Extracting buildings from remote sensing images using deep learning techniques is a widely applied and crucial task. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) adopt hierarchical feature representation, showcasing powerful capabilities in extracting local information but facing challenges in capturing global features. Transformers can address this limitation, but they perform poorly in extracting local features and significantly increase memory requirements and computational complexity. To overcome these challenges, we propose a method for building extraction from remote sensing images called LGDB-Net (Local-Global Dual-Branch Network), employing a dual-branch approach. firstly, inspired by Swin Transformer, we designed GB-Former(Global Branch-Former) as the backbone network to model global information. We use a linear multi-head self-attention mechanism to reduce time and memory complexity while maintaining a large global receptive field. Additionally, we replace the traditional multi-layer perceptron with a convolution-enhanced multi-layer perceptron to improve channel feature representation, reduce model parameters, and enhance segmentation performance. Secondly, we use multiple Depth-wise Conv3×3 + LN (Layer Normalization) + GeLU (Gaussian Error Linear Unit) modules as the auxiliary branch for local detailed feature extraction. Finally, we adopt a multi-scale feature fusion strategy to integrate feature information from both branches. We conduct a series of experiments on three datasets: WHU, Massachusetts, and Inria. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method not only effectively improves segmentation accuracy with lower building omission and commission rates but also significantly reduces model parameters and computational complexity. © 2024 IEEE.

Compared to traditional services, scalability issues are the main constraint for blockchain applications in production, and traditional blockchain cannot provide the high-performance services comparable to traditional centralized solutions. To deal with this, the paper considers the novel distributed block information and apply to the logistics network optimization tasks. first, the novel distributed model is designed, for the basic point, the public key certificate is optimized, as it usually contains the validity period of the certificate, the identity of the user and other information, after this improvement, the security will be enhanced. Then, using the Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus algorithm, the voting information is updated and the distributed blockchain model is constructed. Second, we take the minimum cost of multi-level inventory as the objective function, and the decision variables are information sharing degree and delayed transportation time t. This model is finalized with the integration of the distributed blockchain. In the experiment, we reach 2 major conclusions: (1) The larger the processing center computing power, the higher accuracy the experiment will reach. (2) The model with the distributed blockchain will reach the better performance. It is a reflection of the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

The current Single-User Key Derivation (SKD) caters to individual management of blockchain's tree-structured assets but falls short for threshold signatures aimed at multi-party control of blockchain assets. We introduce a distributed Key Derivation (DKD) for collaborative management of these assets. Our DKD aligns with SKD and the prevalent Decentralized Key Generation (DKG) in threshold signatures, employing the GG18 DKG [1] protocol to safely refresh child keys without affecting the parent key or other nodes. It maintains the hierarchical structure while preventing privilege escalation attacks. Experimental tests show that our DKD's key derivation time is about 240 μs, minor compared to GG18's DKG time. © 2023 IEEE.

Large-scale matrix multiplication is a computational bottleneck in various applications including artificial intelligence and machine learning. Given the time complexity of O(n3) for matrix multiplication, large matrix computation is exceedingly time-consuming for the client-side user. By outsourcing this task to cloud servers with substantial computational resources, we can significantly reduce the client-side computational time. This paper presents a parallel matrix multiplication outsourcing scheme based on Cannon's algorithm. By distributing the matrix across multiple cloud servers for parallel computation, we can get a significant efficiency speedup. Our scheme employs multiple cloud servers to perform parallel matrix computation, reducing the computational load by 89-97% when utilizing 4-16 servers as opposed to using a single server. We provide a comprehensive analysis of the scheme's correctness, security, and verifiability, substantiating the benefits of our approach through the experimental data. © 2023 IEEE.

DASH is becoming the unified adaptive bitrate (ABR) streaming open-source standard in video streaming. However, existing ABR algorithms lack accuracy and real-time performance in bandwidth estimation. Incorporating a wider range of information can enhance ABR algorithm performance. Positioned at the application layer, QUIC offers high scalability and can provide richer decision-making information for ABR algorithms. In this paper, we introduce an enhanced ABR algorithm enriched with multi-metric information, referred to as MM-ABR. MM-ABR surpasses the capabilities of existing ABR algorithms by additionally predicting network congestion, thereby improving the smoothness of video playback. To obtain the multi-metric information required for MM-ABR, we extend the implementation of the QUIC protocol, which allows us to integrate not only more accurate bandwidth data but also RTT and packet loss information into the DASH client application. We conduct simulations using NS-3 and compare MM-ABR with traditional ABR algorithms. The results demonstrate that MM-ABR offers higher video quality and Quality of Experience (QoE). © 2023 IEEE.

