The article systematizes the means of bibliometric analysis of authors, scientific organizations, journals and areas of research in accordance with their structure or functions. The systematization was carried out in terms of the expediency of their use for managing information flows and evaluating the effectiveness of organization's scientific activities. Useful information about main technical aspects of citation analysis and scientometrics in general is presented. The methods considered in the article are used in the preparation students of technical universities by discipline "Fundamentals of Scientific Research"in the direction of master's training "Radio Engineering"(master's programs "Audiovisual Technologies", "systems and Devices for Transmission, Reception and processing of signals") and in the direction of "Infocommunication technologies and communication systems"(master's programs: "Multiservice infocommunication technologies", "Radio communication systems, mobile communication and radio access"). © 2022 IEEE.

Urban passenger transport is currently considered by the administrations of large cities and megalopolises as the main tool for improving the difficult transport situation that has arisen due to the uncontrolled increase in the level of automation of the population. The problem, in this case, is the need to dramatically improve the quality of public transport services, by improving the regularity of vehicles on a schedule. This article discusses a bus driver assistance system that provides automatic control of a passenger vehicle movement on a schedule. As a driver assistance system, an intelligent telematic controller based on the fuzzy logic technique, discussed in this article. © 2022 IEEE.

The paper provides an overview of the empirical model for the study of meaningful integral assessments of residents of a European city in segment of intelligent transport system. It also provides details about theoretical base and practical basis of social life of modern society. In various countries, implementation of an intelligent transport system makes it possible to solve a variety of new and relevant developments for regulation of traffic flows, ensures a high level of safety for road users and competence regarding traffic situation. The development of a road safety system, improvement of services, comfort and advantages of passenger transportation is a considerable issue in implementing new transport technologies into social life. There is a direct interrelationship with key projects and proposals formulated as part of strategy for digital transformation of European transport industry. In a modern dynamic society, there is a modernization of socioeconomic state of transport directions, deployment of modern transport lines and roads, improvement of transport communications. Moreover, there are many other issues of functioning of intelligent transport systems. Most modern megacities are developing original projects in field of intelligent transport systems, as well as putting into practice technologies for improving road safety, artificial intelligence, communication and computer technologies, corporate portals, mobile devices - everything that is relevant in today's digital society and can be significant in the future. The paper proposes a tool for studying preferences in field of intelligent transport systems. © 2023 IEEE.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the interference environment in the decameter range. High-frequency communication remains indispensable in emergency situations. At the same time, the range is heavily loaded with various broadcasting stations. Software has been developed that allows collecting data on the interference environment around the clock. Then, based on these data, carry out a statistical analysis of the time-frequency sections for the presence of interference. The paper presents the results of the analysis of the high-frequency range obtained for the year. The possibility of using these data during communication sessions is shown. © 2022 IEEE.

This article is a logical continuation and specification of the works of the authors on the justification and use of the core of the time-frequency support of the transport network as the basis for the synchronization system for 5G and 6G networks. It considers the possibilities of implementing the reference synchronization node of a coherent public communication network - the coherent primary reference time and clock (cnPRTC), on domestic equipment. It is based on the ITU-T Recommendations both in terms of the structure of the cnPRTC and in terms of the accuracy characteristics of the output frequency and time signals. The norms for the permissible errors of the main units are given and their feasibility is shown. © 2022 IEEE.

Researchers of numerous aspects of the implementation of optimal control over the past few decades have paid significant attention to solving problems related to the synthesis of object control systems, phenomena and processes of various nature, including such systems, the structure and content of which significantly change during their operation. Mathematical modeling of the processes of functioning of such systems, as a rule, is realized by forming systems of a large number of differential equations. At the same time, in order to ensure the quality of modeling and subsequent effective control of various objects, special attention is paid to the analysis of the properties of the set of coefficients of the above differential equations. In turn, the above circumstance necessitates a deep modernization of algorithms for solving the so-called "regular problems"of system synthesis. The purpose of this article is to develop a number of approaches and a set of algorithms that allow you to successfully synthesize adequate mathematical models of the so-called singular-perturbed systems in general, and in particular, their individual structural components. The methodology for implementing this scientific research is based on mathematical modeling and subsequent forecasting of the functioning of specific controlled objects and processes, as well as their control systems. © 2023 IEEE.

A brief outline of the ITU-T concept of fixed mobile Future Networks is given. According to the concept, Future Networks are to support the virtualization of network resources. Studying the principles of virtualizing telecommunications systems and communications networks is a part of Infocomm Technologies and communications Networks educational programme at the Moscow Technical University of communications and Informatics. The students are taught how to install, set up and operate a virtual Asterisk IP-PBX. They study such additional features as call transfer and pickup, creating an interactive voice response, videoconferences. They also explore the interaction of the Asterisk IP-PBX and the public switched telephone network as well as the quality of service in IP telephony. © 2022 IEEE.

When launching an information system on the market, the manufacturer must make sure of its quality, for which comprehensive testing is carried out. The deeper the testing is carried out, the better the product should be. Unfortunately, in rare cases it is possible to achieve exhaustive testing, since in complex systems there are a large number of branches that need to be checked, which takes a lot of time. For a more optimal use of the time resource, various testing techniques are used. The paper suggests the possibility of testing transport information systems using intellectual means and the final gain in time resources is analyzed. © 2022 IEEE.

The paper provides an overview of barcode technology, describing the milestones of the technology evolution, with brief history outlines, depicting main points of barcode systems and highlighting emerging technologies having affected the way towards development of modern access codes. The underlined principles of QR are presented via code operations performed by example of a relatively simple code model widely known as Micro QR Model 1. The practical result obtained in the research was a simple application developed, which encodes a short piece of information into images according to the principle of Micro 1 model QR coding. Python-based encoder and decoder securely generating and processing Micro-1 codes was created. An essential part of the application code, application interface and a security block request are presented in the paper. © 2022 IEEE.
