The article considers the possibility of applying the principle of unbundling in the thermal calculations of onboard signal processing devices. It is established that when performing such calculations, the problem of large time expenditures inevitably arises, as well as the need for a large number of system resources. The estimation of machine time and system resources costs is made in the case of splitting a General task into a number of subtasks on the principle of unbundling. A method is proposed for moving from lower-level tasks to higher-level tasks, taking into account the docking parameters. The estimation of saving of machine time and system resources costs is made when using the proposed principle of unbundling.

Ground handling is part of the work process of any onboard complex. The article presents a model of the process of such service, based on the queuing theory methods. The model based on the assumption that random values describing these processes may have arbitrary distributions, which in turn affects the quality of board service. Differences in the values of quality indicators can reach in the case of different distribution laws, they can differ by an order of magnitude, which can be of significant importance when deciding on the deployment of the next point of on-board service. The fundamental importance has that are investigated not the average values of service quality indicators, but their maximum values, which are guaranteed for a predetermined proportion of the entire flow of boards arriving for service.

Currently, there is no method for assessing the quality of information audio signal transmission over the transmission channel. According to Russian National Standard (GOST), simple stationary test signals should be used for channel evaluation. II additional processing devices should be disabled, while test signal is applied. Compact representation of signal and it's effect of signal quality are ignored. Based on the results of the research carried out by the authors, it is possible to determine the relationship between the change in a number of objective parameters and the subjective quality assessment from real listeners.

In this paper we discuss the problem of establishment of estimated parameters limits for on-board radio electronic equipment. An indicator of compliance with a multi-parameter electronic equipment is proposed, based on minimizing the dimension of the vector of parameters that directly determine the objective function, approximating the tolerance region by hyperplanes, taking into account changes in parameters during operation. The correspondence indicator has the form of a hyperparallelepiped, and when assessing the correspondence, both the location of the point of the state space inside the parallelepiped and the distance from the point of the state space to the reference plane (the face of the hyperparallelepiped) can be determined. The example of using the developed indicator for analyzing the movement of an aircraft in an air corridor is proposed.

A well-known complex of methods for converting signals into binary digital form is shown, potential theoretically achievable boundaries of such conversions are determined. Values are calculated that indicate the value of the code distance between the original values and those obtained after transformation. Euclidean space metric. A correspondence is established between these messages and binary code combinations in the Hamming space. It is proved that in some cases the values that determine the distance between messages and the metric are quite general and should be clarified for specific situations. Distortion minimization is suitable for cases where the minimum code distances of the primary metric space are related to the minimum code distances of the secondary metric space. The purpose of this article is to develop a technique for recovering a complex signal distorted by aliasing as a result of sub-Nyquist bandpass sampling. The developed technique is based on the use of multichannel sampling. Its essence is that the signal is processed in several channels. All channels are analog-to-digital converted with different sampling rates, each of which leads to aliasing in its channel. For each channel, a system of equations is compiled that describes the corresponding aliasing. The joint solution of these systems of equations makes it possible to restore the distorted signal. Consideration in this article is limited only to first-order aliasing, in which no more than two aliases overlap at each frequency. This work is a continuation of the approach developed by the authors, called multichannel multirate sampling.

This article deals with the generating of pseudo-random Gordon-Mills-Welch sequences with good autocorrelation properties for use in communication and data transmission systems, as spectrum-expanding sequences, scrambling and synchronization functions. Nowadays, there is a significant issue of pure detecting of signals in various types of radio channel. The proper solution of this issue provides new opportunities in the future research. The most important aim of usage of pseudo-random sequences is the reducing of influence of negative effects of channel and maximizing the probability of detecting the low-rate signal because of the unique form of autocorrelation function. Due to this feature, they are commonly used in the area of radars. The main goal of the article is to find out the exact types of Gordon-Mills-Welch sequences with suitable autocorrelation properties.

The article is devoted to the development of signal-code structures (SCC) for low-energy broadband radio links. The SCC is based on multi-frequency signals with a continuous phase (M-Cpfsk) and non-binary error-correcting codes (Non-binary low-density parity-check and turbo-like). An analysis is made of signal-code structures for bands up to 10 MHz with different parameters. In the era of development of telecommunication technologies, triple-play services via IP networks in real time are of considerable interest both for operators of transport and on-boardsystems, and for consumers of services. One of the characteristic features of real–time applications is their sensitivity to delays and data packet losses. Even small packet transmission failures can lead to a significant decrease in the quality of audio and video programs. All this imposes additional requirements on operators of transport and on-boardsystems delivering audio and video streams to content providers, which should be taken into account in their SLA agreements. The article discusses the requirements for IP network operators to deliver audio and video streams with proper quality, and provides an approach to evaluating the operator's performance when switching to SLA work.
