Cryptosystem based on Lucas Function is known as LUC Cryptosystems. Lucas Function is a special form of second order linear recurrence relation using a large public integer as a modulus. We are sure that, an existing computation technique will suffer a huge computations time and spaces when calculating a very large size of public-key and private-key. Recently, a method for fast LUC Cryptosystems computation on single processor has been proposed. In this paper, we extend the method in parallel on distributed memory multiprocessor machine using message-passing interface. We are generating a special sequence from a given value of public-key and private-key. This special sequence will be used to direct the computation of LUC. We examine the parallelism efficiency of the algorithm by analyze the simulation time and speedup.

parallel Genetic Algorithms are suited to deal with problems with very large solution spaces and they can support efficient parallel distribution of work. In a PGA Island Model the migration strategy can take advantage of high latency communication channels in a distributed system. This approach suggests the use of networked workstation environments as a cost effective alternative to MPP systems. A Genetic Algorithm Programming System (GAPS) was developed to evaluate the proposed approach, which supports the design of parallel genetic programs and its execution in a distributed workstation environment. GAPS separates the specification of the problem and the user application interface, from the implementation and management details of the run-time environment;it also addresses fault tolerance, needed to recover from a fault that may occur in a dynamic network of heterogeneous workstations. GAPS uses PVM to implement a structural load balance strategy, which distributes complex evaluation functions with large chromosomes across a parallel machine. The proposed system showed to be effective when tested with the knapsack problem.
With the development of machine learning and big data technologies, distributed training has become an important way to improve computational efficiency. However, in the distributed training environment, the performan...

advances in distributedcomputing have resulted in the design of fast simulators for digital systems. A parallel, optimistically synchronized (Time Warp) digital systems simulator using VHDL as the hardware description language has been developed at the University of Cincinnati. The simulator incorporates several optimizations to the time wrap mechanism, including lazy cancellation, flow control, lazy rollback, lazy reevaluation, and rollback relaxation. This paper presents an efficient implementation of lazy reevaluation which has historically been too computationally expensive for effective utilization. The realization of this optimization as proposed in this paper results in an identification of only a subset of the total forward jumps that are possible in lazy reevaluation.

Grid computing is becoming practicable, open and standard. Around the world a lot of grid projects and initiatives are being implemented, and many of them tend to be productive. There are several production ready grid softwares such as Globus Toolkit and UNICORE. Grid will become the information infrastructure of workflow in the petroleum industry. advances in grid computing will meet the tremendous and scalable demands of petroleum E&P for high performance computing: This paper describes the architecture, key technology and application of SeisGrid.

This paper presents a new approach to efficient and effective personal identification for the security of network access by combining techniques in biometrics and mobile computing. To overcome the limitations of the existing password-based authentication services on the Internet, we propose a dynamic feature selection scheme to extract multiple personal features and integrate them in a hierarchical structure for fast and reliable identity authentication. To increase the speed and flexibility of the process, we use mobile agents as a navigational tool for parallel implementation in a distributed environment, which includes hierarchical biometric feature extraction, multiple feature integration, dynamic biometric data indexing and guided search.

Recent advances in computing and communication have given rise to the computational grid notion. The core of this computing paradigm is the design of a system for drawing compute power from a confederation of geographically dispersed heterogeneous resources, seamlessly and ubiquitously. If high-performance levels are to be achieved, data locality must be identified and managed. In this paper, we consider the effect of sen,er side staging on the behavior of a class of wide area "task farming" applications. We show that staging improves task throughput mainly through the increased parallelism rather than the reduction in overall turnaround time per task. We derive a model for farming applications with and without server side staging and verify the model through live experiments as well as simulations.

advances in computational science are closely tied to developments in high-performance computing. We consider the case of shelf sea modelling where models have been growing in complexity and where model domains have been growing and grid resolutions shrinking in pace with the increasing storage capacity and computing power of high-end systems. Terascale systems are now readily available with performance levels measurable in TeraFlop/s and memories counted in TeraBytes. The scientific case is now being made for regional models at 1km resolution, allowing the accurate representation of eddies, fronts and other regions containing steep gradients. The hydrodynamic model is increasingly being coupled with other models in multidisciplinary studies e.g. ecosystem modelling and wave modelling. We show that the performance attainable from the POLCOMS hydrodynamic code is measurable at about 0.5 TeraFlop/s on an IBM p690 cluster with 1024 processors. The scalability on this system and others is excellent up to 1000 processors. We describe a wide range of optimisations which have together enabled this code to reach these performance levels.
