In today's rapid development of Internet, virtual laboratory with Internet as the platform is an important resource in experimental teaching and scientific research. It has great value and significance to study it. this paper has completed the design and development of the platform with the topic of "application of whale optimization algorithm in financial training system". the paper starts from the following aspects: firstly, it analyzes the current situation of practical training teaching in the financial industry at home and abroad; introduces the knowledge and methods of financial risk and control; proposes to design a web-based practical training management platform for the finance department based on whale optimization algorithm. this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties encountered by the students of this major in the learning process, puts forward the corresponding solutions and measures, and also introduces some typical practical training activities. According to the characteristics and needs of the practical training of finance majors, the research and implementation method of software design based on whale optimization algorithm is proposed: building a network practical training management platform and testing the practical training platform. this paper first introduces the basic theory and characteristics of the credit risk prediction model based on the whale algorithm and BP neural network, and analyzes its problems: First, the initial weights are restricted. After the BP neural network model is trained, the initial weights of the BP neural network are adjusted using the whale algorithm. the prediction results of WOA-BP and BP, PSO-BP, GA-BP optimization models are compared and analyzed using confusion matrix. the WOA-BP model has higher prediction accuracy and lower mean square error as well as faster convergence.

Nowadays, it is common to encounter artificial intelligence in most automated decision-making systems. A great example is the recent introduction by many companies of smart stores that completely automated the checkout process, e.g. Amazon Go or Tao Cafe. However, although there is a clear call for a better understanding on how automated decisions are taken, there is no research available regarding explanations on smart stores to the best of our knowledge. In this paper, we address this concern by introducing a simple and effective way to generate human-understandable explanations for different smart store users. To achieve this, we propose a CBR system which reuses templates of explanations that are retrieved and adapted to match new situations. Copyright © 2021 for this paper by its authors.

the application of robotics in the field of home rehabilitation training has revolutionized the way patients receive treatment. However, current rehabilitation robotic systems often lack diverse training methods and sufficient feedback channels, resulting in challenges for patients to sustain long-term engagement in rehabilitation training. this paper introduces a novel hand rehabilitation robot system that leverages virtual reality technology, multi-channel feedback technology, and mirror therapy to facilitate autonomous hand rehabilitation treatment for patients in a home setting. the system comprises a soft glove, a computer equipped with virtual interaction scenes, Leapmotion sensors, and a soft glove control box. To evaluate the usability and patient acceptance of the system, a clinical trial involving five patients was conducted. the trial results demonstrated noteworthy improvements in finger grip strength, with an increase from 8.74 ± 14.2 N to 17.82 ± 13.63 N when utilizing the soft glove. Furthermore, patients' upper extremity function assessment scale (ARAT) scores exhibited improvement from 12.4 ± 23.44 to 24.44 ± 25.89, and their functional ability for daily living (ADL) showed improvement from 43.8 ± 47.22 to 50.6 ± 43.24. these measurements indicated significant enhancements compared to the baseline, signifying that the proposed system did not compromise finger functionality. Additionally, the results of a user acceptance questionnaire, consisting of seven surveys administered to the patients, demonstrated a positive score of 4.18 ± 0.61 and a negative score of 0.95 ± 0.57. these outcomes reflect a high level of acceptance among patients, affirming the system's safety and effectiveness in providing a comfortable and reliable platform for rehabilitation training.

Recent years have witnessed that, the Coronary pollution is remaining as the main source for the global loss of human lifestyle. the location of human resources require an immense certificate, which is generally used to deal with the knowledge obtained on particular procedures. Management and retrieval is highly considered as one of the commonly employed primary strategies. this strategy forecasts the cardiovascular diseases with an increased potential. the incorporated datasets are grouped in an extended way as a restore parameter, probably it is even used to purchase the statistics that is prepared to locate the results. In the python program, the use of a machine learning procedure to remain as a certain decision tree algorithm, and the random backwood algorithm is processed in this aspect. the most recent consequences in terms of the detection accuracy of coronary heart infection are seen by SVM (the Vector Support Device). Henceforth, the suggested structure is strongly used for detecting the coronary heart disease in advance. In comparison to the software application unit, the planned hardware requires the affectedcharacteristics in early stages to wait for coronary heart disease [2] [9]. Moreover, the proposed technique will be particularly useful for villages with no medical services. © 2021 IEEE.

the paper suggests co-design of hardware and software of multicore microprocessing structures (MCMPS) for the cyber-physical systems (CPSs) including Internet of things (IoT) in a single key and complex, closely interacting tools. the development task is performed by using set-theoretic analysis of all internal algorithms with the goal of open up in a step of the compilation independent of equivalence classes in type of clusters. As a result we solve the task of open up the set of all possible cluster structures defines the analysis of explicit parallelism and for choosing the MCMPS in order to design strategy for implementation in a CPS. the suggested co-design is based on formalization of one of the type models of knowledge - frames for design of expert system on technical parameters. In experimental example is analysis. the authors propose a sample using such methodology for analysis of algorithms for monitoring natural and anthropogenic emergencies or forest-fire monitoring, description of the expert system user interface and intellectual telecommunications structures on the base of the MC 127.05 module, which is a heterogeneous multiprocessor system based on K1879BM8Y chip.

this article focuses on the development of an algorithm for a Quadrotor-type Drone that allows it to recognize the environment and move around in it by avoiding obstacles. this article covers the simulation phase that takes place in the MATLAB software, where algorithms for planting trajectories in known static environments were created in two stages: an artificial force field (APF) model is created for each element in the environment using sigmoid functions, the trajectories are subsequently calculated using gradient descent based strategies. Two strategies were developed, the first based on mobile points that interconnect the drone with the goal, where later each point moves towards areas free from the influence of obstacles, following the potential field, which makes paths free of obstacles. the second is based on the use of the concept of safe zones, which is used as a criterion to update the position of the points. © 2020 IEEE.

