Multi-messenger observation of neutrino sources is a key for identifying the origin of astrophysical neutrinos, and it led to the identification of the blazar TXS 0506+056 as the first candidate in 2017. When the IceCube observatory detects neutrino signals, alerts are sent to the other telescopes to trigger follow up observations. the newly proposed algorithm tries to find long time scale doublets and triplets, where two or three astrophysical neutrino event candidates are observed from the same direction within 30 days. this signature selects neutrino sources close to our galaxy, and makes it easier to do the follow up observation by optical telescopes. Utilizing the 11 years archival data, the signal extraction efficiencies of time and spatial clustering algorithms were evaluated, and found that the new method showed significantly better performance for small number of detected events. Finally, the sensitivity of the new alert channel is presented in the phase space of neutrino source model parameters. © Copyright owned by the author(s) under the terms of the Creative Commons.

the collected data of IceCube, a cubic kilometer neutrino detector array in the Antarctic ice, reveal a diffuse flux of astrophysical neutrinos. the extragalactic sources of the majority of these neutrinos however have yet to be discovered. Tidal Disruption Events (TDEs), disruption outbursts from black holes that accrete at an enhanced rate, are candidates for being the sources of extragalactic, high-energy neutrinos. Stein at al. (2021)[1] and Reusch et al. (2022) [2] have reported the coincidence of two likely TDEs from supermassive black holes and public IceCube neutrino events (alerts). Further work by van Velzen et al. (2021) identified a third event in coincidence with a high-energy neutrino alert and a 3.7s correlation between a broader set of similar TDE-like flares and IceCube alerts. We conducted a stacking analysis with a 29-flare subset of the TDE-like flares tested by van Velzen et al. this work was done with neutrinos with energies above O(100 GeV). the resulting p-value of 0.45 is consistent with background. In this contribution I will discuss the results of the stacking analysis as well as the impact of using different reconstruction algorithms on the three correlated realtime alerts. © Copyright owned by the author(s) under the terms of the Creative Commons.

Shunt active power filter (SAPF) is the best solution to minimize the problem of harmonics in the power systems, but its effectiveness is strictly dependent on how quickly and accurately its control algorithms can perform. In this paper, parabolic carrier-based pulse-width modulation (PWM) method is applied for current control in a voltage-source converter (VSC) based single phase Shunt Active Power Filter. this technique employs a pair of parabolic PWM carriers (a positive one and a negative one) to determine the switching states of the two switches in a converter phase leg while limiting the current tracking error within nonlinear parabolic band. In addition, PI controller with self-charging technique to regulate the dc-bus voltage of the SAPF. the proposed single phase SAPF can compensate harmonic currents and improve power factor. In this paper, the design concept of the proposed SAPF is verified through Matlab-Simulink simulation study and the results obtained are discussed. © 2019 IEEE.

Nowadays, with the development of smart technologies, more requirements for the state evaluation of electrical equipment have been raised during the full life cycle. In order to meet these demands, the digital twin is a very suitable technology. the digital twins could understand the state of the physical entities through physical models, sensing data and the big data generated from the product lifecycle, so as to predict, estimate, and analyze the dynamic changes. the digital twin is mainly composed of the information data, data exchange interface and digital model. the information data is obtained from the equipment production, operation and management process, including equipment production information and CAD model, environmental information, pre-test and maintenance data, online monitoring data and various sensor measurement data. It provides a comprehensive description of the actual equipment. the data exchange interface is a standardized information transmission channel, which ensures timely and efficient data transmission at various time periods throughout the life cycle of the equipment. the digital model acquires the date through the date exchange interface, structurally stores the data, establishes a virtual model corresponding to the equipment. In order to build up the digital twin, two main problems should be solved. One is the acquisition and storage of the data, the other is the responding speed of the digital model. In the current equipment management system, the various information data of the equipment entire life cycle are independent of each other, and the data utilization efficiency is quite low. thus, we put forward the life cycle digital thread for the electrical equipment. It contains not only the data of design, production, installation and operation, but also the virials sensing data, environment date and historical experience data of similar equipment. Electric joint compound has been widely used at the connection of power equipment to reduce contact resistance. In order to improve the electrical performance of power compound grease, we need to improve the morphology and distribution of conductive fillers. In this paper, three-dimensional nano-silver dendrites are used as conductive fillers in the electric joint compound for the first time. three-dimensional fractal silver dendrite was prepared by solution phase reduction method at room temperature and added to base oil as conductive filler to prepare a new type of electric composite grease. the effect of feeding speed on morphology and structure of silver dendrite was analyzed by changing feeding speed. the effects of temperature on the conductivity of electric composite grease were studied. Different structures of silver particles were also compared. the different function of one-dimensional silver wire, two-dimensional silver sheet and three-dimensional fractal silver dendrite are explained. It was concluded that the number of silver dendrite fractal structures formed by solution reduction increased with the increase of feed rate. Under the condition of 15 mL/min feeding rate and 18:1 molar ratio (hydroxylamine: silver nitrate, the molar concentration of silver nitrate is 0.6 mol/L), the three-dimensional structure of silver dendrites is the most abundant. the electrical conductivity of electric composite grease increases almost linearly with the increase of temperature. However, the content of conductive filler has little effect on the increase of conductivity. three-dimensional fractal silver dendrite performs much better than one-dimensional silver wire and two-dimensional silver sheet. the electric composite grease using three-dimensional silver dendrite as conductive particles has higher conductivity.
