TF-IDF and SBERT variations outperforms other algorithms for this task. 1 https://***/PurpleFlow22/UIC-FAQ-chatbot
