the growing danger of coastal pollution requires novel, automated remediation methods. this paper proposes combining autonomous robots with sophisticated sensor technologies and a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)-based data analytics system to clean up coastal areas. the robots autonomously cruise coastal settings, discover and categories marine waste using onboard sensors, and send data to a cloud-based infrastructure for analysis. the proposed method relies on CNN, a deep learning model known for image recognition. For reliable identification and classification, CNN is trained on a broad collection of marine waste images. the cloud-based data analytics platform receives, processes, and stores cleaning robot data. It handles massive datasets effectively using cloud computing scalability and processing power. the technology uses real-time cloud image processing to identify garbage and enable robots to adjust their cleaning tactics. the data analytics platform generates detailed reports and visualizations to analyze cleaning efficiency and environmental effect. It advances automated coastal cleaning technology by integrating advanced robotics, sensor technologies, and deep learning. the proposed approach improves coastal cleaning speed, accuracy, and flexibility to protect marine habitats and biodiversity. © 2024 IEEE.

mobile devices are very important in our daily life nowadays. However, it has security drawbacks particularly in device authentication. Conventional text-based passwords are exposed to vulnerabilities. Simple passwords are susceptible to brute-force attacks, while complex ones are difficult to recall, leading to forgetfulness and user frustration. this research proposes an integration of a Graphical User Interface (GUI) authentication system within mobile applications which are recognition-based, recall-based, and cued-recall authentication. the mobile application is developed using Flutter which is a practical exemplar of the three-Tier GUI authentication system. A questionnaire was distributed among twenty (20) users which focuses on usability, design scheme and security level of the mobile application. the result findings indicate the significance of the three-layer GUI authentication presenting a holistic approach of mobile security while preserving user convenience. the implication of this research promotes a more secure digital landscape, which redefine mobile security authentication practices for the better. © 2023 IEEE.

In this research, the performance of different deep learning models, including CNN + RNN, VGG16 + RNN, VGG19 + RNN, ResNet50 + RNN, and InceptionV3 + RNN in predicting brain tumour grades by employing Electronic Health Record (EHR) and imaging data are evaluated. Confusion matrices show the models' abilities to predict, showing the results of the prediction capability of each model over tumour grades. From the result and analysis, InceptionV3+RNN is performing better than all other ML models. With the multimodal fusion techniques, an informed decision can be made about the grades of the cancer cells, and the clinicians can give the proper treatment to the patients. the proposed approach can be implemented in real-time to predict the cancer grades with the highest level of accuracy for better treatment. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

this research proposed a novel approach to using questionnaires to collect high-quality data, especially in digital platforms. the research shows how to assess user experience (UX) by integrating the User Experience Questionnaire Plus (UEQ+) framework in the context of mobile banking applications in Malaysia. the study integrates both open-ended and closed-ended questions, validates the questionnaire through informational interviews, and implements trap questions to identify insincere responses. the research also adapts the questionnaire for digital platforms, such as Google Forms and Microsoft Forms, to ensure comprehensive accessibility and speed up data collection. the findings of this study demonstrate the effectiveness of questionnaires as a versatile research tool and provide valuable insights for improving questionnaire design and administration practices. © 2023 IEEE.

A comprehensive analysis was performed using the AIDS Clinical Trials Group 175 dataset to improve the accuracy of predicting AIDS disease progression. the primary objective was to integrate machine learning techniques to predict AIDS disease outcomes based on clinical, demographic, and treatmentrelated variables. Several machine learning models, including advanced neural network architectures, were developed and thoroughly evaluated. the study highlighted the ability of machine learning to accurately identify patterns and risk factors associated with AIDS disease progression, thereby improving treatment strategies and patient management. Extensive comparisons of several machine learning models were performed to evaluate their performance and robustness. the aim is to demonstrate the important role of artificial intelligence in predicting and diagnosing AIDS early, thereby contributing to better healthcare outcomes. the comprehensive evaluation of model performance in this study is expected to support future advances in prediction models for AIDS and other chronic diseases. © 2024 IEEE.

Losing items is a frequent problem that many people deal with on a daily basis. It can cause annoyance, wasted time, and perhaps even financial loss. the stress and difficulty of trying to find lost items, whether they be phones, keys, or other valuables, can interfere with our daily routines and cause needlessly high levels of anxiety. this challenge may be especially difficult for those who struggle to keep track of their belongings due to cognitive impairments or disabilities. thus, this project is used to help people to find their missing item by attaching the item with the Found It! Object Tracker Tag. the mobile application can be used to track the misplaced item by showing the distance of the tag and mobile phone. the application can share the tag location to family members and friends through Telegram. this application also has crowd finding features where the user can view people lost tag and they also can share their lost tag location. they will need to share their number phone and message for people to contact when they find it. In this research study, the System Usability Scale (SUS), a methodology that comprises of 10 questions about the program's usefulness, will be utilized to evaluate the usability of the Found It! mobile App for Object Tracking. © 2023 IEEE.

the elderly population in Malaysia has increased rapidly, which has made it difficult to engage in regular social activities. Many children in today's business society are unable to accompany their aging parents with household tasks, social interactions, and physical activities because of work commitments and financial limitations. Companion travel services are thus viewed as an alternate form of assistance for accompanying the elderly to hospital visits, grocery shopping, and travel when their children are not available. However, companionship travel services are very limited in Malaysia, and the existing applications, such as Makcik Travels, is troublesome to use by the elderly due to their complex user interfaces and processes the use of the WhatsApp application to book a private chauffeur is not effective for searching for available chauffeurs and setting an appointment. thus, in this study, an elderly companion travel mobile application is developed to support the social care of older persons in Malaysia the persona technique was used to capture the user's requirements through narrative and storytelling the requirements were then evaluated using heuristic evaluation with human-computer interaction (HCI) experts and several elderly users. Similar to e-hailing services to book transportation on-demand, this application offers the same service with an additional companion function the elderly can arrange for a chauffeur to go with them to a specific destination, and this chauffeur will help them fulfill their tasks, taking into account the constraints of the elderly's capabilities, such as pushing a wheelchair the distinctive features of this application include the user profile, chauffeur availability search, request for the companion service, acceptance of the request by a registered chauffeur, estimation of fare, online payment, and order service history these elderly companion mobile apps offer the possibility for improved social care services, particularly in

Live or interactive multimedia applications have taken the whole world by storm, such as Tiktok. these applications expect high throughput within end-to-end latency, and they also want to meet the deadline requirements and send highpriority data blocks to improve the quality of experience (QoE). In this paper, we propose GDMD, a transmission control scheme with block information-aware for delay-sensitive multimedia. Considering block scheduling and congestion control, we design a novel scheduling algorithm to select the block that has minimal impact on other blocks to send first. the new congestion control algorithm based on reinforcement learning observes the network condition and controls the sending rate. Our evaluation shows that our solution can improve the QoE for delay-sensitive multimedia and significantly outperforms the baseline methods, which indicates the great potential of the combined scheduling scheme. © 2022 IEEE.
