Somatosensory interaction is another new starting point for the transformation of human-computer interaction mode after mouse and multi-touch. Through the analysis of the sensory characteristics of the human body, the interactive way of human instinct, body movements, body experience and surrounding devices or environment is understood, and how to bring good experience to users in the interactive environment of body sense is analyzed, and the potential design needs of users are explored. On this basis, the function and principle of the product are analyzed, the user's operation behavior is analyzed, and the defects and deficiencies in the human-computer interaction process are summarized according to the human-computer interaction standard. Through the above research, the factors affecting the body sense interaction of the self-balancing car are obtained, the body sense interaction design theory is combined with the investigation and analysis of the self-balancing car, the body sense interaction is applied to the football type self-balancing car, the innovative design objectives and design ideas of the self-balancing car are summarized, and the innovative design is carried out from the comprehensive consideration of the appearance characteristics, control methods, interactive experience and other factors. © 2025 IEEE.

In view of the current enterprise science and technology talent personalized recommendation algorithm in practical application, the number of correctly recommended talents is small. The algorithm recall rate is low. This paper proposes a research on enterprise science and technology talent personalized recommendation algorithms based on labeling. In this paper, the four-tuple is used to label the scientific and technological posts and talents in enterprises, and the labels of scientific and technological posts and talents are established. The matrix is used to establish the relationship between scientific and technological talents and posts in enterprises. According to the recruitment behavior of enterprise users and the recruitment behavior of scientific and technological talents, the co-occurrence matrix is used to calculate the correlation between scientific and technological post labels and scientific and technological talents *** similarity between scientific and technological talent labels and post labels is calculated from the semantic aspect of labels. By combining the two indicators, the matching degree between the label of scientific and technological talents and the label of scientific and technological posts is determined. The recommendation list is generated, which realizes the personalized recommendation of enterprise scientific and technological talents. Experiments show that the recall rate of the design algorithm is higher than that of the traditional algorithm, which provides effective support for the personalized recommendations of scientific and technological talents in enterprises. © 2023 SPIE.

One of the main advantages of the traditional instructor/student interaction is the possibility of receiving immediate instructional feedback within the defined lecture periods. However, the transition into full online, and hybrid pedagogy has gradually replaced instructional feedback with peer feedback. While essential for knowledge transfer among learners, peer feedback largely depends on prior knowledge from learning engagements that may not fully be related to the particular course in question. What we have observed in our learning management system is lots of unnecessarily repeated errors which could easily be averted with the right instruction. To this end, we employed optical image recognition to extract structured query language-based keywords from lecture slides and exercise sheets. Using these keywords, we automatically rank the degree to which a lecture slide suitable matches an exercise task, and thus provide an automatic recommendation to students encountering errors in respective tasks during exercise task engagements. Overall, we achieved a precision of 0.707 for German lecture slides and 0.72 for English lecture slides, which validates our strategy of assisting students with automatic lecture slide recommendations during their online exercise engagements. © 2023 IEEE.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a global health concern that often progresses silently until advanced stages, making early detection critical. This paper presents a point-of-care system that automates the color comparison between a test strip and a reference strip to detect biomarkers like albumin associated with kidney dysfunction. The system leverages mobile-captured images, applying image processing techniques such as segmentation and color extraction, and compares the test strip's top color with reference colors on the parent strip using the Delta-E metric in the LAB color space. The closest match quantifies the biomarker concentration, providing a reliable diagnostic measure. To enhance diagnostic precision, this research incorporates Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to refine image preprocessing and anomaly detection. The CNN model complements existing methods by mitigating environmental influences like lighting variability and improving feature extraction accuracy. This hybrid approach ensures consistency while adapting to diverse datasets and image conditions. The result is a cost-effective, fast, and accessible diagnostic tool that reduces manual errors and supports early CKD detection in resource-limited settings. Future work will focus on expanding the application of this system to detect other diseases and further optimize the integration of CNNs for enhanced scalability and robustness. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, we aim to address anti-stable wave equation driven by nonlinear actuator dynamics. The first part is to design a state feedback controller when all states are available for measurement. Firstly, the PDE transformation with an explicit kernel function is utilized to address anti-stable wave equation, and then the target system is obtained by combining the finite-dimensional backstepping transformation. Subsequently, the exponential stability of the state-feedback closed-loop system is proved by utilizing Lyapunov functional analysis. In fact, the system states are often not fully measurable. Therefore, we adopt the boundary measurable signal to build an observer to recover the state of the ODE subsystem and the PDE subsystem in the second part. Then, an observer-based output feedback controller is proposed, and the exponential stability of the output feedback closed-loop system is established. Finally, the significance of the theoretical results is illustrated via a numerical example. © 2023 IEEE.

