Upcoming mobile networking will require wireless applications with global coverage and better data rates. Current diverse cellular systems like wireless and satellite systems are not able to satisfy these demands on their own in particularly remote places with mountains and seas. this paper uses transdisciplinary expertise, including domain knowledge of 6 G satellite communication, advanced NLP technology, and patent retrieval and analytic approaches, to identify the potential technological landscape and trends. Depending on the abovementioned objectives, this study offered an exhaustive evaluation of ISAC innovation for 6G ISTNs in this study. Initially, this investigation provided an outline of the main technologies, assessment criteria, and past development history of the ISAC. After that, a thorough discussion of the state of ISTN development was held, emphasizing integrated network topologies. Finally, we outline the key technologies and scenarios that could be implemented in the next generation of satellite-terrestrial ISAC. © 2024 IEEE.

In the modern world, effective resource management in power supply systems is critically important for ensuring reliability, energy savings, and cost reduction. Innovative approaches to resource management, particularly the application of neural networks, offer new opportunities for optimizing energy systems. this article explores contemporary innovative strategies for resource management in power supply systems, with a focus on the integration of artificial neural networks. It examines the advantages of using neural networks for energy consumption forecasting, resource allocation optimization, and enhancing energy efficiency. Key methods and algorithms that enable neural networks to process large volumes of data, make accurate predictions, and adapt to changing system conditions are discussed. the analysis of innovative approaches and technologies leads to the conclusion that integrating neural networks into power resource management can significantly improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure system stability. the recommendations provided in the article can serve as a foundation for further research and the implementation of new technologies in the energy sector. © 2024 Kaunas University of Technology. the new 6th generation (6G) standard promises increased data transmission rates and opens up entirely new application fields, such as joint-communication and sensing (JCAS). Modern high-performance multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems with high bandwidth and channel count allow evaluation and testing of waveforms and algorithms in real-world scenarios. However, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) MIMO systems are often costly and cannot be scaled to massive MIMO (mMIMO) systems without huge overhead. the ReLoDAQ system, based on combined radio frequency system-on-chip (RFSoC)-server architecture, offers a cost-effective and scalable solution for the development of a modern mMIMO system. However, this system is only scalable in terms of channel count and does not provide scalable synchronization and trigger mechanisms, which are essential for applications like JCAS or radar. In this paper, we present a scalable sample- and data-level synchronization and trigger mechanism to operate a mMIMO system based on the ReLoDAQ structure in a phase coherent manner. To achieve this, we extend the firmware of the RFSoCs with additional trigger and synchronization logic. Furthermore, we developed a scalable clock distribution network to distribute phase coherent clocks in the mMIMO system. through measurements on an experimental mMIMO system consisting of two RFSoCs and four servers, we demonstrate that our approach enables phase coherent operation across all channels in the mMIMO system based on the cost-efficient and scalable ReLoDAQ architecture. © 2024 IEEE.

Graph-based or multidimensional blockchains have been proposed to improve the scalability and efficiency of existing blockchain applications. However, when implemented in mobile Internet of things (mIoT) networks, these blockchain systems can frequently split and merge and cause the merging algorithm to process a large number of similar blocks (a block is similar or identical when it exists once in multiple blockchains). the presence of similar blocks hinders the merging process, as it consumes time and computational resources to scan, validate, and potentially merge similar blocks. this paper presents an efficient approach for merging graph-based or multidimensional blockchains in mIoT networks by avoiding similar blocks and effectively detecting and merging new blocks that were created after the split. Our proposed merging algorithm employs depth-first search and Merkle tree techniques to minimize the time and computational resources spent on identical blocks. Finally, we evaluate the performance of our method in highly mobile networks and demonstrate that it can execute the merge with a more than 72% reduction in time in comparison to merging algorithms without block similarity handling. © 2023 IEEE.

the disruption caused by the pandemic has necessitated the implementation of alternative education and evaluation systems, paving the way for digital learning. Lockdowns and social distancing measures led to the rapid adoption of e-learning, revealing the potential of Learning Management systems (LMS) - referring to an online platform that provides an environment for academic activities with features that foster online collaborative groupings, professional training and seminars, meaningful discourse, meetings, and communication with other LMS users. To pioneer this, a group of OSY shall take part in this groundbreaking initiative, introducing an Online Learning Platform named ElevateEd. the research employed prototype modeling and user story approach in designing of the user interface. through the course of the discussion, key features such as the login UI, main dashboard, course management, specific course interface, reports and analytics, and student management UIs were explained, emphasizing their significance in providing a user-friendly, secure, and data-driven educational environment for both students and administrators. © 2024 IEEE.

We design a computational framework for ion implantation into silicon that can simulate the reaction process of cascade collisions in silicon and the subsequent annealing process. Since simulating materials requires large-scale particle data and high-precision simulation requirements, which often take up a lot of computing time, the conventional computing process needs to be accelerated in parallel to solve current problems. However, the current field of ion implantation focuses on the development of algorithms, often neglecting the design of parallel algorithms, and has not tested them on large-scale supercomputing clusters. Based on Tianhe new generation high-performance computers, this paper proposes a parallel computing framework for numerical simulation of ion implanted silicon based on multi-core processor architecture. By optimizing the data structure, the local continuity of the data is enhanced to improve the overall communication efficiency. Divide three-dimensional data for processes and adapt to MPI parallel computing strategies. Finally, a multi-level parallel computing strategy based on OpenMP is added to improve computing efficiency. After being deployed on the Tianhe new generation high-performance computer platform, experimental results show that on a single node, the multi-level parallel computing framework can increase the computing speed by 20.81X. After conducting tests at different scales, we can see that the parallel efficiency can be maintained at a high level. © 2023 IEEE.

this study proposes a new fuzzy control method based on Improved Genetic Algorithm (IGA) that employs the Parallel Distributed Compensation technology to achieve the exponential synchronization of two chaotic systems with multiple time delays. In addition, combining the chaotic synchronization and cryptography concepts will result in a more secured communication system. To ensure the exponential stability of the error system, the initial message (plaintext) is first encrypted using the Rivest cipher 6 (RC6) algorithm and the key, and the encrypted message (ciphertext) re-encrypted through chaotic synchronization, and exponential stability related to time delay is derived by using the Lyapunov function criterion. Afterward, the exponential stability criterion transformed into linear matrix inequality (LMI). A set of fuzzy controller parameters obtained by using the LMI Toolbox of the numerical simulation software M A T L A B. this parameter by the IGA primitive populations to evolve. Given IGA's ability to randomly search for the best solution in the entire domain, it possible to find a better fuzzy controller feedback gain to accelerate the error system's convergence, allowing the master and slave systems to achieve synchronization quickly. ©2023 IEEE.

In many cases, the safety of persons and commodities is now assured using surveillance drones, which are crucial technical systems. the drone is critical operational asset during surveillance operations because of its rapid deployment and accurate observation. It is crucial to safeguard farmland and agricultural areas from animals, birds, and other species. Numerous measures are attempted to deter human intrusion but they fall short in defending against the farmer's principal foes-animals that trample their crops, both domestic and wild animals must be kept out of the area. A farm protection drone has been employed to prevent such disasters. With the help of a drone technology with raspberry pi, used as animal protection to monitor the farms. To do this, this project makes use of (GSM) Global System for Mobile Communication and (GPS) Global Positioning System Module. A 'SMS'the area that animals observe and detected by image processing will be sent to the farmer and forest officers. © 2023 IEEE.
