the dynamism and complexity inherent in today's financial markets necessitate sophisticated predictive analytics tools that can facilitate decision-making in real-time. However, traditional forecasting methodologies often fall short in harnessing the vast volumes of real-time data generated by these markets. this study introduces a transformative approach, known as the Real-time Big Data Financial Forecasting Model (th>th>), which amalgamates real-time analytics, big data technologies, and machine learning algorithms to predict financial market trends. through a robust computational architecture that efficiently processes and analyzes high-frequency trading data, the RBDF^2M model aims to provide accurate and timely forecasts of asset price movements. Employing time-series analysis techniques, particularly Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, this model is tested across multiple financial instruments to evaluate its predictive efficacy. Our results indicate a substantial improvement in forecast accuracy compared to conventional methodologies, along with significant reductions in computational latency. the research further explores the implications of these findings, notably the potential for augmented trading strategies and risk management protocols. Finally, the paper discusses the ethical considerations associated with the deployment of such advanced predictive systems in financial markets, arguing for the necessity of regulatory frameworks to mitigate the risks of market manipulation and systemic failure.

the scholarly article examines prevalent difficulties encountered by students in maneuvering through campus by proposing a solution grounded in network analysis. the investigation underscores the creation of a Route Planner mobile application, which utilizes Dijkstra's algorithm to facilitate optimized navigation and shortest-path routing. this methodology guarantees that students are provided with the most effective routes, thereby minimizing travel duration and reducing detours, thus enhancing their overall campus experience. the application was designed employing an Agile software development life cycle, which permitted adaptability and iterative enhancements informed by user feedback. Usability assessments were pivotal in refining the application's functionality and user interface, ensuring it addressed the practical requirements of students. the findings indicated that 70% of participants agreed that the Route Planner would be user-friendly. In addition to its technical execution, the Route Planner advocates for sustainable transportation practices on campus by promoting efficient route planning and minimizing resource wastage. the application also encourages inclusivity by facilitating more straightforward navigation for all students, particularly newcomers, fostering their confidence in traversing campus. this advancement exemplifies the potential of amalgamating network analysis with mobile navigation to devise practical, socially advantageous tools within academic settings. Ultimately, the research underscores the application's significance in enhancing campus exploration, augmenting usability, and contributing to the disciplines of computer networks and mobile navigation systems.

With the rapid development of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies, intelligent assistance systems for education have become a research hotspot. this paper presents the design and implementation of a Chinese educational assistance system aimed at addressing challenges in essay grading and personalized learning guidance for primary and secondary students. the system utilizes advanced automatic text analysis, semantic understanding, and personalized learning suggestions to provide real-time feedback on student essays. By employing NLP techniques such as grammar analysis, semantic matching, and error correction, the system enhances both learning efficiency and the overall quality of feedback provided to students. the system provides automatic grading for Chinese essays and generates personalized feedback, thereby improving learning efficiency. this paper details the system’s design architecture, implementation methods, and key algorithms, with experimental verification of its effectiveness in real educational scenarios. the results show that this system not only improves grading accuracy but also offers a scalable solution that can be adapted for broader educational contexts.

With the immense computing power at our disposal, the numerical solution of partial differential equations (PDEs) is becoming a day-to-day task for modern computational scientists. However, the complexity of real-life problems is such that tractable solutions do not exist. this makes it difficult to validate the numerically obtained solution, so good error estimation is crucial in such cases. It allows the user to identify problematic areas in the computational domain that may affect the stability and accuracy of the numerical method. Such areas can then be remedied by either h- or p-adaptive procedures. In this paper, we propose to estimate the error of the numerical solution by solving the same governing problem implicitly and explicitly, using a different approximation order in each case. We demonstrate the newly proposed error indicator on the solution of a synthetic two-dimensional Poisson problem with tractable solution for easier validation. We show that the proposed error indicator has good potential for locating areas of high error.

MELT is a forum for the state-of-the-art technologies in mobile localization and tracking and novel applications of location-based services. the research contributions in these proceedings cover significant aspects of localization and tracking of mobile devices that include techniques suitable for smart phones and mobile sensor networks in both outdoor and indoor environments using diverse sensors and radio signals. Novel theoretical methods, algorithmic design and analysis, application development, and experimental studies are presented in 14 papers that were reviewed carefully by the program committee. In addition, three invited papers, with topics on location determination using RF systems, Cramer-Rao-Bound analysis for indoor localization and approaches targeting mobile sensor networks, are also included in the proceedings.

With the development of typical graph data scenarios such as social networks and recommender systems, the size of knowledge graphs is growing. In recent years, large-scale knowledge graphs have posed a challenge in terms of fast training of knowledge graph representation model when applied. the article proposes a fast training framework for random walk-based embedding of knowledge graphs (RWRel), which contains a random walk strategy based on relational paths and a relational encoding that introduces subject-object embeddings to model the subject-object semantics of relations in knowledge graphs. the experimental results show that the RWRel framework is effective in improving the speed and maintaining the performance of the representation learning method.

Autonomous competition is a brand-new area of technological advancement that has just emerged because of the increasing acceptance of self-driving vehicles, particularly after 2015. For high-performance automobiles designed to drive autonomously in extremely unpredictable, dynamic, and hostile contexts, researchers are creating hardware and software algorithms that work precisely. Our Research mainly focused on the balanced approach for System Architecture, Data optimization in autonomous vehicle to enhance the smart cities. the most important abilities and features such as communication, autonomous path planning, path following control, navigation, obstacle detection and depth estimation are regarded as the foundational knowledge of agents. these conditions include high speeds, high safety and security, data optimization, slow reaction times, and antagonistic real-world surroundings. this study is the first comprehensive and deep analysis of the research on autonomous vehicles, including their architectural design, data optimization, safety & security and Internet of things for high end applications. Autonomous vehicle cybersecurity is also important to assure the safe and secure deployment of these vehicles. Industry 4.0 can assist maintain the safety and security of autonomous vehicles by deploying effective cybersecurity solutions that address the essential qualities of confidentiality, integrity, availability, and non-repudiation. Finally, this research study emphasizes the balanced integration approach of System Architecture, Safety & security and the "software-hardware" co-evolution to the current level while providing a thorough review of the current autonomous vehicle systems.