Currently, the knowledge representation learning methods are based on knowledge background information and integrated with the calculation related to correlation strength, type matching degree, and multi-part path. However, besides excellent learning effects, their loss functions are simple so that more complex knowledge graphs cannot be represented well. In order to solve these problems, a more flexible knowledge representation learning model is proposed in the paper and the adaptive measure functions are imported to optimize the loss functions in the knowledge representation learning method. The experiment was performed on several baseline data sets and optimal results are well obtained. © 2023 SPIE.

Taking into account that technology must have a great impact on educational inclusion, this work addresses the development of a computer vision based system for visually impaired children as an alternative to the teaching and learning of mathematics through a board game, the low-cost technological system monitors compliance with the activities and gives feedback to the user. The hardware architecture of the implemented prototype consists of the following elements: Raspberry Pi3 model B electronic card, a low cost camera, a fixed boardgame, tabs with a numerical value and symbols that fit into each square of the boardgame, a keyboard by which the user sends instructions to the device, a speaker and display. The set of algorithms developed in Python and OpenCV include: ROI extraction, shadow elimination, conversion to grayscale, blurring, binarization, erosion, equalization, segmentation, and optical character recognition. For the validation of the prototype in the identification of the game tabs based on symbols and characters consisted of 12 tests for each character, resulting in a total of 168 tests, all tests were performed under illuminance conditions of 16 lux and 103 lux. As a result, for 16 lux brightness conditions the percentage of sensitivity is 80.35%, accuracy is 83.35% and overall accuracy is 96.55%. While, for 103 lux conditions the sensitivity percentage is 97.61%, accuracy is 99.40% and precision is 98.20%. Finally, the prototype was tested on visually impaired children and the user experience was satisfactory. © 2023 IEEE.

High mortality rates faced by preterm infants in resource-limited settings are often due to common issues arising without prompt medical intervention, including reduced oxygen levels, improper temperature and humidity regulation in incubators, and undetected changes in vital signs like heart rate. This study aimed to design a system that continuously tracks critical measurements such as infant temperature, pulse rate, and incubator humidity levels, sending real-time data via mobile networks to parents and clinicians for prompt response. Sensors were installed in incubators across three hospitals to monitor parameters from preterm babies. Data was wirelessly transmitted via Wi-Fi to a central computer for analysis, which checked for measurement anomalies and created alerts to notify the care team when issues were detected. An early version of the system was tested, successfully collecting all necessary health data without disruptions for over 48 hours and maintaining stable wireless connectivity. This method proved superior to previous manual checks. Initial results indicate that this monitoring approach could significantly reduce mortality rates in resource-limited hospitals by identifying previously overlooked problems. © 2025 IEEE.

With the development of technology and sustainable concept, ground source heat pump has gradually emerged in the heating industry, which is a new heating technology with the advantages of clean and high efficiency. However, with the continuous operation of the heat pump system, various faults may occur in the internal equipment of the system, such as evaporator fouling, compressor leakage, refrigerant line blockage, etc. It is of great practical significance to identify the fault types accurately and effectively. In this paper, the signal processing method adopts the ensemble empirical mode decomposition, which decomposes the collected ground source heat pump system signals, retains the relevant modal parameters and removes the residual terms, then evaluates each modal component using the approximate entropy as the feature evaluation index, and clusters the entropy values into feature vectors to determine the fault types. The experimental results show that the algorithm based on the combination of ensemble empirical mode decomposition and clustering can be applied to the fault diagnosis accuracy of ground source heat pump systems. © 2023 IEEE.
