A mathematical model of the process of servicing by isolated cell of LTE standard a stream of sessions for elastic data transmission has been constructed and investigated. The model assumes that the sources of sessions including telemetry devices and video cameras with recording set by the system surveillance operator, which provides resources for transmitting the collected data to surveillance centers. The analyzed model takes into account that the data is transferred has elasticity, i.e. file transfer rates may vary within certain limits without service quality loss. This possibility is used in current and prospective wireless communication systems to increase the occupancy rate of the information transmission resource. The model also takes into account the impulsive nature of the process of receiving requests for data transmission. For this purpose, it is assumed that requests arrive in groups of random size. If the transfer rate of files under maintenance cannot be reduced, then the request received at that moment is rejected and is put on hold. It is assumed that the transmitted information is subject to aging. If the request has not been served within a certain time, the request is lost without renewal. Using the model, definitions are given for the main indicators of servicing requests, an algorithm for their evaluation is developed, and numerical examples are given that illustrate the use of the model to analyze the properties of elastic data transmission and estimate the required amount of resource to service incoming requests with a given quality. © 2023 IEEE.

This article is a continuation of the topic consideration of reverse intermodulation distortions (RIMD) analysis begun by the authors in [1] for class D RF power amplifiers (PA) with a resistive load in the voltage switching mode (Voltage Mode Class D - VMCD). In this article, a theoretical analysis of RIMD in class D RF PA with a resistive load in current switching (CMCD) and bridge (BMCD) modes was carried out. A comparison of the various circuits parameters requirements in order to achieve a given RIMD level not exceeding minus 70 dB showed that: - the VMCD circuit imposes the most stringent requirements for all influencing parameters: the switches saturation resistance variation should not exceed 20%, and the total switches saturation time deviation in any combination should not exceed 0.01, which is 2% from half a period;- the CMCD circuit allows a similar switches saturation time deviation, but the distortion in it does not depend on the difference in switches saturation resistance;- the BMCD circuit allows a 70% difference in the switches saturation resistance. The permissible total switches saturation time deviation depends on the operation mode and is 2.4% for overlapping and 18% for undercovering. The choice of the class D RF PA configuration used in a particular application is based on a large number of factors - efficiency, power level, the ability to work with collector (drain) modulation in a wide frequency range, resistance to load mismatch, element base, etc. The conducted research allows developers to take into account one more parameter - resistance to induced electromagnetic radiation. © 2023 IEEE.

Current trends in the design of road systems are driven by the digitalization process. Work on the introduction of intelligent transport systems is being carried out all over the world, because the improvement of the road network is an important element in creating comfortable conditions for the movement of people in an urbanized environment;a tool for improving road safety. Based on interdisciplinary research methods in the framework of urban planning, the paper proposes a methodology for assessing the prospects for the development of an intelligent city transport system within the framework of the concept of participatory design. The formation of the transport system is seen as a process of coordination of institutional and civil needs. The goal of the joint work of urban planners and civil society is to improve the safety of road infrastructure, not only through the development and implementation of quality standards, but also through the internalization (recognition) of the value of new technologies by the society. It is necessary to introduce the principles of participatory design of the transport system into the development of the road network, the urban space should remain free for co-creation. The problem of the study is that technologies for improving road safety, including the use of artificial intelligence, automation systems for traffic management processes depending on the rhythm of the city, weather conditions, time of day (traffic flow detectors, CCTV cameras, "smart traffic lights", weather stations, vehicle traffic sensors, navigation information systems, weather information display systems, environmental pollution sensors, traffic control centers, etc.) can be perceived by citizens primarily as devices that restrict freedom of movement, and not as means of improving road safety © 2023 IEEE.

At present, there is a need for on-board antenna of radio date communication of target information. This is actually for all types of spacecrafts, including small spacecrafts. An overview of the using types of on-board antennas of radio date communication of target information is presented. Advantages and disadvantages are shown. In this paper a scheme for constructing an antenna array of polarizers with a linear partition is proposed, which provides the required energy and polarization characteristics of the antenna array of radio date communication of target information installed on-board the spacecraft. Numerical modeling of the element and the antenna array is carried out. The influence of the element design parameters on the directional characteristics and frequency characteristics is determined. The methods of synthesis of the radiation pattern of a multi-element antenna array and the issues of its practical implementation are considered. © 2022 IEEE.

