The article explores the methodology of complex analysis of ways effective management of production systems. A generalized approach to the decomposition of modern digital systems based on physical control actions, signal transmission ways and generalized principles of control system construction is investigated. Additional control physical effects act as one of the target factors of intensification. A generalized formulation of the problem of optimal control of complex multistage processes is proposed, considering the main perturbing processes and a piecewise-constant functions of the local tasks. Methods of search of new technical solutions by means of the morphological analysis as the tool of systemic and cybernetic approaches in scientific research are proved. Intensification of control systems is aimed at increasing their economic efficiency as a result on search for technological resources, of purposeful influence traffic flows and so on. The formulated principles of hierarchy, selectivity, openness, and mutual consistency, which are not exhaustive, but are closely interrelated and determine the application of methods of hierarchically interconnected control, considering the intensification of systems when choosing the control factors, as well as of physical impacts. The proposed approach leads to the possibility of intensification of high-tech industrial production processes and transport systems, and so can be implemented in the process of their technical operation. Identification of possible physical effects, synchronization of signals is a key factor in using the proposed methodology. The modular system of transport companies allows for flexible and transparent management of the system as a set of individual elements. Generalized goal-oriented models are applicable in many branches of industrial production, including the intensification of transport systems and business processes of enterprises.

Modern sports tourism is being transformed under the influence of world tourism trends. The creation of clear and convenient routes will allow for more organized tourism activities and reduce the chaotic load on the natural environment. Based on the analysis of applications for planning and tracking routes, the article proposes a multifactor method for calculating time, which allows you to develop clear and well-constructed tourist routes and solve specific problems, including taking into account weather conditions, terrain and various categories of participants. This article focuses on the methodology for calculating the time of passage of multi-day cycling routes in three main categories: mountainous terrain, flat terrain with water obstacles and a route crossing the state border. The proposed methodology solves the problem of symbiosis between geography and tourism practice. © 2021 IEEE.

The development of algorithms for the neural network approach and the use of monitoring and management of corporate communication networks is considered as the creation and management of new types of services in networks, which is an urgent task for modern corporations. This, in turn, also influenced the elements of the modern world, which are in constant motion or do not have constant locations. To achieve that goal, it is necessary to create algorithms for actions to improve the efficiency of building and automating the processes of creating and improving mobile corporate networks. An important task is to provide examples of corporate networks with the presented domains, taking into account their fragments. Depending on the type of fragment and its purpose, their differences are shown. The proposed method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of optimization as a procedure for choosing the optimal technological conditions for the functioning of a corporate network, indicating the high quality of all its components. © 2021 IEEE.

The development of the concept of the Internet of Things (loT) and the use of existing mobile networks for organizing machine-to-machine communication networks require new approaches to planning a network resource. The most popular solution in this area is NB-IoT (Narrow Band Internet of Things), a mobile communication standard for telemetry devices with low communication volumes. This paper investigates a case of network slicing and processor sharing (PS) service policy using in mobile network with batched arrival of requests from smart objects. The mathematical model of the corresponding model is corresponding system is built. Markov process that describes model function is constructed. The numerical results are presented that illustrate the solution of three different problems of planning network resource using the proposed algorithms. © 2021 IEEE.

signals properties comparative analysis is carried out for ultra-wideband pulse radar probing signals, which have equal spatial resolution and duration, but differ by presence or absence of high frequency filling. The broadband factor is used, defined as the relation of the probing signal bandwidth to its spectrum average frequency. Signal-to-noise and signal-to-passive interference ratios dependences on the broadband coefficient are obtained. It is shown that for the same antenna system aperture, dimensions and radiation power, the signal-to-noise ratio in a radar with a radio-pulse probing signal will be higher. That benefit is inversely proportional to the broadband factor square. Assuming that the passive interference level is proportional to the selection element area, its estimation is obtained. It is shown that when the spectral bands of ultrashort video and radio pulse probing signals are equal, the pulse with high-frequency filling has an advantage, in terms of the considered parameters. © 2021 IEEE.

A mathematical model of mobile web service for booking а parking spaces in parking lots has been developed. It is assumed that web service operators receive requests of different priorities. First of all, the possibility of providing a place in the nearest parking lot for the vehicle is considered. The request is granted if, after accepting the request, there is free parking space in the parking lot that is not less than the amount reserved for requests of higher priorities. Delays occur when there is not enough free parking space or when there are no free operators. In the case of refusal to provide a parking space, the request goes to another parking lot, etc. The model is a queue system with the discipline of sharing capacity of serving devices. A simulation model has been created to estimate the performing time of booking requests. A numerical example and the results of a simulation experiment are given.

