The modern development of information technology and artificial intelligence leads to the accumulation of large volumes of spatiotemporal data in various areas of human activity. This is especially true in the field of transport, where intelligent transport system devices accumulate data in various formats, including video and satellite positioning data. This article presents an approach for real-time traffic analysis for trajectory using computer vision techniques. The proposed method involves object detection, tracking, and trajectory estimation of vehicles. A deep learning-based YOLO11 model is employed for vehicle detection, while CSRT (Channel and Spatial Reliability Tracking) tracking is used for continuous monitoring of vehicle movements. Additionally, instantaneous speed estimation is integrated into the system, providing a more accurate representation of traffic dynamics. Comparison of trajectories is carried out based on Lp-norms. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in various urban traffic scenarios.

A variant of multi-station access based on Spread Spectrum signals (SSS) with multiphase non-harmonic subcarriers modulated using pseudorandom sequences (PRSs) that provide a direct extension of their spectrum is considered. It is shown that in this case partial frequency-code compaction of signals is provided. In this case, the main PRS provides a direct expansion of the signal spectrum, and the sub-carrier PRS-on the contrary, its narrowing and localization in the frequency domain. The paper considers a variant of channel information encoding when increasing the distance between the points of the information signal constellation when transmitting its closest points on different subcarriers of the PRS, which allows increasing the bandwidth of the communication channel. In addition, the narrowing of the main correlation peak of the synchro-signal, compared with the case of transmission only to the main PRS (without a subcarrier), will improve the accuracy of synchronization and positioning. © 2021 IEEE.

The object of consideration is design automation and prototyping of complex signals and their generation and processing devices. The subject of the analysis is the substantiation of the structure, composition and implementation method of a modeling system aimed at modeling and prototyping promising devices for the generation and processing of complex signals based on fast transformations in Galois fields. The purpose of the analysis is a reasonable choice of methods and tools for computational, simulation and prototyping that achieve high display accuracy, performance, flexibility and ease of modeling. The solutions are based on the principles and mathematical models developed by the authors: methods and algorithms for fast transformations in Galois fields, an algebraic representation model and the structure of fast delay acquisition devices for a subclass of sequences. The article is devoted to the development of a software and hardware modeling systems that allows the most accurate mapping of fast algebraic transformations in Galois fields to algorithmic models of various levels of representation to ensure high performance, flexibility and ease of modeling, as well as prototyping of promising devices for the generation and processing of complex signals. The results of the work will be useful in the design of promising devices of various information and communication systems, scientific research, as well as in the educational process. © 2021 IEEE.

In digital transmission lines with quadrature amplitude modulation of signals the information is contained in the change in the amplitude and phase transmission of the signal. Therefore, in comparison with other types of modulation, there are more stringent requirements for the level of phase noise of the signal at the input of the QAM-signal demodulator, leading to a decrease in the reliability of reception. This article will consider the requirements for short-term frequency stability of synthesizers of transmission lines, which use signals of multi-position quadrature-amplitude modulation in conjunction with quasi-coherent reception of these signals. The carrier is extracted on the receiving side directly from the received QAM-signal using a carrier recovery device by demodulating the received signal and then its subsequent narrow-band filtration. As a narrow-band tunable filter, an auto-tuning frequency switching system is used. With the improvement in the filtering quality of the demodulated signal, the phase fluctuations of the restored carrier associated with the action of additive noise are reduced, the energy losses of the applied quasi-coherent reception are reduced in comparison with the ideal one, which requires the complete absence of the phase error of the selected reference signal. The approximation of the noise immunity of real coherent QAM-signal demodulators to the theoretical one limits the phase noise of the signal at the input of the demodulator associated with the imperfection of the frequency synthesizers on the transmitting and receiving sides of digital communication lines.