The efficiency of operation of any onboard equipment and the reliability of information exchange with ground flight service stations depend on the performance of the onboard information and computing system. The article presents the results of the performance modeling of an onboard data server (ODS) using the methods of queuing theory. The model builds under the assumption that the parameters characterizing the input stream are random variables with arbitrary probability distribution functions. The numerical experiments have shown the high sensitivity of the ODS performance indicators to the choice of the probability distribution function for the parameters of the input stream. The execution time of service requests can increase by an order of magnitude when the probability distribution function of the input stream parameters changes, which takes into account deploying additional functional applications. Another important feature of the experiments performed is the calculation of the maximum threshold values of service quality indicators, which guarantees not to be exceeded for a given fraction of the total flow of service requests. © 2022 IEEE.

In many current videos is necessary to include hidden information. It can be done with the use of steganography. Steganography is based on the limited capabilities of human senses, which is why people are not able to distinguish minor variations of colors. Based on the research of limit to human vision, here we offer a new method and test equipment for research and measure the characteristic of hiding information in the digital image. The presented steganographic method is based on Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) for the transition to the lower frequency domain. The main goal is to embed information in a digital image so that both the message and the fact of its presence are hidden. The presented method reflects the internal mechanisms of the visual system and is convenient for describing the process of image perception. The experimental results were compared with other methods and proved to be satisfactory © 2022 IEEE.

New method is proposed for restoring the trajectories of random processes under observational conditions corresponding to Kalman filtering, but with arbitrary distributions of the initial state. The approach is based on theoretical mechanics in the variational interpretation of Lagrange. It is noted that the proposed approach makes it possible to reduce the variance of errors up to two times at intermediate points of the observation interval and provides accurate solutions for a wide set of classes of apriori distributions of the initial state. Examples of solutions for cases of multimode and multidimensional distributions of the initial state, which do not allow separation of variables, are given. The proposed approach allows for a wide list of initial distributions to form optimal (according to the criterion of maximum posteriori probability) estimates of the starting positions of the trajectories of stochastic processes, in conditions when the dynamics and measurements correspond to the Kalman model. © 2022 IEEE.

Described representation non-Gaussian signals and noise through the use of poly-Gaussian models. A poly-Gaussian representation of random signals and non-Gaussian noise in discrete, continuous and discrete-continuous forms is given. It is shown that in order to use poly-Gaussian models, it is also necessary to obtain poly-Gaussian representations of arbitrary densities of the probability distribution. A description of the Gaussian spectra of non-Gaussian processes is given. The properties of poly-Gaussian random processes are described, in particular, the relationship between the parameters of the mixture and the components for the one-dimensional and finite-dimensional cases. Continuous-time poly-Gaussian processes are considered. It is shown that direct methods for finding multidimensional functions of poly-Gaussian processes are based on the use of multidimensional probability distribution densities of random processes. The results of modeling the found distribution densities are presented. It is shown that knowledge of one-dimensional distributions allows one to determine the mathematical expectation, two-dimensional - the mixed moment of the second order. © 2022 IEEE.

The ability of society to synthesize modern knowledge and successfully apply it in practice in all areas of activity assumes special importance under modern difficult conditions. This relevant knowledge is a kind of driver for the formation of the scientific and technical potential of the state, as well as ensuring the quality of the population's life, safety, and well-being of society as a whole. The leading role in the implementation of such processes now belongs to higher education. The effectiveness of the implementation of a hierarchical set of educational processes determines the quality of absolutely all processes in society. Modern information and communication technologies (ICT) make it possible to create unique conditions and opportunities for the synthesis of innovative knowledge. However, the achievement of the relevant goals (organizational, technological, economic, financial, social, political, etc.) is determined not only by the available conditions (favourable and not favorable) for the implementation of a particular activity but primarily by the effectiveness of their management. Managing the objects, phenomena and processes in the education sector, based on the ideas of both systemic and cybernetic approaches, involves the formalization of a set of goals that must be achieved as the final result, and the processes for implementing a targeted impact (influence) on management objects, as well as criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of this activity. In fact, a hierarchical set of models of educational processes and systems should be synthesized, the key moment for the creation of which is the hypothesis of some correlation between the parameters of the control actions of the management entity and the gradient of the parameters' state of the educational system itself, as an object of management. The problems of controlling traffic flows on street and road networks of large cities are relevant both for practical engineering activity and in theoretical terms. Known network models are reduced to numerical schemes for hydrodynamic analogs used in the theory of traffic flows. This article discusses the structure of megapolis traffic flow model, created under the leadership of Prof. A.P. Buslaev on the example of Moscow at the end of the last century. The most difficult module of this structure for realization is the information on redistribution of flows in the nodes of the transport network graph. In the model, it is proposed to represent this information in the form of a Markov matrix. The paper presents a methodology for restoring coefficients of this matrix based on input and output flow intensities. The intensity values of the flows are detected automatically using special software for pattern recognition when processing a video file of the flows at the studied intersection. © 2022 IEEE.
