Сardiovascular diseases, also known as CVDs, currently rank as the primary incidence of mortality. the present approach for identifying illnesses involves the analysis of the Electrocardiogram (ECG), an electronic diagnostic device utilized to capture the rhythm of the heart. Regrettably, the process of seeking out specialists to conduct analysis on a substantial volume of electrocardiogram (ECG) data results in a significant depletion of medical capabilities. Hence, the utilization of deep learning algorithms for the identification of ECG characteristics has progressively gained prominence. Nevertheless, there exist certain limitations associated with these conventional approaches, which necessitate the need for manual characteristic identification, intricate models, and extensive training duration. this study presents a novel and effective approach for categorizing the five different types of heartbeats in the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia database. the proposed method involves the utilization of a 16-layer deep one-dimensional convolutional neural network, which exhibits both robustness and efficiency in its classification performance. thus, the designed model is consisting of five-groups, first to fourth groups are the main feature extraction and mapping blocks, while the fifth group is fully connected and classification layers. the findings indicate that the model presented in this study has superior performance in terms of accuracy, precision, and F1-score. the proper classification of medical cases has a significant impact on the conservation of medical resources, hence positively influencing clinical practice. Additionally, the model training phase is characterized by its efficiency, since it does not significantly deplete resources.

Patent data from various countries in the world implies the essence of scientific discovery and technological innovation of all human beings, but language differences have become a huge obstacle to patent data retrieval and communication. We hope to build a bridge from Chinese to English in the patent domain, so that English speakers can make better use of Chinese patent data. With the help of natural language processing technologies such as optical character recognition, Chinese text processing, machine translation and English text processing, we construct digital Chinese-English segment-aligned multi-field patent (CESMP) data from scanned Chinese patents. the current CESMP data consists of 610,310 patent documents in XML format. Each patent document contains six required fields (date, publication, ipc, title, abstract, and claim) and four optional fields (cpc, wipo, originalapplicant, and currentowner), among which the wipo, title, abstract, and claim fields are aligned with Chinese and English segments. Supported by well-structured bilingual patent data, on the one hand, the resource construction algorithms can efficiently build a bilingual patent dictionary and a parallel patent segment bank; on the other hand, the deep natural language processing algorithms can be effectively implemented into many practical intelligent applications such as cross-language patent retrieval, patent spam filtering, patent network analysis, patent machine translation, etc.

In an era defined by rapid technological evolution and global connectivity, the internet has emerged as a pivotal force shaping societies, economies, and individual lives. this article undertakes a comprehensive analysis of internet usage dynamics, seeking to unravel the intricate relationship between the digital age and human capital development. through the application of Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) linear regression, we explore how internet usage patterns have evolved over time, spanning from 1989 to 2022. Our analysis encompasses a rich dataset, comprising diverse 110 countries and regions, each characterized by unique sociocultural, economic, and technological contexts. the regression results unveil compelling insights into the interplay between internet adoption and various factors associated with human capital development, including education, skills, cultural attributes, and socio-economic variables. Key findings highlight significant shifts in internet usage dynamics. the early years, from 1989 to 2004, witnessed a gradual increase, marked by negative coefficients, reflecting the challenges and limitations of internet accessibility during this nascent phase of the digital age. the article delves into the critical role of education and skills development in preparing individuals for the challenges and opportunities of the digital age. It highlights initiatives that promote digital literacy, coding skills, and a spectrum of competencies crucial for thriving in an increasingly connected world.

Background/Objectives and Goals:the digitization of the privatization of state property through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) is a critical aspect of modern economic development. In Uzbekistan, like many other countries, the process of privatizing state-owned assets through IPOs has undergone significant changes over the years. Uzbekistan, in particular, has been undergoing a series of economic reforms aimed at transitioning from a centrally planned economy to a market-oriented one. As part of this transition, the government has embarked on a program to digitize and modernize the process of privatization of state property through IPOs. the primary aim of this research is to delve into the dynamics of the digitization of privatization of state property through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in Uzbekistan. Real-time information exchange strategy for big data volume systems based on the Internet of things is presented in this research. the disadvantages of traditional distributed objects still exist in the implementation of software agents. Data traffic in the center of the rapid development of Internet, network congestion caused by the excessive, the network response time delay and connection problems such as instability and cause it is difficult to real-time, effective and reliable to share information but mobile agent technology makes up for the disadvantages of the former two kinds of the information exchange. the cross-exchange matrix of integration exchange network internal logic is implemented by three specific implementation levels that conform to the domain-oriented integration standard system. the integrated standard system consists of integrated data service interface specification, data transmission routing and assembly specification as integrated exchange network management specification and information exchange standards. the proposed data exchanging model is presented to improve the further development. © 2020 IEEE.
