Utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as mobile access points can assist urban communication systems in establishing emergency networks in disaster scenarios. However, in large-scale dynamic environments, the extensive exploration space makes effective collaboration among a large number of UAVs challenging. In this paper, to schedule the deployment of UAVs for networking purposes, we propose a novel approach, MAEN, using multi-agent reinforcement learning. the grouping and information sharing mechanisms in MAEN enable the algorithm to easily scale up the number of UAVs to dozens and address the issue of strategy equilibrium. Additionally, a reward decomposition module is designed to handle coordination and task allocation among UAVs. Experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm outperforms existing algorithms in terms of ground device coverage and communication quality. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

the recent severe outbreak of the disease has been linked to the COVID-19 virus. It is essential for healthcare professionals and individuals with the capacity to provide intensive care to offer clear explanations of this situation. To address this issue, the World Health Organization (WHO) has implemented several measures. the National Emergency Telecritical Care Network (NETCCN) has the capability to assess these actions using digital technologies. this section provides a comprehensive explanation of these developments, and NETCCN has put forth a recommendation. Version 2.0 of this digital health data will be made available;it will significantly enhance potential crises in the future. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used in the suggested digital prediction approach to gather past data on the infection. Telemetry, sophisticated maintenance robotics, and monitoring intelligence may all be found with this technology. these may be created to incorporate data relevant to various infections. Health experts will coordinate all of these. To maintain sustained preparedness for emergency catastrophe protection, frequent testing should be conducted. © 2023 IEEE.

this article explores the imperative landscape of money laundering detection, emphasizing the role of advanced financial monitoring and the integration of Microsoft Power BI for in-depth data analysis. Addressing challenges in fraud detection, the study employs synthetic datasets from Kaggle, overcoming limitations in accessing real financial data. through a meticulous process, the article demonstrates the power of Power BI in uncovering potential money laundering activities via visual analyses such as stacked column charts, line charts, pie charts, and clustered bar charts. the significance of appropriate data preparation, column selection, and visual representations is highlighted, offering a systematic approach for fraud detection in financial datasets. this research showcases the effectiveness of Power BI as a strategic tool, providing insights and methodologies that contribute to the ongoing discourse on fraud prevention in financial analytics. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. Detecting emotions from speech is an excitingarea of research that can improve how we interact with computers and understand mental health. In our study, we explore how to build a system that can understand different emotions using speech and psychological information. We gather data from various sources like TESS, Crema-D, RAVDESS, SAVEE, and our own custom dataset to create a diverse collection of emotions. To build our system, we use different types of neural networks like CNNs, RNNs, and transformers. After testing our system extensively, we find that it can accurately detect emotions about 77% of the time, which is pretty good. We also look into how our system learns about emotions, which can help us better understand how humans process emotions. Our work not only improves emotion detection technology but also has important implications for making computers more empathetic in how they interact with people. © 2024 IEEE.

the article discusses the application of bio-inspired Bee Colony Algorithm (ABC) in medical logistics, which is an important and promising direction in the conditions of the increasing scale and complexity of various risks and threats. the algorithm's ability to effectively adapt to changes, optimize resource use, and provide decentralized management makes it an essential tool for solving emergency medical care problem, mitigating military conflicts and natural disasters. the ABC can be effectively integrated with modern information technologies, such as Internet of things (IoT) monitoring systems and autonomous drones, significantly multiplying their combined use. these technologies enable real-time data collection on the data on the state of damaged infrastructure, the nature and extent of damage, an analysis of medical resources requirements, and the optimal delivery of medical care. Combined with the ABC algorithm, such integration can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management decisions made in extreme complexity and uncertainty conditions. In modern realities, where traditional methods cannot cope with the dynamics and scale of the above-described problems, bio-inspired algorithms are an effective tool for increasing the flexibility and adaptability of the healthcare system, which can be used in international practice. the authors analyzed the feasibility of implementing the ABC to solve the logistical challenges of providing emergency medical care in military conflict zones and during emergencies. they prioritized the prompt delivery of medical resources such as medications, equipment, and medical personnel to areas needing assistance. the article thoroughly examines the practical aspects of using an integrated optimization algorithm, based on examples of recent military conflicts and natural disasters in conditions where delivery routes and needs for medical care can change quickly, and the number of available resources can vary. th
