Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a common form of dementia that affects brain regions that control cognition, memory, and language. Globally, more than 55 million people are suffering from dementia. Given these troubling statistics, predicting AD is critical for future medications and treatment. Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) is a vital stage for patients because from this stage a majority of patients turn into AD patients. Early MCI (EMCI) and Late MCI (LMCI) are vital two stages of MCI. Successful prediction of Cognitive Normal (CN), AD, MCI, EMCI, and LMCI stages is a big challenge. Although there are models for predicting these stages but all models are not near to accurate. One major concern for these lacking is not having sufficient datasets to train the model. Data augmentation can be a solution to create an abundance of MRI data. One major issue regarding Machine Learning (ML) is the black box nature. Due to this limitation, user satisfaction as well as trust in the model’s prediction is missing. Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) is the torchbearer approach and through this, the reason behind every decision can be observed by the user. this paper proposes a comparison between four XAI models named Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping (Grad-CAM), Grad-CAM++, Score-weighted CAM (Score-CAM), and Faster Score-CAM. For performing the five classes (CN, AD, EMCI, MCI, and LMCI) prediction, EfficientNet models are used because these models have performed well on the augmented dataset. Among EfficientNet models (B0-B7), EfficientNetB7 has performed the best. the testing accuracy and loss are 96.34% and 0.12, respectively. After that, the last layer of the EfficientNetB7 model is passed to the XAI models. Comparing the four XAI models it is observed that Grad-CAM++ and Score-CAM are better performing than others. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

In this era of the information age, a major number of people spend their time on social networking sites. Among different social networking sites, Facebook is one of the most popular due to its accessibility and many other reasons. Nowadays, people use Facebook not only for general purposes but also for business purposes as it provides free opportunity to promote products and services. Users of the products or services share their opinion and feedback on the Facebook page. the amount of the users' data regarding the opinion and feedback is huge. this is very essential to analyze this vast amount of data and extract knowledge from it. For business owners, it is important to consider their clients' sentiments as proper analysis of customers' feedback helps them to take better future planning. In this research work, we proposed a noble strategy to predict users' sentiments from their Facebook comments on online food delivery services. To accomplish this research work, we have mainly considered the BERT machine learning technique. To understand the performance of the BERT in this context, we have applied Char-CNN, Graph-CNN, LSTM, and Bi-LSTM machine learning techniques also. Lastly, the obtained result of the BERT is compared with other four applied techniques in terms of performance evaluation techniques. It is found that BERT outperforms the other applied techniques with achieving the accuracy of 92.86%.

Autonomous driving is the most attractive field to research by academic and industrial socials that intelligent transportation play a vital role in structure of autonomous driving systems. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an infrastructure for autonomous driving by designing of intelligent machine. Deep Learning is one of subfields of Artificial Intelligence that create models by mimicking human brain's functioning to make decision that it has shown great success in autonomous diving systems field. However, it performs very poorly in some stochastic environments caused by large overestimations of action values. thus, we use the double estimator to Q-learning to construct Double Q-learning with a new off-policy reinforcement learning algorithm. By this algorithm, we can approximate the maximum expected value for any number of random variables and it underestimate rather than overestimate the maximum expected value. Moreover, we use an optimization method based on A* to improve routing in automation driving. Our proposed approach based on double Q-Learning and A* is evaluated on an example environment with random obstacles and compare results to use Q-Learning alone. Results show the proposed approach has better performance based on duration of trip to destination and collision to obstacles.

this examination depends on a three-phase unified control quality conditioner (UPQC) to extend control quality in a three-phase distribution framework. It is nice for day-to-day trade and domestic sectors. Researchers have endeavored and executed different advantageous advances to induce freed of both voltage and current consonant issues, making strides the quality of control given by the control framework. UPQC was made up of a arrangement and a shunt converter that were associated back-to-back employing a common dc-link capacitor. this paper works by actualizing UPQC control quality to compensate for voltage and current sounds issues. UPQC uses the PI controller, which calculates error value differently between the measured and desired set points. the conventional UPQC tool is limited to the PI controller's DC link voltage law. Also, it presents a three-phase transformation using a special multi-winding transformer connection scheme. A MATLAB simulation is utilized in this paper to demonstrate how the UPQC demonstrate can decrease the percent thD in source voltage, source current, and stack voltage waveforms actuated by nonlinear loads. the execution of UPQC is analyzed with a nonlinear load, and simulation studies utilizing MATLAB/Simulink prove the suitable execution of UPQC.