Social perception recommendation systems can effectively alleviate the user cold start problem by leveraging the side information of social networks. However, most social perception recommendation systems treat user relations as independently existing entities for learning, thereby overlooking potential connections between relations. Additionally, as the number of relations increases, it inevitably imposes a significant computational burden on the servers. To address these issues, we propose the Social perception recommendation based on relational clustering(SPRRC). SPRRC conducts relational clustering of social networks and projects knowledge graphs, effectively mining information about the similarity between relations. first, we cluster relationships in item knowledge graphs and social networks through unsupervised learning. After that, we use local weighted smoothing to aggregate the map information of the clustered items and social network virtual subgraphs respectively, and use the attention networks to learn the representation of users and items in the interactive bipartite graph. Finally, a large number of experiments have verified the high accuracy of our method, compared with the latest methods. © 2024 IEEE.

Since the last decade, radio astronomy has started a new era: the advent of the Square Kilometer Array (SKA), preceded by its pathfinders, will produce a huge amount of data that will be hard to process with a traditional approach. This means that the current state-of-the-art software for data reduction and imaging will have to be re-modeled to face such data challenge. In order to manage such an increase in data size and computational requirements, scientists need to exploit modern high-performance computing (HPC) architectures. In particular, heterogeneous systems, based on complex combinations of CPUs, accelerators, high-speed networks and composite storage devices need to be used in an efficient and effective way. In this paper, we present an overview on Radio Imaging Code Kernels (RICK;[1];[2];[3]), a code able to perform the most computationally demanding steps of w-stacking gridder algorithm exploiting distributed parallelism and GPU acceleration. GPU offloading is possible through CUDA, HIP, and OpenMP, aiming at the largest possible usability among multiple architectures. After detailing the (multi-)GPU approach to the problem and listing all the new code implementations, we analyze its performances considering both the computational and communication workload. We will show how the full, distributed GPU offload of the code, first of its kind and crucial to deal with increasingly large interferometric data, represents not only an extremely fast and optimized approach, but also the greenest one if compared to its parallel CPU counterpart. This code, now publicly available, has been tested with a wide variety of modern interferometers and SKA pathfinders. This represents, to date, the first example of radio imaging software fully enabled to GPUs, becoming a potential state-of-the-art approach for the upcoming SKA. This paper analyzes the order printing process of large Internet trading days, uses multi-agent technology to model the micro printing system, and studies the key technologies such as allocation strategy, status monitoring and fault recovery.[1] At the same time, the design of intelligent micro printing system with high concurrent continuous printing capability ensures the stability of the micro printing system.[2] Then, the independent intelligent control components of a single intelligent micro printer are analyzed, and an intelligent control unit for parallel printing is proposed. The unit effectively improves the ability, reliability and reliability of parallel printing, as well as the flexibility of a single printer. Image-text matching is an important problem at the intersection of computer vision and natural language processing. It aims to establish the semantic link between image and text to achieve high-quality semantic alignment between the two modalities. However, the existing methods have the problem that the meaning expressed in the image or the complex narrative in the text cannot be fully understood due to insufficient feature extraction. Moreover, due to the essential modal differences between images and texts, how to effectively and accurately align the semantic contents in images and texts has become the key of research. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method based on feature enhancement and relationship interaction. When processing images, the proposed method fuses labeled features, region features and location features to represent images. When processing text, a combination of Bi-GRU and self-attention mechanism is used to represent the text. In order to further align the semantic content in images and texts accurately, this paper improves two relational interaction mechanisms by identifying connection relationships and learning association relationships. Thus, the relation enhanced embedding is obtained. Finally, it calculated the similarity of the enhanced embedding to judge the matching degree of the image and text. Extensive experiments on the public datasets Flickr30K and MSCOCO demonstrate the effectiveness of our method. © 2024 IEEE.

In response to the volatility and intermittency of new energy generation in cold regions, as well as the impact of extreme weather on energy systems, a complementary distributed energy system energy storage optimization control method for predicting new energy output in cold regions is proposed. In response to the significant impact of harsh weather conditions such as low temperatures and freezing on new energy generation in cold regions, the uncertainty of new energy output and its impact on grid stability were first analyzed. Subsequently, a new energy output prediction method based on the PSO-LS-SVM prediction model was proposed. On this basis, the construction of a complementary distributed energy system was studied, which integrates multiple renewable energy sources such as solar and wind energy. Finally, through case verification, the complementary distributed energy system energy storage optimization control strategy proposed in this article has significant advantages in cold regions, which can effectively improve the utilization rate of new energy and the stability of the system, providing reliable guarantees for energy supply in cold regions. © 2024 SPIE.
