In modern communication systems, channel coding can be affected by noise and burst errors, reducing the error correction capability of the received decoding, and this problem is generally solved by interleaving [8]. In this paper, based on the requirements of a topic, an algorithm based on pseudo-random rank-And-file cyclic shift interleaving and deinterleaving that can satisfy multiple rates is proposed based on the commonly used packet interleaving and cyclic shift interleaving, and the algorithm is implemented on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), and the correctness of the design and implementation is proved by comparing the results with MATLAB calculations © COPYRIGHT SPIE. this paper presents a visual optimal pathfinding algorithm that avoids obstacles on the way to the destination in a simulation environment, and the idea took inspiration from the optimization for solving the Traveling Salesman Problem. Firstly, using a webcam to scan the book information by QR code to know where the book's location is, what is the type of the books and use location information to send to robots for autonomous navigation duty. After that, the order list of books borrowed or returned is calculated and visualized using the K-means Clustering and Genetic algorithm. then, to apply the optimal algorithms for a practical situation, Robot Operating System (ROS) is considered. In the ROS platform, to make sure the robots operate precisely, parameters of global, local cost maps and algorithms for global, local planners need to be adjusted. the robots will follow the order calculated path and announce when arriving at the book's location successfully. To track if the robots work correctly, a software for users to observe robot operation is created. the proposed algorithm works quite well in a simulation environment through implementing experiments. It is also a good foundation for further research into another autonomous field. © 2022 IEEE.

the 6G era is expected to bring a new level of advancement to communication networks with the development of technologies such as mobile-edge-computing, AI-at-the-edge, CML, MCL, and distributed and federated AI. these technologies aim to provide high-speed, low-latency, and reliable connectivity to meet the growing demand for advanced communication solutions. Mobile-edge computing and AI at the edge will play a key role in reducing latency and improving the efficiency of 6G networks by enabling data processing at the network's edge. CML and MCL will integrate ML into communication networks, improving their performance and reliability. Distributed and federated AI will revolutionize how data is processed and shared, allowing organizations to pool their resources and expertise to develop more accurate and efficient ML models. However, these exciting opportunities also come with challenges, such as ensuring the reliability and security of AI algorithms, developing new standards and protocols to support the complex networks and use cases of 6G, and making the technology accessible and affordable for all users. Despite these challenges, the growth of the digital economy and the increasing demand for advanced communication technologies will continue to drive the development of 6G technologies, leading to the creation of more efficient, secure, and reliable communication networks. In conclusion, 6G is set to bring a new level of innovation to the field of communication networks, enabling a more connected, efficient, and secure world. © 2023 IEEE.

With the joint progress of society and technology, smart cities are emerging in a new light, seamlessly integrating digitization with urban development, leading modern society towards a smarter and more sustainable future. However, the construction of smart cities faces numerous challenges, including issues such as large-scale connectivity, low-latency communication, immediate user task responsiveness, and high energy consumption. the Space-air-ground integrated networks (SAGIN), serving as the central focus of sixth generation mobile communications (6G) technology development, amalgamate ground, aerial, and space communication resources. It is seen as an effective solution for smart city development. In this paper, we propose a solution that combines the SAGIN with mobile edge computing (MEC), aiming to optimize system efficiency. Specifically, we introduce a three-tier heterogeneous network architecture. Within this framework, user devices (UDs) and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV s) generate computational tasks, which can be processed locally or offloaded to UAV s or satellites for computation. Subsequently, we established the SAGIN system model. Within this model, we individually modeled the energy harvesting (EH) process, offloading paths, communication links, latency, and energy consumption, and provided a formalized description of the optimization objectives. Finally, we introduced an offloading decision and resource allocation algorithm for SAGIN system based on proximal policy optimization (ODRA-PPO) and employed the proposed ODRA-PPO algorithm to optimize computational resources and offloading decisions. through extensive comparative experiments, we demonstrated that the proposed approach significantly reduces system cost compared to conventional methods, while simultaneously meeting user task requirements. © 2023 IEEE.

the study of frequency components derived from Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) has been widely used in image analysis. In recent years it has been observed that significant information can be extrapolated from them about the lifecycle of the image, but no study has focused on the analysis between them and the source resolution of the image. In this work, we investigated a novel image resolution classifier that employs DCT statistics with the goal to detect the original resolution of images;in particular the insight was exploited to address the challenge of identifying cropped images. Training a Machine Learning (ML) classifier on entire images (not cropped), the generated model can leverage this information to detect cropping. the results demonstrate the classifier's reliability in distinguishing between cropped and not cropped images, providing a dependable estimation of their original resolution. this advancement has significant implications for image processing applications, including digital security, authenticity verification, and visual quality analysis, by offering a new tool for detecting image manipulations and enhancing qualitative image assessment. this work opens new perspectives in the field, with potential to transform image analysis and usage across multiple domains.
