Progressively a large number of people are being invaded by various types of skin diseases all over the world. With the help of modern medical equipment, it is very much easy to find out the diseases. But sometimes people wouldn't able to reach a hospital or any diagnostic center in a short time and it is also very much costly for most people especially for developing country. In that scenario, we proposed a prototype in this paper by which we can recognize the problem urgently and at a low cost. Mainly this is an image processing technique. Using color segmentation technique with SVM classifier, our proposed system can recognize several types of skin diseases based on some feature extraction. this method efficiently recognizes eight different skin diseases with an accuracy rate of percentage is 94.79%. Our recommended model is so simple, fast, and requires any kinds of programmable devices like desktop, android phones, tabs, IOS, and so on.

Contact between customers has improved due to modern technological communication and electronic marketing. this research focuses on E-Communication and electronic marketing and its impact on sales efficiency in the retail sector. In this analysis, the value of social networking is defined as an instrument of e-communication. To collect broad-based data to evaluate, two approaches, qualitative and quantitative, were used. the study also indicated a close link between internet capital, internet expenditure and e-product management and the performances in sales financial matters; the higher the volume of Internet software, the bigger the budget and the higher the profits. the only use for this research, though, is the retail sector, in order to base the study on the effect of electronic media on sales performance.

Knowledge graphs have achieved great success for many artificial intelligence related downstream tasks. However, they are still far from being incomplete. In order to automatically predict missing facts, researchers proposed many knowledge graph completion methods. To address the issues that translation-based methods in handling the complex relations and symmetric relations of knowledge graph completion task, a new knowledge graph completion method via bidirectional translation and interaction called BI-TransE is proposed in this paper. First, BI-TransE embeds the entities and relations of triples into low dimensional vectors. then, BI-TransE models the complex relations, such as 1-to-N, N-to-1, N-to-N, through the interaction between entities and relations, and models symmetric and inverse relations leveraging bidirectional translation score function. We evaluate our BI-TransE for knowledge graph link prediction task. Experimental results show that, BI-TransE can work well on complex relations and symmetric and inverse relation connectivity patterns, and achieves new state-of-the-art performance on four large-scale popular datasets.

Online Sequential Extreme Learning Machine (OS-ELM) has been confirmed by numerous studies to be an effective algorithm for online learning scenarios. However, we found that some parameters of OS-ELM are randomly assigned and remain unchanged in the subsequent learning process, which leads to great instability in the model performance in practice. To alleviate this problem, we propose a novel ensemble OS-ELM algorithm (EOS-ELM-R) for solving air quality prediction problems. EOS-ELM-R uses multiple distribution functions to initialize the random parameters of the base OS-ELM models and its final output is the average of the predictions of these base models. Extensive experimental results on two real-world air quality prediction problems show that EOS-ELM-R is effective, and it can achieve better generalization capabilities than similar algorithms.
