Efficient code commenting is critical to improving code readability, maintainability, and collaboration. This paper introduces automated code commenting within an integrated development environment IDE using chatbots. The introduced system, implemented in Python with Selenium, automates the comments generation process, allowing coders to focus on code logic. Results obtained demonstrates successful interactions with chatbots, comment retrieval and handling delay. Challenges identified include instruction selection and extended conversations, offering opportunities for improvement. Future prospects include reusable libraries, user-friendly interfaces, and streamlined code-commenting. © 2023 IEEE.

Antagonistic transfer gaining knowledge has emerged as a critical research cognizance in recent years. This paper tackles the challenging mission of scientific photograph segmentation of Magnetic Resonance photographs (MRI). The authors propose a give-up-to-quit model that mixes a generative antagonistic network (GAN) with conventional deep learning models for clinical segmentation, known as "Exploring hostile switch mastering for clinical image Segmentation of Magnetic Resonance images." computer vision and the area of artificial intelligence (AI) both heavily rely on the detection of facial expressions. This article concentrates on operations based on face images. It demonstrates how visual articulations are most important data facilitates, despite the limitless possibilities of how FER can be analyzed by using various instruments. This essay provides a succinct analysis of recent FER research. However, theoretical FER structure designs and their initial evaluations are displayed close by conventional FER approaches. The presentation of numerous FER views using the "start to finish" learning permission through critical associating authorization follows. As a result, this study will help in connecting a convolutional neural network (CNN) for some LSTM components (long transient memory). Biomedical imaging with microstrip patch antennas has indeed shown encouraging outcomes in different platforms, including protein characterization and cancer detection. Non-ionizing radiation-based techniques of biomedical imaging, such as ultrasonic and microwave imaging, are being investigated for the early diagnosis of skin cancer, which is one of the most prevalent forms of cancer due to its exposure to sunlight. Ultrasonic imaging, which creates images of the inner structures of the body using sound waves, is a widely used medical application for detecting and diagnosing skin tumors. It can also help to identify abnormal tissue characteristics, such as changes in tissue density, which may indicate the presence of a tumor. It is particularly useful in distinguishing between solid masses and fluid-filled cysts. RFID-based sensors in biomedical imaging offer several advantages that make them suitable for structural health monitoring (SHM) applications. They are passive devices that can operate wirelessly. This passive nature eliminates the need for frequent battery replacements and reduces maintenance efforts in large-scale infrastructures. Additionally, the wireless operation allows for remote sensing and monitoring, enhancing convenience and accessibility. Microstrip patch antennas have been significantly used for different purposes, such as wireless communication within medical devices, wearable health monitoring systems, and biomedical imaging. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

With the use of cognitive radio (CR) technology, wireless devices can utilize licensed spectrum when it is unused by the licensed users. CR was developed as a response to the wireless spectrum shortage issue caused by the static spectrum allocation. Using CR technology, the unlicensed users can opportunistically access the spectrum during the absence of usage by the licensed users. Clustering is a widely used technique in Cognitive Radio Networks (CRNs) to efficiently manage network resources, optimize spectrum utilization, and enhance overall network performance. In this note, a new structure of Right Coprime Factorization (RCF) for nonlinear systems with uncertainty has been proposed based on a time-varying Bezout identity. This is inspired from the concept of dilation from homogeneous theory. However, this time-varying dilation in right coprime factorized uncertain nonlinear systems is not limited to homogeneous plants but is integrated into Bezout identity so as to ensure the bounded input bounded output (BIBO) stability of uncertain systems. Additionally, simulation results of two numerical examples are exhibited to validate the proposition. © 2024 IEEE.

Solar flares are the most violent outbursts that occur in localized regions of the solar atmosphere. They emit large amounts of X-rays and energetic particles. X-rays reaching the earth at the speed of light will disrupt the calm ionospheric environment, causing sudden ionospheric disturbance (SID), which will make the very low frequency (VLF) signal to sudden phase anomaly (SPA), lead to the positioning error of satellite navigation system and interfere with satellite communication. Energetic particles will arrive near the satellite orbit in 1-3 days, causing direct damage to the satellite. They may also cause geomagnetic storms after reaching the Earth. In this paper, we mainly study to monitor solar activity and calculate solar flare class through the phase variation of VLF signal by combining the theory of VLF waveguide mode in order to forecast the environment of satellite navigation and communication, so that the protective measures for satellite to operate safely could be taken in advance. © 2023 SPIE.

This paper aims to design an electronic driver for a DC servo motor for compliance usage to the human robot interaction and obstacles avoidance. The General and main aim is to Design an electronic driver for DC servo motor for compliance usage for the human robot interaction (HRI) and obstacles interaction. Firstly the main objective is to model a servo motor and to develop a full functioning standing alone software to provide compliance control. The driver must be capable of controlling the output torque (Force control Active Compliance) of the motor by setting a desired torque.
