In the rapidly evolving field of machine learning, advancements in Multiple Object Tracking (MOT) are driven by the integration of sophisticated deep learning models. MOT plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of multimedia experiences by establishing the groundwork for visual consistency, interactive applications, effective content organization, and a more immersive and captivating user experience across a variety of multimedia platforms. A significant challenge in Multi-Object Tracking (MOT) involves resolving the ID association problem, which entails accurately assigning and maintaining unique identifiers for objects across consecutive frames. Successfully managing this task is crucial for ensuring continuous and consistent tracking of individual objects, thereby enhancing the accuracy and reliability of MOT systems in diverse real-world scenarios. However, it is difficult due to issues like occlusions and variations in appearance. This research investigates the efficacy of a CNN-based approach in achieving accurate ID association in MOT, with a specific focus on the similarity between targets. A tailored Siamese Network is developed and assessed on the created dataset, revealing outstanding performance in terms of accuracy in tracking capabilities. The proposed model adeptly manages challenges such as low-light conditions and occlusions, surpassing state-of-The-Art methodologies. The results affirm the suitability of the CNN-based model for ID association in MOT, underscoring its superior performance and heightened resilience, achieving an accuracy of 91.98%. © 2024 IEEE.

Power system fault analysis is a process that establishes the bus voltages and line currents when various fault types occur. Three-phase balanced faults and unbalanced faults are two categories of power system faults. Single line-to-ground, line-to-line, and double line-to-ground faults are three different types of unbalanced faults that can occur on transmission lines for power systems. Fault analysis is used to choose and set the proper protective devices and switchgear. Determining the bus voltages and line currents is critical while investigating power system issues. Numerous mathematical calculation techniques are shown in the process, which is challenging to do by hand. The calculation can be performed quickly on a computer using a Simulink created using MATLAB. However, an error occurs when inverting an extensive bus system's Y-bus to Z-bus in the conventional short circuit study;this paper offers a solution that is solved using 'MATLAB SIMULINK' to reduce error. © 2024 IEEE.

In general, robot movements are realized by computational processing that combines microprocessors and software. However, actual living things do not have such CPUs and software, and various processing is performed by combining neural networks. In processing related to movement, nerve signals are generated mainly in the spinal cord and transmitted to the motor nervous system. Organisms perform diverse and flexible processing by combining relatively simple neurons. So far, several studies have been reported on generating robot motions by forming artificial neural networks, but most of them are based on software calculations. We take the position of using hardware to shape the spinal cord. In this paper, we describe the configuration of the hardware spinal cord, apply it to a microrobot and a bipedal robot, and show that we have realized gait modification that changes the pattern of each gait. In this study, a signal pulse was input from the upper central nervous system to an artificial spinal cord consisting of a hardware neural network, and the pulse pattern of the CPG was modified accordingly. Specifically, we controlled gait changes in quadrupedal and bipedal locomotion. This means that among the functions of the voluntary and involuntary systems involving the superior central nervous system, the rhythm that promotes walking was generated and changed. © 2023 IEEE.

In view of the large errors and complex models associated with conventional microseismic source localization, a simple and effective micro-seismic location method is proposed. Based on the analysis results of the direct solution of the four-four combination positioning method, the spatial distribution characteristic parameters of the source scattered points closely related to the positioning error are extracted: the spatial weighted centroid distance, the number of adjacent points in space, the adjacent distance sum, etc., and the analysis model of the source dispersion degree is established. The above characteristic parameters of the source spatial distribution are extracted by the principal component analysis method, and the comprehensive evaluation and ranking results of the source dispersion degree are obtained;the final result is obtained by the centroid method. The engineering data shows that the final three-component positioning errors of the source are 6.255 m, 4.552 m, and 2.010 m, respectively, and the spatial distance is 7.993 m. The method is simple and effective, and has certain practical application significance. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, based on the background of public health emergencies and focusing on the enabling and embedding trend of computer technology under the trend of normalization, the paper analyzes the previous models applicable to the location of emergency hospitals, and illustrates the limitations of the previous models through the applicability and complexity analysis. On this basis, combined with computer site selection technology, considering the quasi-public goods and risk effects of medical services provided by hospitals, a site selection model of emergency hospitals based on SCP was proposed. It is found that computer technology has strengthened the factor analysis ability of public hospital location structurally, and profoundly affected the diagnosis and treatment behavior and service behavior of public hospitals. Meanwhile, computer technology has also greatly affected the performance appraisal of public hospitals. © 2023 SPIE.

In contemporary manufacturing, efficient operation of robotic cells is critical and Job Shop Scheduling (JSS) faces challenges such as machine failures and shifting priorities. Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) addresses these challenges by enabling adaptive scheduling. DRL empowers robotic cells to dynamically optimize schedules which can increase resilience drastically. Through simulations and real-world use, DRL-based approaches outperform traditional methods, improving adaptability and efficiency. Integrating DRL into scheduling processes enables better navigation of uncertainties, enhancing productivity and competitiveness in modern manufacturing. This contribution focuses on these problems and provides a DRL approach for robotic cells to dynamically schedule production orders when facing random tool breakdowns. Using the e-greedy policy, it allows the agent to explore the environment and choose different actions to generate rewards. Apart from reacting to random machine failures, the provided model enables collaborative robotic processes to further shorten the makespan and increase the utilization of industrial robots paired with machine tools. © 2025 IEEE.

This paper introduces an Arabic News Recommendation System (ANRS) designed to enhance personalized news recommendations for Arabic-speaking users. By leveraging a multi-head self-Attention mechanism, the proposed model effectively captures complex dependencies within Arabic text, addressing challenges posed by the language's rich morphology and contextual nuances. The news encoder uses multi-head self-Attention to learn the meaning of Arabic news articles by analyzing interactions between words in titles, body text. Meanwhile, the user encoder models user preferences by examining previously read articles, also using multi-head self-Attention to capture connections between articles. Trained on a dataset of Arabic news articles and 15 million user interaction logs, ANRS achieves a high prediction accuracy of 98.6%, significantly outperforming traditional and deep learning-based Arabic recommendation models. © 2024 IEEE.

It has the advantages of low consumption of building materials, high safety performance and fast assembly, and it can also be fixed horizontally in a short time, which is a significant advantage in high-rise or large buildings. Therefore, in order to better promote the development of attached lift scaffolding technology, this study takes a large square project as an example, based on the analysis of the construction characteristics of attached scaffolding, construction principles and construction difficulties of the project, and the analysis and study of the scaffolding frame construction process and flow, aiming to sort out the control points of construction safety in the process of scaffolding assembly and erection, while ensuring the overall stability of the supporting structure, with a view to reduce the construction safety risks of large construction projects. © 2023 SPIE.
