With the recent advances in automotive mobility, Autonomous Connected Vehicles (ACVs) in a platoon are becoming the wave of the future for Intelligent Mobility Systems (IMS). Autonomous Connected vehicles are driverless vehicles that are connected in the Vehicle to Everything (V2X) network infrastructure. Adopting Autonomous Vehicles in a platoon relies on wireless communication (IoT) and utilizing vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs). However, these Autonomous Vehicles are prone to security vulnerabilities, cyberattacks and road safety. Vehicular platooning as they rely on wireless communication networks leads to dangerous conditions for driving safety. The development of Autonomous Connected Vehicles (ACVs) has increased the need for secure and efficient communication and control mechanisms in Vehicular-to-Everything (V2X) architecture. This paper comprehensively reviews the recent research on communication and control mechanisms for secure ACVs in a platoon. The review highlights the challenges and opportunities in ACVs' V2X communication and control mechanisms. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper present about a smart landmine and landmine detector roverrobot. The landmine is going to smart by using the concept of transmitter and receiver, where landmine will be acting as receiver and transmitter will be other component which will be on shoes of army soldier. Landmine detection rover-robot will be based on the two sensors (magnetic sensor and metal sensor). Both sensors will play crucial role as they will help to detect our own landmine as well as enemy’s landmine. The objective of this smart landmine and landmine detection rover-robot is to reduce the chances of accident with Indian army soldiers during the search of landmine, and to detect landmine and differentiate between our own landmine and enemy’s landmine with the help of two sensors. In various landmines magnets are not used so, we can a small piece of magnet on our landmine so that it is easily detectable by the landmine detector. If both sensor gives beep sound, then it is not our landmine but if it gives only one beep sound then it is not our landmine. For transmitter and receiver here, I used simple transmitter and receiver circuit can be of remote-control car, on landmine rover-robot magnetic sensor and metal sensor, Arduino UNO will be used and a remote-control robot. It is to identify the landmines in war affected rehabilitation places. The detection of landmines through this proposed method is free of risk and of less human effort. Integration of inductive sensor, video camera and ATUNO microcontroller are used here to discover landmines. While experimenting, this robot shows high detection ability of both metallic and magnetic and transmitter and receiver parts of landmine is actively working which is competent enough to be used in the applications in landmine covered regions. © 2024 The Author(s).

Over the last decade, significant advances have been made in the Autonomous Driving field. Deep Reinforcement Learning has benefited the complex control and navigation-related challenges. This paper presents the implementation of a Deep Reinforcement Learning based algorithm for the control of a lane following car. A self-driving car is designed to keep a set speed and a safe distance from the lead vehicle while moving along the center of the lane. We use a Deep Reinforcement Learning based algorithm called Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) for the implementation of lateral and longitudinal control of the autonomous car system. The simulation results show that the system is able to drive autonomously in the dynamic environment and maneuver along the curved road. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's urban landscapes, efficient traffic management is crucial for ensuring smooth vehicular movement and reducing congestion. Providentially, advancements in Deep learning has the potential to address this problem with various methods to implement adaptive traffic system. However, such solutions require large amounts of infrastructural expenditure to establish the connectivity of all intersections of a large road network. Although, such enormous investments have given only a few preliminary successes. In this paper, a cloud-based adaptive traffic control and management system that utilizes a set of Cloud services offered by a very well-known Cloud provider Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as Amazon Kinesis, a serverless flowing data service which streamlines the process of capturing, data processing and storing data streams, Amazon Rekognition, a high-powered video analysis service, for real-time detection and counting, Amazon Lambda and other services is proposed. This system can detect and count vehicles with more accuracy and optimizes the signal time by a custom-made algorithm to reduce overall travel time. This proposed system also helps emergency vehicles from being impassable by other vehicles during stop phase, reduce vehicular emission at intersections with minimal cost of setup.

Induction motors are currently the most often used drives across industries due to their smoothness, low cost, dependability, adaptability for working in unpredictable circumstances, and essentially zero maintenance. However, controlling an induction motor (IM) can be challenging due to a relatively slower dynamic response than DC motor drives. So, improving the dynamic response of the Induction Motor Drive (IMD) is very important. In this review paper, various types of control methods like conventional PI, Model Predictive control (MPC), Neural Network Predictive control (NNPC), NNPC-Particle Swarm Algorithm (NNPC-PSO), Model Predictive Teaching learning optimisation (MP-TLO), and Neural Network Teaching learning optimisation (NP-TLO) of Direct Torque control (DTC) IMD are briefly elaborated. In addition to this, their comparative performance analysis is also described. © 2024 IEEE.

Trusted computing technology represents a significant element of cyber security systems, serving to guarantee the integrity and accessibility of data and systems. The incorporation of Trusted computing introduces a series of security detection and verification mechanisms to the host system, consequently impacting the performance of host system startup and application operation. In this paper, following an analysis of the verification mechanisms of Trusted computing, a parallel verification mechanism is proposed. The objective is to facilitate the parallel operation of the host system program and the TPM-based file verification process, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of the trusted computing system. Through the configurable and micro-intervention design scheme, flexible expansion and configuration within the existing Trusted computing technology framework can be achieved. © 2025 SPIE.
