Wave energy, as an environmentally friendly and sustainable energy source, possessed substantial development potential and held significant application value in the domain of new energy technologies. To enhance the capture efficiency of wave energy, a novel oscillating buoy-type wave energy generation device was designed. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method was applied to numerically simulate the hydrodynamic performance of the wave energy generation device, providing a theoretical foundation for optimizing the design of wave energy generation devices. Firstly, the paper investigated the impact of buoy shape on its hydrodynamic characteristics. the result indicated that buoy with a circular bottom adapted better to harsh sea conditions than those with a conical bottom. Secondly, a hole was made at the center of the circular oscillating buoy, and the CFD software Star-CCM+ was used to numerically simulate the hydrodynamic performance of the buoy with openings. this paper considered different aperture sizes of the buoy under two sets of different conditions, including 200mm, 400mm, 600mm and 800mm. based on the numerical simulation results, through statistical analysis, the oscillating force and oscillating motion amplitude data of the oscillating buoys with different apertures were obtained, covering the maximum, minimum, variance, and mean deviation values for each aperture size of the buoys. thirdly, taking a buoy with an aperture radius of 600mm as an example, the corresponding maximum PTO damping coefficient was calculated, and the average power were derived. through statistical analysis of the hydrodynamic performance and power calculation of an oscillating buoy, the following conclusions could be drawn: Under the same operating conditions, choosing a circular-bottom buoy could improve its stability and adaptability in harsh sea conditions. the oscillating buoy with a 200mm aperture exhibited the largest maximum oscillating force, while the buoy with an 80

In recent years, the publication of "Management Measures for General Contracting of Housing Construction and Municipal Infrastructure Projects" and other documents has further promoted the consortium of design and construction units. Studies have shown that improving project performance can effectively increase the consortium’s EPC. Mode management level. therefore, this article identifies 18 factors that influence the performance of the consortium’s EPC project by analyzing relevant literature, and conducts expert interview analysis. Four comprehensive factor variables that can represent most of the influencing factors are extracted through factor analysis, and the scores of each factor are obtained. Take public factors as the evaluation index of the consortium EPC project performance, and establish the consortium EPC project performance influencing factor model. Finally, based on the four comprehensive public factors summarized, countermeasures to improve the performance of the consortium EPC project are proposed, which provides a certain reference for the management of the consortium EPC project, which helps to improve the project performance and promote the success of the consortium EPC project. © ISPM *** right reserved.

Secondly, a hole was made at the center of the circular oscillating buoy, and the CFD software Star-CCM+ was used to numerically simulate the hydrodynamic performance of the buoy with openings. this paper considered different aperture sizes of the buoy under two sets of different conditions, including 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm and 800mm. based on the numerical simulation results, through statistical analysis, the oscillating force and oscillating motion amplitude data of the oscillating buoys with different apertures were obtained, covering the maximum, minimum, average, variance, and mean deviation values for each aperture size of the buoys. thirdly, the vorticity of eight typical oscillating buoys was compared and analyzed in this study, thereby investigating the inner mechanism between force and vorticity. through statistical analysis of the hydrodynamic performance of a circular oscillating buoy with different aperture sizes, the following conclusions can be drawn: Under the same operating conditions, the oscillating buoy with a 300mm aperture exhibited the largest maximum oscillating force, while the buoy with an 800mm aperture demonstrated the smallest maximum oscillating force. the classification of white blood cells (WBCs) from microscopic blood image provides invaluable information for diagnosis of various diseases. Deep Convolutional Neural Networks are often used to classify WBCs automatically and have obtained certain achievements. However, when the training (source) dataset and test (target) dataset fall from different data distributions (i.e. domain shift), deep convolution neural networks adapt poorly. To solve the problem, we proposed a DANN-based method aiming to help our classifier learn domain-invariant information by using adversarial training. Two datasets were tested and our method achieved 97.1% accuracy, 97.2% recall, 97.2% precision and 97.4%f1-score, respectively. Domain adaptation verification shows that the proposed method has higher performance than other adaptive methods, and has broad application prospects in WBC classification.

the researches at the NICA accelerator complex (JINR, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Dubna) require efficient and fast software implementations of algorithms for modeling and reconstruction of the particle collision events. BmnRoot package developed for the BM@N experiment is based on the ROOT environment, Geant4 and the FairRoot object-oriented framework. BmnRoot includes tools for event simulation, reconstruction and data analysis modules. With the announcement of Geant4MT multithreading support in ROOT and FairRoot, the problem of modifying the BmnRoot code for multithreading simulation appeared. As a result, an event-driven parallelism model has been implemented for event simulation in BmnRoot. the stages of the performed work and the results of testing the implemented multithreaded version are presented. Transformers are increasingly becoming mainstream in the field of reinforcement learning due to their ability to learn complex behaviour sequences over long periods of time. Human learning and decision-making works on recollection which is based on only parts of memory that are important to the current context. the past contains information that might not be useful for making decisions in the present. the human brain reduces its need to store every past event by forgetting less important events and only associating importance to the events that lead to the desired outcome, giving a broader picture of the past and helping with faster decision making. Current transformer models lack the ability to scale to large memory sizes and learn long horizon tasks efficiently as the computational requirements needed to run these models scale non-linearly with memory length. We propose Automatic Chunking + ForgetSpan, an architecture that reduces the computational performance needed to train and run transformer models by leveraging automatic chunking and forgetting. Automatic chunking helps with chunking the memory into parts which might be relevant in the present context while forgetting removes events within the memory that do not contribute to learning, helping the model learn multiple sequences of events with ease and reducing the computational cost of larger memory sizes. We demonstrate that Automatic Chunking + ForgetSpan can help models to memorize important information and achieve improved performance with reduced computational needs on various memory, visual navigation, robotic locomotion and multimodal tasks. We also test SimilarityWeight, a method which weighs a new memory element based on its similarity with already existing elements in the buffer. Comparative analysis with existing memory architectures was performed to understand the effects of relevant memory selection and forgetting. the spread of Covid-19 prevention has been carried out widely for example is the use of technology disinfectants. One of the development technologies at this time are drones. this study aims to design a UAV system as a disinfectant sprayer. Hexacopter is a type of drone that can fly more freely in the air that consists of 4 basic movements as throttle, roll motion, pitch motion, and yaw motion. the design method uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). the analysis is needed including analysis of hardware and software requirements through a literature study. the design phase is designing concepts from the software. the development phase is to build-up the components into a drone. In the implementation phase by tool testing and an assessment of the implementation will be carried out. this research is an early part of the development of the UAV system. the results that design of UAV system consisting of components used Naza-M V2, a 23-inch propeller mounted on a 180KV Hobbywing X6 motor, ESC 80A, and a 12S 44.2V battery. based on the results of hexacopter testing that can fly for 6 minutes, the weight is 10kg and works well in spraying disinfectants. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In software engineering, abstracting the class information from XML based design artifact is important to analyze the design phase. the challenge of this research is the information is embedded inner the XML data structure and the target data is more than one and stored in a non-consecutive XML element position. this paper proposes a search algorithm over the XML file using the tree-based keyword as a composition of information. the experimentation confirms that the proposed algorithm can be used to collect all information that lies on the XML file by using the tree-based keyword consistently. the proposed algorithm's performance shows the linear growth rate of the execution time that inline with the growth of the number of lines. the tree-based keyword searching algorithm is promising used in the analysis of XML based software artifact. © 2020 IEEE.
