Enhancing the resolution of aerial images is an important task in military and scientific applications. Sufficient image quality is essential for robust object detection. In this paper, we propose using transformer-based super-resolution techniques to increase object detection accuracy in aerial im-agery, specifically focusing on the Dataset for Object Detection in Aerial Images (DOTA) dataset. We utilize the Hybrid Attention Transformer for Image Restoration (HAT-L) architecture as a transformer model for super-resolution and analyze its influence on object detection performance, especially using the HAT- L model pre-trained on the ImageNet dataset. We integrate the YOLOv8 (You Only Look Once) OBB model, pre-trained on the DOTA dataset, to assess the effectiveness of our approach in enhancing object detection capabilities. Our results highlight the benefits of combining the HAT-L archi-tecture for super-resolution with the YOLOv8 OBB model for object detection tasks. We achieve a Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) of 37.847 and a Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) value of 0.903 for super-resolved images on the DOTA validation set using the HAT- L architecture. Additionally, our integrated approach yields a mean Average Precision (mAP) of 0.809 at IOU 0.5 and 0.656 at IOU 0.5-0.95 using the YOLOv8x OBB model on the super-resolved images. Our findings contribute valuable insights into the effectiveness of transformer models for image enhancement and object detection tasks in remote sensing applications. © 2024 IEEE.

Aiming at the current reform and construction of the carbon electricity market and low-carbon transformation of the energy, this article proposes an optimization operation method and market bidding model for wind, wind-PV-hydro-thermal integrated system. Firstly, the quota allocation mechanism for thermal power units and the development and accounting method for renewable energy CCER projects such as wind, PV, and water are analyzed. Firstly, the carbon quota allocation mechanism for thermal units and the calculation method for renewable energy CCER projects were analyzed. And the transaction rules for different power sources participating in electricity trading, carbon quota trading, and CCER trading were briefly introduced. Furthermore, based on the characteristics of wind power, PV, hydropower and thermal power, the complementary system output model and complementary indexes were constructed, which ensure the stability and schedulability of total output. based on the above, a market bidding model for complementary system is proposed in the carbon electricity market for the comprehensive cost-effectiveness of carbon electricity. Finally, through case simulation, the optimized output curve and bidding strategy of the multi energy complementary system are obtained, that ensures the complementarity and economy while reducing the carbon emission. © 2024 IEEE.

Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) plays a crucial role in cybersecurity and intelligence by providing valuable insights and information from publicly available sources. In today's digital age, where vast amounts of data are generated and shared online, OSINT serves as a powerful tool for gathering intelligence, monitoring threats, and identifying potential risks. By leveraging OSINT, organizations can enhance their situational awareness, detect emerging threats, and proactively mitigate security vulnerabilities. However, mastering OSINT skills requires not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience and proficiency in effectively utilizing various online resources. Utilizing the Personal Xtreme Programming (PXP) software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), the Osint Maniac gamification application is crafted as a practical OSINT training platform. based on questionnaire results distributed to respondents, the Osint Maniac gamification application has been shown to enhance users' knowledge and practical OSINT skills. © 2024 IEEE.

In the isolated island microgrid, the parallel inverters generally use sag control to achieve power and voltage stability, but when the line impedance is not equal, each inverter cannot achieve equal reactive power. In this paper, virtual impedance is added to the traditional sag control to achieve the equal division of reactive power. In this regard, establishing and holding to software product to assess the present quality standardto environment and promote system to improvethe quality of the productit significance. Testing software is an essential step in the software development process. this technique is more accurate and effective when it is automated. Emerged new testing tools for automated testing. the selection of the proper tools has become a challenging and confusing activity as a result of the abundance and variety of testing instruments. the current study attempts to assess the current research areas and trends on this subject that have appeared in the literature over the previous twelve years. based on their titles and abstracts, 50 conference and article papers on SPQM published in the interval 2010 and 2022 were subjected to Systematic Mapping (SM) research. the findings are presented using a combination of diagrams, written explanations, and mind-mapping techniques, which include a trend map for the period from 2010 to 2022, details about the field and measurement techniques, identified areas for improvement, and consistency across sources such as conference papers, journal articles, and internationally recognized quality models. Future research that aims to advance this important topic may build on the outcome of this study. this research may provide a starting point for further investigations meant to advance this vital area of study. © 2023 IEEE.

