5 G cellular networks are supposed to accommodate the ever-increasing data explosion and hyper-dense installation of base stations thanks to their capacity to leverage connectivity and cost-effectiveness. 5G networks can accommodate far more applications concurrently than the existing infrastructure easily and efficiently. this is particularly relevant in view of the fact that the Internet is going to be used by around 41.6 billion linked users by 2025. Many will require guaranteed access to cloud services to function safely, like autonomous vehicle systems and industrial sensors. Whilst 4G networks (which use the Internet Protocol and Wifi, wireless and reaction-based networking) dominated the environment of telecommunications, Artificial intelligence Technology has advanced, along with its numerous sub-categories, including machine learning and deep learning, which was ready for delivering 5G networks for individuals to tackle the decreased bandwidth capacity of 4G. this project encourages us to create location optimization technologies that chooses ideal places for services antennas, ensuring the best potential coverage and use computer training algorithms to distribute resources dynamically to minimise user interference and to save energy. © 2020 IEEE.

this paper describes a study which evaluated the effectiveness of training sessions on tablets which accompanied a rollout of 1389 tablets and Aptus devices to selected primary schools in Samoa. the study evaluated adequacy of the training, level of usage of tablets, Aptus and programs and applications, as well as ease of use and usefulness to teachers. Findings of the study showed that the level of usage of both tablets and the Aptus needed to be improved, there was a need for more training, technical and pedagogical support as well as a community of practice of both teachers and learners. © 2021 15th international Multi-conference on Society, Cybernetics and Informatics, IMSCI 2021. An intellectual system based on the technology of direct imposition of knowledge using a five-level system for handling the fuzziness of the natural language, the relativity of knowledge and the inaccuracy of the logical conclusions used is considered. Special knowledge models – molingas – with confidence factors are used to account for the ambiguity of the natural language. A two-level inference system for decision making on knowledge bases based on molingas is described. © 2020 CEUR-WS. All rights reserved.

the paper is devoted to the problem of computational complexity of fuzzy inference in the case of systems with fuzzy inputs. the application of parallel computing is considered in order to accelerate these processes. the paper proposes an algorithm to efficiently perform fuzzy inference based on fuzzy truth values on a GPU. the relevance of this algorithm is shown, including a computational experiment that compares the time characteristics in a sequential operation mode and when performing calculations on a GPU in parallel mode. © 2020 CEUR-WS. We conduct a scientometric analysis of the main topics of artificial intelligence (expert systems, fuzzy logic, genetic algorithms, soft computing, machine learning, deep learning) in the period 1990-2018. Research is performed on a dataset of publications obtained from the Web of Science database. Our results indicate that during the period under review there is a steady interest of the scientific community in research in the field of neural networks, while publication activity in other areas changed significantly. We compare our conclusions with the results of other scientometric studies. © 2020 CEUR-WS. All rights reserved.

the study is focus on the analysis of interface design for museum mobile learning between the visitor’s behavior needs and information transmission. When we design learning environment system within the museum including exhibitions, objects, tour guide, education activity etc., the whole museum design should be considered about the user-friendly learning environment as a whole system to reduce visitor stress within the museum and to help visitor avoid museum fatigue. So, it’s important to museum for how to avoid the visitor’s cognition differences between the visitor’s behavior needs and information transmission. this study would try to propose the principle of interface design for the museum mobile learning system. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

the Internet of things (IoT) is growing fast and is gaining significant adoption in areas such as smart cities and manufacturing. the variety and low-cost of IoT devices with excellent audio/visual sensors is fueling the growth of multimedia IoT applications, many of which are bandwidth-hungry and time-sensitive (i.e., must produce their results within an application specific time-sensitive requirement). While a large body of related work has studied distribution of such Time Sensitive multimedia IoT (TS-MIoT) applications in simulated environments, there is lack of a platform that can be used to experiment with techniques for meeting their time-sensitive and computing resource requirements on real-world IoT infrastructure, i.e., a combination of IoT devices, close by computers and a cloud data centre connected by a variety of networks. this paper proposes APOLLO, a platform for experimental analysis of TS-MIoT applications. APOLLO provides mechanisms to load TS-MIoT application execution plans and execute the plans on available IoT infrastructure. We describe a proof-of-concept implementation using Orleans and present experimental evaluations to validate APOLLO's ability to support the experimental analysis of TS-MIoT applications.
