This article discusses the using of various code structures in systems with cascaded multiple access Orthogonal Code Division Multiplexing - Orthogonal Chirp Division Multiplexing, the goal of determining signal-code structures that provide the best noise immunity in Waterson, Rayleigh, and underwater channels. The main purpose of research is to find out the data about Bit Error Rate for different cases of usage of popular types of noise immunity codes. All of these codes are used for reducing of the negative effects of various channels such as high rate of noise or fading etc. For every other channel the influence of these effects does vary. The results of the research would provide the information about the effectiveness of low-density-parity-check, polar and turbo product codes in different channels such as underwater, Rayleigh, Waterson.

At the moment, private LTE (pLTE) networks are one of the most popular and promising ways to organize communications and provide various services at production facilities. They attract the attention of mobile network operators, vendors, system integrators, and standardization organizations. Private LTE networks make it possible to provide reliable and stable connections for all types of devices operating within the enterprise. It is important that this solution allows to connect mobile subscribers and Internet of Things devices into a network using one unified technology. A mathematical model of the formation and joint transmission of information flows in a private LTE access node has been constructed and studied. Definitions of quality indicators for servicing incoming requests are given, and a recursive method for their evaluation is considered.

The article explores of monitoring of packet telecommunication networks. With requirements increasing for ensuring the quality of communication services provided, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of monitoring the performance indicators of transmission systems and processing of packet traffic when providing communication services. To solve this problem, various methods of monitoring and testing the operability of these systems at each level of the OSI model are used, taking into account the features of the functioning of the systems when providing specific communication services or a set of them. An analysis of various methods for monitoring both the quality of communication networks and the quality of communication services shows that the measuring complex VECTOR-2019 can be used to solve the above problems.

Various filters used in modern devices for transmitting and processing audio signals are not adaptive to these signals, therefore proposals are being developed use of adaptive filtering based on the modulation representation of signals. It is proposed, using filtering based on nonlinear transposition of the spectrum of a complex signal and its limitation, to resolve the contradiction between the quality of filtering and the speed of restructuring of filter parameters. It is shown that adaptive filtering of broadcast signals allows the formation of a continuous signal in a band, the central frequency of which shifts in accordance with the shift of the maximum of the envelope of the amplitude spectrum, and the passband changes in accordance with the embedded patterns.

The presented materials are dedicated to the development of research into a method for efficient lossless information storage. They analyze the previously noted disadvantages of the proposed storage method and discuss ways to eliminate them. In addition, the possibility of increasing the entropy of stored information through the use of relative data compression methods is described. One of the popular methods that has proven its effectiveness in practice and has become a prototype used in the work is differential pulse-code modulation. This is a method of compact data presentation, which is based on predicting subsequent values of signal samples. It is carried out by subtracting the signal from the current - previous value of the signal, the resulting difference is encoded by entropy methods. Previous work has demonstrated the fundamental feasibility of implementing integrated circuit-based encoding, which has led to the creation of a software implementation algorithm that allows the creation of a model of mutually orthogonal unary codes capable of compactly storing large amounts of data

This paper presents a developed system for permanent monitoring of electric motors that are part of industrial equipment. This device was developed for the purpose of permanent monitoring and diagnostics of electric motors and aggregation of collected data of electric motor status into a shared database of an industrial enterprise. The system consists of an IoT device, an Android application and a remote server. IoT device is presented as a breadboard with ESP32 controller, memory module and a set of sensors (vibration, temperature, Hall sensor) necessary for monitoring the state of the electric motor and its primary diagnostics. Android application for mobile device is necessary for collecting data of electric motor parameters from IoT device via Wi-Fi, for sending these data to a single database on a remote server, for controlling IoT device and for visualizing graphs of measured parameters

This work explores the possibility of using low-density parity check codes as elementary encoders for turbo product code. This approach has prospects for implementation in digital video broadcasting - satellite communication standard version 2. The article describes in detail the algorithm for implementing an encoder and layered belief propagation decoder for a turbo product code based on low density parity check codes, taking into account turbo code elementary codes operation specificity. The result of the work is an estimate of the noise immunity of turbo product codes using codes with low-density parity check for the noise immunity of the communication system used in digital video broadcasting - satellite communication standard version 2. The bit error rate was used as a criterion for noise immunity.

Modern contact centers actively use an omnichannel approach to provide customers with the opportunity to get the information they need anytime, anywhere. Every year, more and more people contact companies or government organizations through requests via email, chat or instant messenger. Very often the request contains a file with which the client describes his problem. Obviously, this aspect should be reflected in the mathematical models and methods that are used to plan contact centers. A similar model is discussed in the article. Its main characteristics are provided. The system of state equations needed to calculate different parameters of the model is presented. Using the constructed model, the number of agents required to service two-flow client requests is calculated.

The article is devoted to the problem of present-day educational space and the student's image. What are the specifics and features of a present-day student and the process of studying at a technical university? What are the best pedagogical methods and approaches to training future engineers? Today's “super-complex” world wants us to rely on an open and flexible educational process without set goals and focus on a specific model, with openness being much more important than stopping or incompleteness. The first part of the article focuses on the features of present-day knowledge, the educational process and the learner whose identification as a “student” is a real problem. The second part relates to methods and approaches for training future engineers. The present-day higher education has a tendency to get rid of the concept of a student educated by the teacher whose main function was to transfer certain traditions. The center of gravity in the educational process is transferred to the student, and the teacher's activities are significantly complicated.

This work is devoted to building a model for distributing information flows in data centers using a load balancer. The main material is devoted to a detailed consideration of two methods of distributing information flows in data centers - static balancing and dynamic balancing by the method of least connections. The balancing logic using the method of the least number of connections was implemented on network equipment - Cisco routers and switches and in the GNS3 network modeling program. Within the framework of this implementation, a simplified model of a data center is presented, and the dependences of quality of service characteristics on input data are constructed based on an analysis of real traffic. The solutions proposed in this work can be successfully used when planning the architecture of modern data centers and can be used in combination with a number of already used load balancer operating models.
