The variants of constructing the circulant matrices of any p-ary linear recurrent sequence (LRS) of maximal period on the basis of automorphic multiplicative groups of the extended Galois field constructed by means of an irreducible primitive polynomial, on the basis of which the original p-ary LRS is formed, have been developed. As a result of this approach, new ways of transforming the circulant matrices of p-ary LRSs into the matrix of Vilenkin-Krestenson functions ordered by degrees of the primitive element of the field are revealed. It is shown for the first time that, depending on the initial conditions of the transformation, the set of arbitrary cyclic shifts of the p-ary LRS, shifted by one symbol relative to each other, can be transformed into arbitrary successive rows of the ordered matrix of Vilenkin-Krestenson functions. This fact makes it possible to simplify the algorithm of synchronisation of the p-ary LRS in a known range of its cyclic shifts, especially in the case of large periods of its repetition, and also to reduce the computational complexity of the processing algorithm when working in the truncated basis of the Vilenkin-Krestenson functions.

Online learning is becoming increasingly popular due to the multitude of amenities and opportunities for the modern student, making education affordable and comfortable. One of the main advantages of online learning is its accessibility: geographical remoteness is no longer an obstacle to obtaining a high-quality education. Students can choose courses without having to move or travel for long periods. However, in order to take full advantage of online learning, it is necessary that the network infrastructure meets expectations and provides access to content and software with minimal delays. This paper examines modern computing network technologies such as content delivery networks, cloud and edge computing, as well as hybrid technologies to improve the performance and scalability of content delivery networks. The advantages of caching and content processing on cloud computing nodes located closer to users are analyzed compared to traditional CDN architectures based on centralized servers. Architectural aspects, implementation challenges, and potential application areas are considered.

The article considers various solutions of tools for monitoring and management of communication network and IT assets. Of the three approaches to a monitoring system, the solution with tight integration of its constituent elements is the most fully considered. The description of the main functions of the system is presented, such as collection, processing and visualisation of traffic data, control and configuration of equipment. The architecture of this system is analysed and the main advantages of monitoring integration into the communication network are revealed. The metrological component of such tools, providing accuracy and reliability of parameters of analysed data, control of equipment technical characteristics and compliance with regulatory requirements, is considered separately.

The ever-increasing demand for high-capacity and low-latency communications in next-generation wireless networks has driven the evolution of advanced multiple access techniques. Among these, Sparse Code Multiple Access (SCMA) has emerged as a promising non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) scheme, offering the advantages of massive connectivity and enhanced spectral efficiency through the use of sparse multidimensional codebooks. This paper presents a comprehensive comparative analysis of various SCMA codebook designs under realistic fading channel conditions. In this work, we review key NOMA paradigms-from power-domain to codedomain techniques-and examine the SCMA system framework, highlighting the critical role of sparsity in codebook construction. In addition, decoding techniques, notably the message passing algorithm (MPA) and maximum likelihood (ML) detection, are discussed in terms of their trade-offs between performance and computational complexity. The insights gained from this study offer practical guidelines for optimizing SCMA systems, thereby contributing to the development of robust and efficient communication frameworks for future 5G-Advanced and 6G networks.

Using implementations in C++ with the Eigen library, the study highlights how one closed-form solution surpasses gradient descent in both accuracy and speed-challenging traditional assumptions about the limitations of such methods. The analysis covers a wide range of techniques, evaluating their performance under various conditions, including noise levels and beacon configurations. The findings offer practical insights into the trade-offs between complexity, stability, and precision, helping readers choose the best method for applications like mobile positioning, navigation, and sensor networks.

In recent times, there has been a notable increase in the need to shoot videos for social media and video-sharing sites. However, many people complain about the shaking of the camera while shooting videos. To overcome this obstacle, various kinds of stabilization techniques were invented and have helped improve video quality. This work surveys other approaches used to measure the quality of video and proposes a new method to measure the degree of video stabilization. The approach employs color quantization based on the k-means algorithm. It has been tested on various video sequences, motion histograms have been turned out to be a useful tool for measuring the stability of images along with the computed parameters based on them.

When transmitting information over a network via communication devices, the parameters of data transmission efficiency and reliability are of paramount importance. Based on the fact that the operator does not have the ability to control traffic along its entire path from the source to the recipient, it is forced to conduct a preliminary assessment, which should take into account not only the number of senders of messages, but also the types of services that customers want to use, which ultimately leads to an increase in the load on the node. To distribute the load between network nodes, you can use their clustering using Kosarayu and k-means algorithms, each of which has its own strengths and weaknesses. The paper considers the possibility of joint application of these methods.

The article is intended to consider a method of data storage based on the use of a modified relative unary coding system. During the research, it is planned to develop a data storage algorithm using relative unary code. It is planned to identify the disadvantages and advantages of the proposed algorithm. Suggest a method for the utilitarian application of the developed algorithm for relative information storage. Provide formulas for the utilitarian application of the developed algorithm for relative information storage. To test the functionality of the model, create software that implements the developed algorithm for relative information storage. Show that the information sequences used in the method are mutually orthogonal and belong to the orthonormal Euclidean space. Establish additional ways to reduce information redundancy that increase the compression ratio of the unary data encoding method. Adapt the data compression method by encoding the lengths of the series for use in the developed algorithm for relative information storage. Evaluate the efficiency of data storage in the relative storage algorithm.

Modern methods of teaching digital electronics rely on computer modeling which often leads to misunderstanding of some core design principles by students. This article is devoted to organizing classes in digital electronics using breadboard modelling for more evident explanation of main digital circuit development concepts. The article describes the method of organizing a physical model, its internal structure, and operating principle, which is proposed for implementation and subsequent use in laboratory practical for the course “Digital Circuitry.” This model serves as a way to demonstrate to students the fundamental rules of Boolean algebra in practice, as well as an opportunity to assemble various basic digital circuits whose operation is based on the same rules.

Wireless sensor networks (WSN) play a key role in a variety of applications including environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, and industrial automation. Efficient data routing in WSN is crucial for optimizing energy consumption, extending network lifetime, and ensuring reliable communication, but remains a critical issue in wireless sensor networks due to their resource constraints. This paper proposes a novel routing protocol, KmHNNSP (K-means Hopfield Neural Network for Shortest Path), which combines a K-means clustering algorithm and a shortest path algorithm for energy-efficient data transmission using a Hopfield neural network. Simulation results are presented to compare the performance of KmHNNSP with LEACH and improved LEACH (ILEACH) protocols and show that KmHNNSP significantly outperforms both protocols in terms of network lifetime and energy consumption.