A mathematical model of the process of servicing by isolated cell of LTE standard a stream of sessions for elastic data transmission has been constructed and investigated. The model assumes that the sources of sessions including telemetry devices and video cameras with recording set by the system surveillance operator, which provides resources for transmitting the collected data to surveillance centers. The analyzed model takes into account that the data is transferred has elasticity, i.e. file transfer rates may vary within certain limits without service quality loss. This possibility is used in current and prospective wireless communication systems to increase the occupancy rate of the information transmission resource. The model also takes into account the impulsive nature of the process of receiving requests for data transmission. For this purpose, it is assumed that requests arrive in groups of random size. If the transfer rate of files under maintenance cannot be reduced, then the request received at that moment is rejected and is put on hold. It is assumed that the transmitted information is subject to aging. If the request has not been served within a certain time, the request is lost without renewal. Using the model, definitions are given for the main indicators of servicing requests, an algorithm for their evaluation is developed, and numerical examples are given that illustrate the use of the model to analyze the properties of elastic data transmission and estimate the required amount of resource to service incoming requests with a given quality.

High-speed telecommunications fiber-optical cable lines reliability refers to the dominant factors of ensuring their economic efficiency. Telecommunications operator's income loss due to the data transmission services failures caused by communications breakdowns or the service life shortening depends directly on the cable lines capacity which increases year by year. The paper presents telecommunication fiber-optical cable lines reliability and durability quantifications. Fiber-optical cable trouble-free operation probability in external and internal damages influence is estimated. The optical fiber destruction cumulative danger in free position (and) under bending and torsion is being calculated. The fiber-optical cable lines service life is determined by the energy reserve exhaustion due to losses increase caused by additional attenuation of cable inserts in linear transmission path during damage restoration works. The analytical expressions of faults duration, the fiber-optical cable line service life average and gamma percent values, the income loss due to data transmission services failures are given. Income losses in monetary units are given for a line with an operating frequency band in the optical ranges S.L, the number of spatial channels I...I2, the idle coefficients IO 10, the service life shortening 1...3 years.

To achieve high efficiency while amplifying modern signals with a high crest factor, switching operating modes of transistors and synthetic amplification methods are used. The most promising of these are Kahn method (EER-Envelope Elimination and Restoration) and outphasing method. However, these methods have a number of limitations, to overcome which the possibilities of joint simultaneous application of several synthetic methods of radio frequency amplification are considered. To simultaneous application the outphasing method with bridge power combiner and power supply voltage pulse-step modulation, the dependence of average efficiency on number of supply voltage levels is determined. For EER amplifier, minimum required pulse width of PWM modulator is determined depending on the RF bandwidth of amplified signal and its dynamic range. Variants of these characteristics exchange for the number of supply voltage levels are discussed when pulse-step modulation is used together. Directions for further research formulated. © 2021 IEEE.

Current trends in the design of road systems are driven by the digitalization process. Work on the introduction of intelligent transport systems is being carried out all over the world, because the improvement of the road network is an important element in creating comfortable conditions for the movement of people in an urbanized environment; a tool for improving road safety. Based on interdisciplinary research methods in the framework of urban planning, the paper proposes a methodology for assessing the prospects for the development of an intelligent city transport system within the framework of the concept of participatory design. The formation of the transport system is seen as a process of coordination of institutional and civil needs. The goal of the joint work of urban planners and civil society is to improve the safety of road infrastructure, not only through the development and implementation of quality standards, but also through the internalization (recognition) of the value of new technologies by the society. It is necessary to introduce the principles of participatory design of the transport system into the development of the road network, the urban space should remain free for co-creation. The problem of the study is that technologies for improving road safety, including the use of artificial intelligence, automation systems for traffic management processes depending on the rhythm of the city, weather conditions, time of day (traffic flow detectors, CCTV cameras, "smart traffic lights", weather stations, vehicle traffic sensors, navigation information systems, weather information display systems, environmental pollution sensors, traffic control centers, etc.) can be perceived by citizens primarily as devices that restrict freedom of movement, and not as means of improving road safety