The efficiency of the algorithm for hiding and transmitting digital information simultaneously with audio signals is analyzed by the method of spreading the spectrum using chaotic signals. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is estimated by the amount of distortion introduced into the cover audio, as well as by the reliability of extracting the embedded information, which is characterized by the value of the error probability. It is shown that in order to extract pseudorandom sequence with high reliability from cover audio, preference should be given to the mother Daubechies and Simlet wavelets. Requirements for the numerical values of the embedding parameters and the parameters of the generators of chaotic processes used to expand the spectrum are formulated. It was found that to ensure the required reliability of extracting the built-in pseudorandom sequence, it is necessary to ensure the discrepancy between the parameters of the chaos generators on the transmitting and receiving sides of less than 0.15. © 2021 IEEE.

Combining Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS) with Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) offers a promising way to improve spectral efficiency and energy utilization in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite networks. However, the highly dynamic nature of LEO environments make it challenging to optimize RIS phase shifts and power allocation in real time. This paper introduces a reinforcement learning-based framework that applies the Soft Actor-Critic (SAC) algorithm to jointly optimize RIS configurations and power allocation among users. The proposed method works in two stages: first, SAC fine-tunes RIS phase shifts while keeping power allocation fixed; then, it dynamically adjusts power levels to enhance overall system performance. This method, in contrast to traditional strategies that depend on perfect channel state information (CSI), focuses on adaptive decision-making aimed at maximizing rewards, effectively mitigating the impact of channel estimation errors during training. Simulation results confirm that the SAC-based framework effectively boosts channel capacity without requiring additional transmission power. Furthermore, integrating RIS with NOMA further enhances performance, making it a strong candidate for next-generation satellite communications.

The paper deals with the problem of landing a helicopter on a moving platform in difficult weather conditions. The article presents a study of the possibility of automatic determination of coordinates, using antennas located on the blades of a helicopter propeller, relative to the landing site where the radio signal sources are located. This arrangement of the antennas when moving in space allows you to measure the distance to the source of the radio signal due to the Doppler shift of the signal frequency. The implementation of such a system can make it possible to solve the most complex aviation tasks to ensure navigation during takeoff/landing in difficult weather conditions, as well as during search and rescue operations. Such a technical solution allows you to get the direction of the radiation source of the radio signal, as well as the range to it with high accuracy. © 2021 IEEE.

Fiber-optic communication lines are the basis of telecommunication networks. If at the initial stage of the development of optical communication FOCLs were laid only on transport networks, then as this type of communication develops, there is a transition to fiber-optic technology in intra-facility, including on-board systems. Today, the demand for traffic transmission is constantly growing, which leads to an increase in the amount and speed of transmitted information. Fiber outages result in poor communications, disrupt business processes, backorders, and dissatisfied customers. Even small communication downtime causes huge losses. The introduction of service quality categories will simplify the operation of transport systems and increase the economic efficiency of communication networks. However, this requires significant capital expenditures and annual operating costs, which do not always pay off by avoiding fiber downtime. A method for assessing the effectiveness of the use of a service level agreement (SLA) between an operator of a fiber-optic communication line (FOCL) and consumers of communication services is proposed. The net present value (NPV) is used as an indicator of efficiency;probabilistic characteristics are introduced. The calculation results and their brief analysis are presented. © 2021 IEEE.

Mathematical model of web server protection is being proposed based on filtering HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) packets that do not match the semantic parameters of the request standards of this protocol. The model is defined as a graph, and the relationship between the parameters - the sets of vulnerabilities of the corporate network, the methods of attacks and their consequences-is described by the Cartesian product, which provides the correct interpretation of a corporate network cyber attack. To represent the individual stages of simulated attacks, it is possible to separate graph models in order to model more complex attacks based on the existing simplest ones. The unity of the model proposed representation of cyber attack in three variants is shown, namely: graphic, text and formula. © 2021 IEEE.

The article describes an approach to reducing the number of questions in the Keys to Personal Mastery Inventory (KPMI) psychological testing questionnaire with the further addition of missing data and their use in a machine learning model to predict respondent satisfaction with their job. Since the 30s of the 20th century, mathematicians, physicists and engineers have been working on the description of traffic flows. But theoretical models do not work well because a person is driving a car, and a person is unpredictable. In the same situation, it behaves differently.
