In communication technologies, it can be solved in systems that are extremely simple, detailed, among the tools for use in the electronic environment, internet-connected, development and integrated systems. With the rapid development of technology, smart led lamps, smart office, smart conference room lighting, road lighting fixtures and therefore smart lighting systems have been the reason why smart lighting systems can enter daily life rapidly. Sensors which are the components of smart lighting systems, feedback from users, cloud services, smart algorithms become more widespread with artificial intelligence in an easier, faster, and more economical way, causing a change in traditional lighting control and improvements in energy saving, functionality, and user centered lighting. In this study, the mediapipe framework is intended to be used for office conference room. MediaPipe is indeed an open-source framework that enables the processing of computer vision data, including video and audio. the lighting system was built using the artificial intelligence supported mediapipe hand recognition solution, and artificial intelligence and image processing algorithms were used. Each hand gesture corresponds to a different command to control the light. there are 3 main menus are determined for the hand and defined to the system. Main menus can be reached with every hand movement. After entering the main menu, intermediate menus are processed. Lighting application can be realized through control commands obtained by hand movements, digital/analog information conversion and Dali control system. It is concluded that the ease of control brought by this method is more advantageous in terms of its purpose than other methods because it is contactless and does not require any hardware device in the hands of the presenter. © 2023 IEEE.

In research aimed at determining ways to protect the data of primary and secondary school students, as well as students and innovators who have submitted their ideas and innovations to innovation fairs in the territory of Republika Srpska, there is a lack of thoroughly analyzed methods and systems for protecting their ideas/innovations. this paper analyzes the most effective security algorithms for the protection of innovations and innovators from different categories. the objective of this work is to define the best prototype for protecting the identity database of innovators and innovations from the civil sector until their patent protection is granted in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. By using the deductive method, we analyze various algorithms that function in a distributed environment. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of existing algorithms, we suggest the application of the most appropriate one to meet the strategic decision-making needs of civil organizations. © 2023 IEEE.

Traffic accidents caused by black ice are frequent in winter. this paper proposed to use drone embedded with thermal imaging camera to collect road information, and conduct video analysis and segmentation based on CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks). the resulting black ice position and area are used to analyze formation time and predict vanishing time, then real-time alert and navigation information updates could be realized. the study helps to reduce traffic accidents caused by black ice and provide more security for the lives and property of travelers. © 2021 IEEE.

In a battery energy storage system based on partial power conversion, the battery series end and the bus end are coupled to each other. After fully considering this effect, this paper performs impedance modeling for this topology. Aiming at the system instability under the battery discharge condition, an impedance remodeling control strategy is proposed by equivalent transformation of the system control block diagram. this method adjusts the intersection range between the output impedance of the source converter and the input impedance of the load converter in a small frequency range to meet the stabilization requirement of matching the system impedance. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed battery energy storage converter scheme and control method are verified by completing the system simulation and building an experimental platform. © 2024 IEEE.
