Modern communication technologies form the foundation for interactions between various objects on the Internet of Things. An autonomous mobile complex is equipped with sensors to assess the environment and make management decisions based on the information obtained. To ensure efficient data transmission from the autonomous mobile device to the base station, modern methods of data processing and transmission should be used. Intelligent methods can be employed to accelerate data transmission when routing data. This paper presents a software complex designed to simulate a heterogeneous model for a wireless sensor network (HWSN), which includes a flying sensor network with mobile unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and a terrestrial network with stationary sensor nodes. The software complex supports various types of heterogeneous nodes and can simulate different routing and clustering algorithms for routing data in wireless sensor network (WSN). The software complex can perform various types of analysis, including routing efficiency, routing quality of service, and finding optimal clusters. The paper describes a series of experiments and simulations conducted using the software complex and compares the results using different metrics and criteria. This contribution to the field of HWSN provides a new and efficient software complex for modelling routing data.

The paper investigates non-recurrent algorithms for obtaining soft solutions for a four-position quadrature amplitude modulation (4-QAM) signal in conditions of estimating communication channel parameters with different accuracy in a communication system with multiple transmitting and receiving antennas (MIMO). The communication channel was modeled using the Jakes model, which takes into account Doppler spreading and Rayleigh fading of the signal. The additive noise was assumed to be white Gaussian. The channel matrix takes into account the distortions received by the signal in the direct conversion receiver path, such as amplitude and phase imbalance between signal quadratures, phase noise, frequency shift remaining after the demodulation procedure, and DC components. The noise immunity of the proposed regularizing procedures was compared with the known algorithms Zero Forsing, minimum mean square error (MSE) and a procedure based on the least squares method (LSM) for a MIMO system with a number of antennas of 8, 16, 32 and 64. The computational experiment showed that that a regularizing algorithm for finding soft solutions can provide an energy gain in noise immunity with inaccurately known parameters of the communication channel relative to other signal detection procedures considered in this work.

Blockchain technologies, due to their properties of decentralization, data immutability and cryptographic security, offer a promising solution for IoT networks. However, storing data in a blockchain may not always meet real-time requirements. When designing IoT networks that use blockchain for data storage, it is necessary to evaluate the probabilistic and temporal characteristics of the blockchain, such as the time of block formation and transaction confirmation. The paper proposes a queuing model for a blockchain network with the Proof of Work consensus algorithm. It is modeled as a closed queuing network with a complex dialogue structure between participants. The model could be used to design a blockchain for IoT systems that accounts for network characteristics and blockchain operation parameters.

The paper considers the use of virtualization technology, and specifically containerization, for building Future Networks. Containerization technology is a type of virtualization that enables software code to be packaged into a single executable file, ensuring its proper execution. These files are referred to as containers. Docker, an open source containerization platform, greatly simplifies and automates the process of creating and deploying various applications. Multiple containers can be quickly deployed on a single machine using the Docker platform. It is a valuable tool for students at the higher education level to gain hands-on experience with the latest technologies. This platform can be utilized for laboratory assignments focused on studying virtualization technologies. It provides an interactive environment for university students to learn a variety of modern networking technologies, including configuration of new servers and running applications on them. The platform can be used by students and professors to explore modern infocommunication network structures and databases for research. Familiarity with Docker is becoming more and more important in the IT sector, which makes it a valuable skill for students looking for a job.

The field of electronics and electrical engineering is rapidly advancing, resulting in the emergence of many new technical terms. Therefore, foreign language studies, in particular studying English for professional communication, in higher education institutions should be organized to help students not only learn basic vocabulary related to their profession, but also adopt a systematic approach and consistent practice to master foreign language terminology throughout their careers. The aim of this study is to analyze methods and approaches to learning terminology in higher education in order to identify the most effective methods and use them to build a model that encourages students' autonomy in identifying, retaining and using terms appropriately in their professional activities. It is concluded that a shift of the focus from teaching foreign languages to learning them is required. This involves mastering strategies and methods for acquiring emerging terms and concepts, which allows graduates to stay updated and relevant in their industry. A step-by-step model is proposed for students to acquire professional vocabulary through interactive tasks completed in the study room, self-directed learning with ICT (Information and Communication Technologies), and project activities. The model focuses on developing students' skills to work independently with terminology in their professional environment. It can be used to study terminology in any field, with tasks tailored to their specific area of study.

Three variants of models of specialized distributed computing systems containing one, two and four parallel task queues are considered. Such systems are characterized by continuous non-stationary internal task flows. In these systems, the input tasks are parallelized into an a priori unknown number of data-independent subtasks. And when a certain subtask containing a solution is completed, all other branches of this task are deleted. The aim of the work was to study the behavior of such systems when they are organized with several parallel queues. The issues of changing the efficiency and performance of such systems with an increase in the number of queues are considered. Studies have shown that the use of several queues makes it possible to increase productivity without increasing computing resources.

Variants of indirect learning based on the Least Squares Method (LSM) and the Recursive Least Squares Method (RLSM) are considered for digital predistortion of nonlinear distortions in complex composite signals with high peak-toaverage power ratios in power amplifiers. The advantage of the recursive algorithm is identified, providing approximately 9 dB lower levels of spurious out-of-band emissions for the amplified complex signal compared to the simple least squares algorithm. It is shown that for the polynomial model of the power amplifier used in the study, the recursive algorithm requires approximately 700 times more elementary mathematical operations to achieve the most efficient compensation of signal nonlinearities than the least squares algorithm.

This paper continues the study of a post-quantum algorithm built on the basis of algebro-geometric codes, begun in previous works, in the interests of ensuring the information security of the Internet of things systems and on-board communication systems under the conditions of a quantum threat. The paper presents similar codes, the power of which lies above the Gilbert–Varshamov bound, and which can withstand known attacks on algorithms built on the basis of error-correcting codes.

The article proposes a new method for training athletes competing in team sports, which is based on the processing of video recordings of games and performances in virtual and augmented reality. The system solves the tasks of object detection, tracking and re-identification of athletes, obtaining their three-dimensional pose, their texture and field marking, combining data from different cameras and presentation of the resulting data in three-dimensional space with the possibility of user interaction.

This article discusses effective methods for assessing students' knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, with an emphasis on traditional and innovative approaches. With the rapid development of technology and changing requirements for educational standards, it is important to find a balance between classical assessment methods such as exams and tests, and modern approaches, including project assignments, interactive tests and portfolios. The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method, as well as their impact on students' motivation and academic performance. Special attention is paid to the introduction of digital technologies into the assessment process, which allows for a more accurate reflection of the level of knowledge and skills of students. The results of the study can be useful for both teachers and educational institutions seeking to improve the quality of education in the field of electrical engineering.