In recent years, with the increasing use of mobile devices, there is a growing trend to move almost all realworld operations to the cyber world. Although this makes easy our daily lives, it also brings many security breaches due to the anonymous structure of the Internet. Used antivirus programs and firewall systems can prevent most of the attacks. However, experienced attackers target on the weakness of the computer users by trying to phish them with bogus web pages. these pages imitate some popular banking, social media, e-commerce, etc. sites to steal some sensitive information such as, user-ids, passwords, bank account, credit card numbers, etc. Phishing detection is a challenging problem, and many different solutions are proposed in the market as a blacklist, rule-based detection, anomaly-based detection. In the literature, it is seen that current works tend on the use of machine learning-based anomaly detection due to its dynamic structure, especially for catching the 'zero-day' attacks. Phishing costs Internet user's lots of dollars per year. It refers to exploiting weakness on the user side, which is vulnerable to such attacks. the phishing problem is huge and there does not exist only one solution to minimize all vulnerabilities effectively, thus multiple techniques are implemented. So we proposed a system with the help of machine learning techniques and algorithms like Logistic Regression, KNN, SVC, Random Forest, Decision Tree, XGB Classifier and Naïve Bayes to predict Phishing Website based on different parameters like extracted by the website link entered by the user in the front end. © 2024 IEEE.

the recommender system's overall suggestion results may be erroneous and weakly robust due to the sparse interaction behavior between users and items in the system and the noise inherent in interaction samples. this research suggests a graph comparison learning recommendation method based on knowledge graph augmentation to address the aforementioned issues. First, a knowledge graph-based data improvement method is created to make use of the rich entity attribute data and help the recommendation system solve its data sparsity issue. In order to help the model better capture the crucial information contained in the nodes and to lessen the effect of noisy links between interaction samples on the quality of node representation, a graph self-attentive augmented network is also proposed. In order to test the algorithm's efficacy, experiments are carried out on three datasets: Yelp2018, Amazon-Book, and MIND. the results show that the recommendation algorithm is effective in enhancing recommendation accuracy in the case of small sample sizes and the presence of noisy data scenarios. the Recall metrics are improved by 8.59%, 7.08%, and 15.47%, respectively, compared with the state-of-the-art model.

the establishment of oil-paper insulation composite system health state assessment model is of great significance for the protection of transformer safety, for the current oil-paper insulation state assessment model of a single characteristic quantity and state assessment method is too abstract and so on, this paper is based on the partial discharge maximum discharge per unit, average discharge per unit and discharge pulses number per unit put forward a three-element mixed insulation oil-paper system health state assessment model. through the partial discharge experiment to obtain the basic characteristic parameters affecting the partial discharge of oilpaper insulation composite system, its comprehensive analysis and processing, and finally through the radar diagram to establish a three-element mixed insulation oil-paper system health state assessment model. the assessment model has different areas under different health states of the oil-paper insulation system, which solves the problems of empty and overlapping areas of the traditional assessment model, and is sufficient to respond accurately and effectively to the health state of the oil-paper insulation at different stages, and provides guidance for formulating overhaul strategies for the three-element mixed insulation oil transformer. © 2024 IEEE.

Phishing, characterized by fraudulent attempts to obtain sensitive information through deceptive communications, poses a significant cybersecurity threat. the rapid increase in internet usage and the proliferation of online services have made phishing attacks more prevalent and sophisticated. Machine learning algorithms have emerged as powerful tools in identifying and mitigating these threats by analyzing vast amounts of data and detecting patterns indicative of phishing activities. Various studies have examined and compared machine learning-based methods for phishing website detection, but they often lack practical implementation and do not comprehensively compare criteria and classification algorithms on specific datasets. this paper aims to enhance phishing website detection by assessing the performance of six distinct classification algorithms: k-Nearest Neighbors, Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Bernoulli Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine, and Decision Tree. Utilizing the 'Phishing Websites' dataset from the UCI Machine Learning Repository, the classifiers are evaluated based on F-Score, accuracy, precision, and recall. Among these algorithms, Random Forest demonstrates superior performance, achieving an accuracy of 96.7%, precision of 96.1%, recall of 98.2%, and an F-Score of 97.1%. these results underscore the robustness and efficacy of Random Forest in phishing website detection tasks. While other algorithms also show promise, especially under specific conditions, further research is needed to explore the potential improvements from combining multiple algorithms and examining additional features. this direction offers a promising avenue for enhancing phishing website detection systems in future studies. © 2024 IEEE.

Magnetically controlled shunt reactor (MCSR) is an important reactive power compensation device in ultra/extra-high voltage systems, and the three-phase eight-column MCSR is more compact and smaller than the single-phase MCSR, which has a wide range of application prospects. Compared with the traditional reactor, the voltage control of MCSR depends on the control strategy of the control system, and the voltage regulation is relatively complicated, and there is no mature control strategy *** this paper, the control method of maintaining grid voltage stability after three-phase eight-column MCSR is connected to the grid is investigated. Taking a BKSFZT-30000/400 MCSR as the object of study, an electromagnetic transient simulation model is established, and through comparison and verification of simulation with the theoretical analysis and measured results, a voltage control method of MCSR based on fuzzy PI control of the variable domain is proposed, and a bus system simulation model is constructed. bus system simulation model. this paper analyzes the regulation performance of MCSR on bus voltage under different working conditions, and compares with the traditional PI control method, the variable-domain fuzzy PI control method can make the MCSR have better voltage following characteristics, and the simulation results show that the control strategy can realize the MCSR to inhibit the voltage fluctuation quickly and effectively and stable operation of the power grid. © 2024 IEEE.