Sri Lankan paddy farmers face numerous challenges due to limited access to resources and knowledge of pests and diseases effectively. this often leads to wasting money on pesticides without addressing the problem, affecting crop yield. Existing systems excel at swift disease detection but do not acknowledge farmers in preventing and mitigating diseases. Farmers expect information on the diseases and suitable mechanisms to get rid of the diseases. Further, we conducted a pre-survey with paddy farmers in the Anuradhapura district. We understood the importance of acknowledging the pests and diseases and the methods to mitigate them. therefore, we developed a “PaddyShield” system to identify diseases and provide comprehensive disease details on prevention mechanisms for the identified diseases through rice leaf. the “PaddyShield” system was implemented after employing the sophisticated Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) as the linchpin for precise disease detection. the system’s strength lies in its adept handling of a diverse dataset encompassing various paddy leaf diseases, ensuring accuracy ($\mathbf{9 5 \%}$) in early disease identification. through rigorous testing, the system indisputably highlights its superiority over existing solutions. Accessibility is prioritized through a user-friendly Flaskpowered interface. Overcoming hurdles like data preprocessing and model complexity with inventive solutions, the system achieves seamless backend-frontend integration. Optimal GPU resource utilization further accentuates its efficiency.

Home Assistant Navigation System intended for the Physically Challenged lives up to accepted standards and provides services to individuals by automating different systems in the homes with the help of assistants or operators using the devices for navigation, and therefore it improves the accessibility in multi-residential environments through automation. By making use of the time tracking, the commands of the voice, and the fencing, as well as through the smart devices, the system may make people more independent and safer. this study's objective is to create a voice-guided wheelchair for older people with the main emphasis on the inclusion of innovative features (e.g., safety, mobility, healthcare management) to improve health. HANS is made up of a voice receiver, a panic button, and a wheelchair. For an aged or physically challenged person, it is possible to operate the system while the person is located indoors and has the mobility of easy going out independently. Older people often do not remember which room the stove is in, and physically challenged people have difficulty transferring a wheelchair without help. the elderly and physically disabled will be able to activate the HANS by just uttering the word of the room such as the kitchen, the living room, and the dining room. the voice sensor helps in identifying the user's voice which is matched by voice recognition. Yet, the vehicle adheres to the line road defined by voice recognition that is pronounced automatically. the wheelchaired will be equipped with a push button that, in the case of an emergency situation, will provide the appropriate response and of course the person's safety will be preserved by this technology. this button, if pressed, will trigger an alert system that will message the nearby police station and hospital with the pretyped messages. this will be accomplished by most of them through the web-based services and the GPRS/GSM module, ensuring that the alarms contain relevant information

In Today's fast paced world, constant changes occur in everything around us especially technologies and this triggers the education sector to embrace the advancements. One such major distinctive approach is 3D Augmented Reality (AR). AR strengthens supplements what can be seen, heard, smelled and sensed and allows the users to interact with the real virtual worlds simultaneously. this paper reviews on how AR has been used in various genres in the field of education. Also, the benefits, the barriers faced and tests results over how effective is AR in acquiring knowledge is discussed. Amongst the varied published papers, the documents picked in this survey are from prominent journals, special issue articles and conferences that have implied 'Marker based augmented reality'. the paper will give an overview about the prevalent methodology used in developing the AR based applications. Since the announcement of UL 1699B in 2018, several studies on DC arc detection methods have been conducted to meet this standard. this new standard necessitates tests of DC arc detection and unwanted tripping that are caused by maximum power point tracking, DC switching surge, etc. the frequency band of the DC arc signal is generally below 100 kHz. Unfortunately, this frequency band overlaps with an inverter switching frequency. In addition, burst pulse-like arc signals appear for less than 20 msec and then fade away. the laboratory experiment on a four-channel DC arc fault detector (AFD) conducted in this study introduces its specific design configuration and DC arc detection. A STM32F4 microcontroller unit (MCU) and discrete wavelet transform (mother wavelet: Daubechies 4) algorithm are adopted as hardware and software, respectively, to detect DC arc faults. Once 4 AFD units with 16 DC arc sensors (4 sensors/AFD unit) are installed into the 100kW combiner box, the 4 AFD units must complete one arc monitoring cycle within 20 msec. based on the laboratory study, both time reduction in the arc detection process and upgrade of the MCU to STM32F7 are proposed to overcome the limited application of the four-channel DC AFD.
