In this paper we discuss the problem of dynamic measurements of digital measuring device for on-board radio electronic equipment. For such a measuring device, when a moving object moves under conditions of influencing noise, the accuracy of measurements decreases. The problem of increasing the accuracy of such dynamic measurements is considered. This article proposes the method for increasing accuracy for on-board radio electronic digital device applied at the moving object with on-board electronic equipment. Theoretical consideration of the accuracy of navigational determinations of the onboard measuring device under noise conditions and taking into account the object's movement dynamics is carried out. The article provides a theoretical analysis and computer simulation of the considered digital measuring device for on-board radio electronic equipment. It has been found that when combining on-board navigation and radio communication facilities are usually used to improve the accuracy of navigation determinations by implementing differential operating modes, it is possible to improve the accuracy of dynamic measurements.

Nowadays digital cameras are being used in many practical applications. Therefore, problem of parameter estimation and quality evaluation becoming more and more significant. Recently computational photography trend become more notable and many devices started to use advanced algorithms to mask out weak characteristics of hardware. This makes traditional deterministic approaches of measurement less relevant. But random methods used these days have limitations too. This article compares measurement approaches and highlights limitation of each case and brings recommendation for measuring process creating foundation for future measuring method development.

Broadband signals have the ability to operate in frequency ranges occupied by systems using narrowband signals, which allows reusing the frequency resource, which is especially valuable for the shortwave range. Thus, taking into account the advantages described above, the issue of developing interference rejection algorithms and devices is relevant. To study the impact on the communication quality and the number of transmission errors was chosen an adaptive interference suppression method based on a digital filter bank and providing frequency-selective suppression of narrowband interference. The purpose of this work is to determine the influence of the studied algorithm parameters on the direct spread spectrum communication system noise immunity in order to reduce the computational complexity of the interference rejection module without significant deterioration in noise immunity. To solve the problem, frame success ratio and signal-to-noise ratio at the output of the matched filter used to detect the synchronization sequence dependencies on the number of filter bank channels and the overlapping factor were obtained, which allows to determine the computational complexity of the rejection algorithm and find minimum required number of elementary operations at which there is no degradation in the quality of interference suppression.

The ever-increasing demand for high-capacity and low-latency communications in next-generation wireless networks has driven the evolution of advanced multiple access techniques. Among these, Sparse Code Multiple Access (SCMA) has emerged as a promising non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) scheme, offering the advantages of massive connectivity and enhanced spectral efficiency through the use of sparse multidimensional codebooks. This paper presents a comprehensive comparative analysis of various SCMA codebook designs under realistic fading channel conditions. In this work, we review key NOMA paradigms-from power-domain to codedomain techniques-and examine the SCMA system framework, highlighting the critical role of sparsity in codebook construction. In addition, decoding techniques, notably the message passing algorithm (MPA) and maximum likelihood (ML) detection, are discussed in terms of their trade-offs between performance and computational complexity. The insights gained from this study offer practical guidelines for optimizing SCMA systems, thereby contributing to the development of robust and efficient communication frameworks for future 5G-Advanced and 6G networks.

Human Pose Estimation (HPE) is a way to identify and to classify the nodes of the human body. Essentially, it is a way of determining coordinates of each node (arm, head, torso, etc.) called a key point and defining the position of the human body. The relationship between these points is called a pair. The article analyzes existing approaches to predicting human behavior and compares them. The article contains a comparison and description of tools and technologies for the implementation of human behavior detection systems. It describes the implementation of the system, the development of a module to detect such a sign of deviant behavior as falling, the development of an application that acts as a client application to display notifications of the detection of human falls, manual testing of the implemented program.

The generalizing indicators of the use of optical more than one in transport fibers with the number of spatial channels of transports telecommunication networks for the perspective period 2030–2035 are investigated in the article. Fiber, cable and relevant equipment are considered as a unified systematic complex. In the article the quality of fibers is compared with their efficiency, as long as the effectiveness of the “achieved - required” result type and the type of “result - resource” is evaluated. The concept of ensuring the optimal use of multi-channel fibers in telecommunications transport is selected in the form of quality optimization. The values of the system parameters for the dimensions of the optical fiber shell for the 125 μm and 250 μm are calculated, the number of spatial channels 1–64, modulation formats DP-GPSK, DP-16QAM, DP-64QAM.

The most critical problem for cellular communication systems at the present time is to increase the spectral efficiency of the used signal code structures. The orthogonal frequency division multiplexing used in actual fourth and fifth generation systems requires the addition of a cyclic prefix to make system able to operate on memory channels. This paper presents a SDR based model of a radio link with the distribution of physical resources according to the 5G standard and multiplexing using the filterbank multicarrier technology, which eliminates the need to use a cyclic prefix, which allows us to increase spectral efficiency of the system by excluding the cyclic prefix.

The article is intended to consider a method of data storage based on the use of a modified relative unary coding system. During the research, it is planned to develop a data storage algorithm using relative unary code. It is planned to identify the disadvantages and advantages of the proposed algorithm. Suggest a method for the utilitarian application of the developed algorithm for relative information storage. Provide formulas for the utilitarian application of the developed algorithm for relative information storage. To test the functionality of the model, create software that implements the developed algorithm for relative information storage. Show that the information sequences used in the method are mutually orthogonal and belong to the orthonormal Euclidean space. Establish additional ways to reduce information redundancy that increase the compression ratio of the unary data encoding method. Adapt the data compression method by encoding the lengths of the series for use in the developed algorithm for relative information storage. Evaluate the efficiency of data storage in the relative storage algorithm.

This research discusses the method of dataset collection automatization for microwave filter synthesis by integrating machine learning techniques, thus reducing development time. Utilizing the 3D electromagnetic analysis software package, the study involves simulation and collecting geometric parameters and amplitude-frequency characteristics from three variants of passband highly selective microstrip tworesonator combined filters with stepped impedance resonators. In this paper, specific items and restrictions on filter topology creation in the simulation program are discussed, as well the review of the script used for dataset collection and its requirements is given. In addition, a dataset structure and format are described.

The article considers the problem of increasing the accuracy of the gradient boosting method when forecasting timeseries (including demand for equipment or other goods). The aim of the study is to develop a modified gradient boosting method of decision trees for this forecasting. The relevance of the work is due to the fact that the subject area under consideration is characterized by the presence of many different noises and anomalies in datasets. The use of machine learning methods in forecasting such data leads to a decrease in the accuracy of forecasts and the occurrence of the overfitting effect. Despite the tunings of the existing parameters in existing gradient boosting algorithms, this problem remains and leads to the need for additional improvements. The object of the study is time-series. The subject of the study is the indicators (or metrics) of the effectiveness of machine learning methods used to forecast these time-series. As a result, the most suitable methods for reducing the effect of overfitting and the influence of anomalies were considered and identified, which formed the basis for the development of a modified method of gradient boosting trees. Finally, conclusions are drawn.
